Abstract

Bullying is widespread in various walks of life, disturbing, and can potentially interfere with achieving educational goals in elementary schools, depending on the form and impact. This study aims to explore types of bullying and spiritual and cultural approaches to prevent it in elementary schools with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation are processed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study results illustrate that the types of bullying include verbal, social, and physical, with a percentage that has no significant impact and is controlled. In terms of gender, 75% of bullying is done by men. To prevent it from remaining under control, schools familiarise themselves with various religious programs through the Imtaq program and integrate spiritual messages into the learning process. Likewise, a cultural approach can foster love and wisdom through local values, including cultural attractions

Abstract

Membangun kemandirian dan kesejahteraan mandiri sejak dini perlu dikembangkan. Pelatihan pembuatan aksesoris di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) memberikan pengetahuan dan menggali semangat potensi berwirausaha santri semenjak usia muda. Pada awalnya santri sama sekali belum tersentuh oleh program pelatihan penguatan life skill, termasuk pengalaman dan semangat berwirausaha. Dalam pelaksanaannya, mengalami berbagai kendala dan hambatan diantaranya adalah rasa percaya diri santri serta dorongan pengembangan usaha belum optimal. Namun pelatihan ini menjadi jembatan dalam menggali potensi diri yang ditunjukkan oleh antusiasme siswa/i dalam melaksanakan pengabdian sangat tinggi. 80 % anak menyukai kegiatan ini, namun hanya 40 % yang akan menindaklanjuti sebagai sebuah keterampilan usaha. 60 % peserta pelatihan terkendala karena faktor dukungan orang tua dan modal. Kata kunci: ekonomi, madrasah ibtidaiyah, aksesoris cinderamata, santri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang keefektifan metode debat dalam pembelajaran PKn. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Adapun hasil penelitian memberikan penjelasan bahwa metode debat memberikan keleluasaan bagi mahasiswa untuk menyampaikan ide, gagasan dan pandangan tentang persoalan kebangsaan. Metode debat juga melatih mahasiswa untuk mengamalkan nilai-nilai demokratis yang tercermin dari perilaku mahasiswa yang menghargai, menghormati dan siap berbeda pendapat dalam segala hal apapun. Metode debat dalam pelaksanaannya menuai banyak hambatan diantaranya adalah mahasiswa belum memahami secara utuh materi yang diperdebatkan. Adapun secara keseluruhan metode debat dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan, motivasi belajar dan keberanian mahasiswa menyampaikan pendapat dimuka umum

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perhatian peneliti tentang maraknya kasus bullying yang terjadi di tingkat sekolah dasar. Fokus yang dikaji dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana Pengalaman Bullying dalam Tinjauan Aktivitas Kehidupan Sekolah (school life) di SDN Desa Tanjung Luar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengalaman bullying dalam Tinjauan Aktivitas Kehidupan Sekolah di SDN Desa Tanjung Luar, Kecamatan Keruak, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel-variabel atau indikator-indikator pengalaman bullying yang terjadi di Kehidupan Sekolah Dasar Di Desa Tanjung Luar, Kecamatan Keruak, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik SD Negeri Tanjung Luar, Kecamatan Keruak, Kabupaten Lombok Timur tahun 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 1.068 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 168 orang, yang tiap tiap sekolah diambil 56 orang. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui angket yang dirancang khusus untuk mengidentifikasi pengalaman bullying siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat pengalaman bullying di SDN 1 Tanjung Luar sebesar 38,2%, SDN 2 Tanjung Luar sebesar 46,6%, dan SDN 3 Tanjung Luar sebesar 45,95%. Sedangkan tingkat pengalaman bullying dalam tinjauan aktivitas kehidupan sekolah di SDN Desa tanjung luar itu sendiri tergolong rendah sebesar 42,58 % hal ini sesuai dngan tabel persentase skala guttman, serta pengalaman bullying dalam tinjauan aktivitas kehidupan sekolah di SDN Desa tanjung luar yang paling banyak itu terjadi kasus bullying verbal sebesar 19,08%. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang masalah bullying di lingkungan sekolah dasar, memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kebijakan sekolah, serta menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan program pencegahan bullying yang lebih efektif di masa depan. Penelitian ini tidak hanya akan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman akademis mengenai bullying di tingkat dasar, tetapi juga memberikan wawasan praktis yang dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan kesejahteraan siswa di SDN Desa Tanjung Luar.

