Abstract

Records management plays an important role in the running of an organization. This study aims to determine the description of archival management at PT. Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto Branch. To achieve this goal, the Researcher determined 3 (three) informants, namely: Operations Section Leader, Operational Assistant, and Administrative Assistant. This type of research and the approach used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, data verification/conclusions. The results showed that archival management at PT. Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto Branch has been managed optimally. This can be seen from the indicators of the stages of receiving archives, the stages of archive storage, the stages of maintaining and securing archives, the stages of shrinking archives, and the stages of destroying archives that have fulfilled almost all aspects of the five stages. Evidenced by the management of records at PT. Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto Branch is adjusted to Standard Operating Procedures and archives that are easy to find as well as an archival storage system using a number system.

Abstract

The community in demanding maximum service in the concept of implementing Public Administration, has the opportunity to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of government administration, especially in innovation-based services. This study focuses on describing the implementation of e-Government in supporting the effectiveness of permit issuance services in Bone Regency. The stages of data collection used were observation, review of related documents and also interviews involving 5 elements representing the Bone Regency DPMPTSP office. The data collected were analyzed using the interactive model proposed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana.is still sustainable because it is still undergoing a development process and has received visits from several agencies in order to see, study, internalize, adapt and adopt SIMPEL innovations; leaders always keep abreast of technological developments that are tailored to the needs of the community, such as procurement, development and repair; or SIMPEL mobile-based service system provides convenience for civil servant and the community in fulfilling their rights while providing satisfaction and improving performance and services to the community; or SIMPEL innovation provides ease of synergy with the community in managing the performance and discipline of civil servant and the community to improve performance; or SIMPEL-based service innovations can be widely accessed by the community based on the type of service needed.

Abstract

Use information technology is used as a means that can facilitate a person or an agency in carrying out their work effectively and efficiently. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine how effective the use of academic information systems is in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The informants of this research are all parties who are directly involved in the use of academic information systems, namely students, study program operators, lecturers, and SIA managers at the UNM ICT Center. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data analysis are presented in the form of a description that describes the procedures, constraints, and solutions in the use of the Academic Information System. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of academic information systems in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassarwas classified as quite effective in terms of information quality indicators, namely accurate, timely, and relevant.

Abstract

Academic cheating is any dishonest act committed by students in order to gain achievement in the academic realm. independent variable (X) and academic fraud in online learning as the dependent variable (Y). This study analyzes the factors that encourage students to commit fraudulent behavior, especially in online learning. This study used observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation by collecting sample data of 96 students. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The regression model feasibility test tool used is the classical assumption test. The hypothesis testing tools used are simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R2 test. The results of this study prove that there is a positive and significant influence of each variable from pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability and arrogance towards academic cheating in online learning partially and simultaneously.
