Abstract

Berdirinya Dayah Bustanul Mu’arif tidak terlepas dari inisiatif Teungku Muhammad Usmanyang melihat kondisi dan situasi masyarakat Seuriget dan tidak terlepas pula dari dukungan sengenapmasyarakat Kota Langsa khususnya. Di Dayah Bustanul Mu’arif ini semuanya mengupas isi daripada kitab-kitab yang bertuliskan dengan bahasa Arab yaitu kitab seperti Mantiq, Fiqh, Nahu, danUsul Fiq.dalam hal belajar juga dipisahkan antara santri laki-laki dan santri perempuan hal ini lahyang membedakan pendidikan Umum dan pendidikan Dayah di Aceh khusus nya dari zaman masuknya Islam pertama ke nusantara abad ke 9 M hingga hari ini.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah berdirinya Dayah Bustanul Mu’arif yangmerupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan Agama Islam yang telah berkembang, Hal ini perlu kiranya diperkenalkan bagi segenap masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya dan masyarakat Aceh padakhususnya.

Abstract

Many policies and regulations (Laws) are made and produced with the aim of realizing democracy. The government's efforts are: First, to amend the 1945 Constitution, namely by adding clear rules. Third, holding general elections as a manifestation of the realization of the revitalization of several political laws with the aim of determining party delegates who will sit in parliamentary seats by taking into account the seat quota, so that the presidential system expected by the 1945 Constitution is realized. Reforms in the field of law that have occurred since 1998 have been institutionalized through the amendments to the 1945 Constitution. The spirit of the amendments to the 1945 Constitution is to encourage the establishment of a more democratic state structure. Amendments to the 1945 Constitution since the reformation were carried out four times; Theoretically, the threshold or also known as the threshold in the electoral system is the minimum support limit that every political party must have in order to get its representative seat in parliament. There are two types of thresholds in elections: the parliamentary threshold and the presidential threshold. The parliamentary threshold is the minimum percentage of the total that must be obtained by every political party that has been legally participating in the election to then be included in the counting of seats in the parliament.Parliamentary Threshold 2009 Election, Article 202 of Law No. 10 of 2008 explains that political parties participating in the election must meet the threshold for obtaining votes of at least 2.5 percent of the number of valid votes nationally to be included in determining the acquisition of seats in the DPR. In the 2014 General Election, the Election Contesting Political Parties must meet the threshold for obtaining votes of at least 3.5% (three point five percent) of the number of valid votes nationally to be included in determining the seat acquisition for members of DPR, Provincial DPRD, and Regency/Municipal DPRD. . Abstract

Humans are creatures created by Allah SWT who are concrete and most perfect in reason and reasoning, so it is impossible for other creatures who do not have good reasoning to receive Islamic education, which must carry out the Shari'a and fulfill the mandate of Allah SWT as caliph on earth. This article aims to find out the object of education that was the earliest received by humans. This study uses a qualitative approach, provides a basic overview of the topic of discussion, generalizes ideas and develops a tentative theory, opens the possibility for further research on the topic discussed. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive data analysis. The result of this research is that the object of education is the most important and the earliest is the self and then the family, especially the children. Children are a mandate that is entrusted to be educated properly. In fact, a mother must equip herself with knowledge, be willing to continue to learn, and be patient in nurturing and educating her children.

Abstract

This study explores the application of multimedia cognitive theory in learning to understand its effect on learners' emotions and mental feelings. The focus of this study is on classroom conditioning and the use of multimedia elements such as images, sounds, music, animation, and text on the screen, along with the instructor's expressions. The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness and motivation of learners and make learning more interesting and meaningful. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature research methods. Primary data sources come from Qur'anic exegesis, while secondary data sources involve books, journals, and related research. Data analysis is carried out through content analysis methods, focusing on identifying key patterns and concepts. By combining both data sources, this study forms a strong basis for understanding the impact of multimedia cognitive theory on learners' emotions and motivation in the context of learning. Research findings indicate that the use of images and sounds as stimuli through two sensory channels, eyes and ears, can evoke emotions in the hearts of learners. The study also draws on concepts in the Qur'an, reinforcing the idea that eyes and ears have an important role in influencing human understanding and feeling. The conclusion of this study confirms that the application of multimedia cognitive theory in learning can increase the effectiveness and motivation of learners. By referring to these findings and ethnographic analysis approaches, this study provides new insights into the potential of multimedia in creating more engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher competence and discipline on student achievement at SMPN 3 Bantuga, Ampana Tete District, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a verification research. According to Riduwan (2006; 55) verification research is a study that analyzes the influence of one variable with another variable. The number of respondents in this study were 37 respondents, and the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The conclusion of this study is, both simultaneously and partially the competence and discipline of teachers have a significant effect on student achievement at SMPN 3 Bantuga, Ampana Tete District. As for the formula problem Does the integration of the Teams Games Torunemaent (TGT) model and the Uno Stacko game media have an effect on social studies learning outcomes for class V of SD Negeri 2 Bahonsuai, objectives study Based on formulation the problem above so objective study namely to find out the integration of the Teams Games Torunemaent (TGT) model and the Uno Stacko game media which influences the social studies learning outcomes for class V SD Negeri 2 Bahonsuai, method This research is a type of quantitative research with experimental methods, results study The research instrument test is used to determine the level of validity, reliability, level of difficulty and distinguishing power of the questions. Before examining the average similarity between the two classes using independent sample t-test analysis, a normality test, homogeneity test, and N-Gain test are needed first. After carrying out the normality test, homogeneity test, and N-Gain test in both classes, the data was sufficient to carry out hypothesis testing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of the SQ3R method in improving understanding of Arabic texts and to determine the extent to which the understanding of Arabic text was increased through the SQ3R method. This study used a qualitative approach with a classroom action research (CAR) strategy. The subjects of this study were students of class VII B MTs Nurul Yaqin Legok Tangerang. Sources of data used: (1) informants, namely Arabic teachers in class VII B MTs Nurul Yaqin who are easy to communicate with (2) data or documents, in the form of reading texts, photos of teaching and learning activities, student test results, transcripts of interviews with students and teacher. The data collection technique used was data triangulation which included: (1) observation / observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation (4) written test assessments. The research process was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: (1) planning the action, (2) implementing the action, (3) observing, and (4) analyzing and reflecting. Based on the results of research carried out that the SQ3R method was able to improve students' understanding of Arabic text. With an average acquisition of 64 on the pre-test results, then increased in cycle I with an average of 84, then increased again in cycle II with an average result. Average 95.5. with an average comparison of 20 between the pre-test and post-test cycle I, and the comparison between cycle I and cycle II, namely 11.5.

Abstract

Basically in a marriage a man can only have one wife. A woman can only have one husband. Law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law provides an opportunity if the male party wishes to have more than one wife, the Court can give permission to a husband who wishes to have more than one wife if the parties wish to do so. One of the objectives of Islamic law is to create benefit and avoid damage (mafsadah). If an action that has not been committed is strongly suspected to cause damage (mafsadah), then things that lead to the action are prohibited. This legal method became known as Sad Zari'ah. The permissibility of polygamy contained in the Marriage Law indirectly, this rule has implemented the concept of sad dzari'ah, because sad dzari'ah itself (generic meaning: closing the road) is preventing an act from causing mafsadah (damage). if an intermediary will cause mafsadah. So the prevention of mafsadah is carried out, because it is forbidden. This is solely for the sake of benefit and rejecting mafsadah (damage) for all citizens in general, and for husband and wife in particular.