Abstract

Researchers always find bullying interesting because it has become a global case that has not been resolved, and new things always emerge. This article uses bibliometric analysis to analyze research on bullying in primary schools. The results of data analysis show that publications about bullying experience an increasing trend every year. America is the most significant contributor to psychology and social science publications worldwide, with 216 articles published. Veenstra, R. from the University of Rijksuniversiteit Groningen is the most productive and has published 19 publications, followed by Salmivalli with 15 articles

Abstract

This research is qualitative research that aims to obtain an overview of strategies for preventing student social behavior deviations. Imtaq activities are a forum for cultivating students' morals. Through moral education, it is hoped that it can guide humans on a better path and of course, good and useful moral education will have a lot of influence on every side of human life itself. Teachers have a strategic role in the teaching and learning process. Teachers prepare students to become productive citizens, think critically about society and their lives, build character, and have a social spirit. Efforts to prevent social behavior are carried out with various programs, including increasing teacher and student discipline, routinizing the Imtaq program every morning, and increasing teacher spirituality. The obstacle faced is that several program innovations have not run well

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' critical thinking skills using the Project Basead Learning Model in social science learning in elementary schools. The project-based learning model directs students to complete it directly and places responsibility on students during the learning process by generating critical ideas. It is studied using classroom action research with two cycles, each consisting of two meetings with four stages. Continuous, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collected includes teacher activities, student activities, and data that can provide conclusions about critical thinking skills. The research results show that project-based learning can improve the essential thinking skills of fifth-grade students in elementary schools; this is proven by calculating the first cycle classical completeness score of 69%. Moreover, there was an increase of 27.59% to 97%. This success was supported by changes and improvements to the learning process following the reflection results in the previous cycle

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills by implementing the project-based learning model in the science subject in class IV SDN 47 Ampenan. The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR), which consists of II cycles, each consisting of 2 meetings, which goes through four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research methods used are observation, testing, and documentation. The data analysis uses a quantitative approach to calculate the average value and qualitative to analyze the results of observations of teacher and student activities during the learning process. The results of this study indicate that implementing the project-based learning Model can improve students' critical thinking skills in the subject of science in class IV SDN 47 Ampenan. This is evidenced by the results of the critical thinking ability evaluation test, observations of teacher activities, and the results of observations of student activities. The increase in students' critical thinking skills from 69.25% (cycle I) to 90.2% (cycle II) is 20.95%. Meanwhile, the results of teacher activity observations increased from cycle I to cycle II by 86.67% to 100%, or an increase of 13.33%. Likewise, the results of student activity observations increased from cycle I to cycle II by 78.3% to 93.3%, an increase of 15%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the emotional well-being of students, which is an essential aspect of education that influences not only academic achievement but also children's personal and social development. This study aims (1) to describe the influence on the emotional well-being of elementary school students from low-income families in Malaysia and Indonesia; and (2) to analyse the factors that influence the emotional well-being of elementary school students from low-income families in Malaysia and Indonesia. This research is qualitative. The researcher's presence is the primary or essential instrument in this research. This research was conducted in two countries, namely Malaysia and Indonesia. The data sources for this research are elementary school teachers and students in the two countries. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis methods are acquisition, condensing, presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Data validity testing is done through internal and external validity, reliability, and objectivity. The research results show that (1) family conditions influence students' emotional well-being because they include self-awareness, self-regulation, feelings of empathy, motivation, and social skills; and (2) factors that influence students' emotional well-being include individual, environmental (home, school and community), socioeconomic and cultural factors
