Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai rencana investasi pendirian usaha Roti Canai di Jalan Baru Ponorogo.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan rencana usaha tersebut, sehingga dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan pelaksanaan usaha.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis berdasarkan aspek-aspek studi kelayakan bisnis, yaitu aspek keuangan, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen dan aspek keuangan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil analisis masing-masing aspek menunjukkan hasil yang positif, ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pendirian usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan aspek keuangan, dengan metode Discounted Payback Period diperoleh hasil 4 tahun 6 bulan 31 hari yang artinya kurang dari umur ekonomis, dan perhitungan Net Present Value adalah sebesar Rp 39,703,244.62 bernilai positif, yang artinya investasi ini menguntungkan dan hasil dari perhitungan Profitability Index adalah sebesar 1,42. Kata Kunci: Studi Kelayakan, Net Present Value, Discounted Payback Period, Profitability Index

Abstract

The success o an organization in achieving its goals is determined by the human resources it has,which plays an important role in helping the achievement of organizational goals and also determine and predict the success or failure of a policy, strategies and steps related to operational activities that are ready to be implemented so as to greatly support the achievement of the organization’s vision and mission to quickly develop rapidly and can anticipate competition. This research was conducted aiming to determine the eect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mojang Nova Bread Factory. The population taken from this study were all employees of the Mojang Nova Bread Factory. This sampling uses a census sample of 50 employees. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The method used in this data collection is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using quistionnaires and analysis using SPSS 16 software. Instrument testing uses validity and realibity tests, for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study explain that (1) Work Stress has no effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0,052 and a significance value of 0,0568. (2) Compensation affects the performance of employees with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,494 and a significance value of 0,002. (3) Job Satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,396 and a significance value of 0,004. (4) Work Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees with the results of F value of 6,062 and the significance value of 0.001.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, self awareness and communication on the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency. The location of research in Pramuka Street Number 21, Nologaten, Ponorogo Regency. The population in this study was 102 employees. The sample in this study used 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, then tested with validity and reliability test, while the method of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that; (1) Motivation partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with a regression coefficient of 0.317, t value of 2.903 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.006 0.05, (2) Self Awareness partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the results of the regression coefficient of 0.409, t value of 3.478 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.001 0.05, (3) Communication partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the results of a regression coefficient of 0.310, t value of 2.178 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.035 0.05, (4) Motivation, self awareness and communication simultaneously affect employee work discipline in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the calculated F value of 14.807 F table 2.81 and sig value. of 0,000 0.05, (5) Self awareness is the most dominant variable affecting the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the result of self awareness variable t value of 3.478 is greater than the value of t variable count motivation and communication variables. Furthermore, from the value of sig. the variable self awareness of 0.001 is smaller than the value of sig. motivation variable and communication variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMK Bakti Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data guru di SMK Bakti Ponorogo. Obyek dalam penelitia ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Bakti Ponorogo yang berjumlah 37 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah linier berganda dengan analisis linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan korelasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, 2) lingkungan kerja non-fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, 3) stress kerja  berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, 4) kedisiplinan kerja, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, 5) variabel kedisiplinan kerja merupakan vaiabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas kerja guru.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rsu Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu observasi/pengamatan dan angket/kuesioner.Dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan tetap Non medis RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo sebanyak 98 Karyawan.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 98 responden.Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya Kerja, Beban kerja dan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rsu Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect on employee performance at Rsu Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of institutional image on students loyalty trough word of mouth at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The type of research used in this study is hypothesis testing. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. After distributing the relevant questionnaires among 99 students, all usable questionnaires are returned. Then the data collections are analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research findings show that institutional image has a positive significant effect on word of mouth and students loyalty. Then, word of mouth has a positive significant effect on loyalty. The research has given description well that Institutional Image and word of mouth variables still give positive contribution toward students loyalty in Sultan Agung Islamic University.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Employee Engagement pada Karyawan Ekpedisi Anteraja Cabang Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Ekspedisi Anteraja sebanyak 33 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 33 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,0802,045 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0460,05. (2) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 2,2812,045 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0300,05. (3) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung2,1472,045 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0400,05. (4) Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dibuktikan dengan nilai f hitung 5,391f tabel 2,930 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0050,05.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Employee Engagement.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the efeect of motivation, discipline, and work ethnic on employee performance at the Slahung sub-district office, Ponorogo district. The sample in this study was 41 respondents. The tasting stage use include instrument testing, coefficient of determinationtest and hypothesis testing. The analysis in this study multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.079>2.026 t table. While the significant value is 0.045<0.05. (2) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.061>2.026 t table. While the significant value is 0.046<0.05. (3) Work ethnic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.324>2.026 t table. While the significant value is 0.026<0.05. (4) Motivation, Discipline,  and Work ethnic simultaneously have a posisitve and significant effect of employee performance as evidencend by the calculated F value of 7.541 > F table 2.86 and thesignificant value obtained is 0.000< 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of perceived quality, brand identity and brand trust on brand loyalty of Oppo smartphone users in Ponorogo whose research was conducted at one of the outlets in Ponorogo, namely Imago Home, Jl. Sultan Agung No. 53, Bangunsari. Oppo Smartphone is a product launched by OPPO Electronic Corp., Ltd. which is engaged in electronics that needs to pay attention to consumer behavior to know loyalty. This research is a quantitative study with a Likert scale as a measure of attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of individuals or groups towards social phenomena. The data collection technique is the questionnaire method. For testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Abstract

Penelitian guna melihat Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Stres Kerja Beban Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Supermarket Luwes Ponorogo. Populasinya yakni karyawan Supermarket Luwes Ponorogo sebanyak 120 orang, dan sampel sejumlah 30 responden. Tekhnik pengambilan melalui data kuesioner. Regresi linier berganda dipergunakan sebagai metode analisis. Kesimpulannya bahwa 1) Work Life Balance mempunnyai pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention 0,013. 2) Stres Kerja mempunnyai pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention 0,020. 3) Beban Kerja mempunnyai pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention 0,000. 4) Secara simultan Work Life Balance, Stres Kerja Beban Kerja berpengaruh tehadap Turnover Intention sebesar 63,2%. Â
