Abstract

The selection of a credible securities company is the first step for investors to start investing in stocks. A securities company is a stock trading intermediary between investors and the company whose shares will be purchased. Credible securities companies must be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and followed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The limited information possessed by potential investors regarding the quality of securities companies causes them to hesitate in buying shares. Therefore, a decision support system is needed in the selection of this securities company. This study aims to facilitate potential investors in determining securities companies in conducting share purchase transactions using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. The criteria used in the intercompany valuation of securities are: initial deposit fee, transaction fee, number of registered users, adjusted net working capital, and available features or services. This method is a weighted sum of the performance assessments on each alternative to all attributes. In this study, thirteen securities were used as alternatives in Malang, namely Mirae Asset, Indo Premier, BRI Sekuritas, BNI Danareksa, Mandiri, RHB, Trigemah, MNC, Valbury, Sinarmas, Reliance, Uob Kay Hian, and Sucor Sekuritas. Based on this research, system calculations using the WASPAS method provide the same results as the manual calculations performed on Microsoft Excel. The implementation of the ranking process on the accuracy answers is quite good, with an accuracy level of 73.3% from 5 respondents who have tested. This system can be used as an option for the selection of securities companies in the city of Malang with a fairly good accuracy rate of 73.3%.

Abstract

In Industry 4.0, where the internet and information technology have become primary needs, it is necessary to integrate information technology with the world of business and industry. The business world and industry need new skills. Higher Education, especially polytechnics as producers of expert workers, has not produced many graduates with competencies that are relevant to current conditions. Therefore, a curriculum is needed that can create graduates suitable for the needs of the business and industrial world. This research aims to design an integrated curriculum between business and industry that will be applied in the Applied Bachelor Program in Business Information Systems at the State Polytechnic of Malang. Qualitative research methods were used in this study, and literature studies and discussions were carried out with several industry curriculum experts and practitioners from the industry. The redesigned curriculum requires several analyses such as several data sources, namely curriculum evaluation which contains analysis from the previous curriculum, study materials or literature study and input from industry through tracer studies. The curriculum is made by paying attention to pedagogical learning and integrating industry, business and informatics. The redesigned curriculum also pays attention to the body of knowledge (BOK) by taking similar knowledge covering four main areas: information system strategy and management, information system development, operation, and evaluation of information system solutions. The results of this study are in the form of graduate profiles and a learning outcome matrix that is following the study material and the integration between business and informatics for applied undergraduate polytechnics.

Abstract

One system that is widely used now is the e-learning system, which in the system brings the influence of transformation from conventional education to education with digital forms. This research uses the RD method. The results of black box testing by testing the functionality of the e-learning gamification learning system, the results obtained are as expected and all available features run well. The effectiveness of using a website-based gamification e-learning learning system in mathematics subjects is reviewed by comparing pre-test and post-test data. The learning media is said to be successful if the gain score value obtained is 0.71 or in the high category. To test the effectiveness of the e-learning learning system, researchers used the pre-test and post-test method on 15 students of class VI-C SDN Purwantoro 1 Malang City which resulted in a difference in value or the final result of the test in the form of calculating the gain score value by obtaining a value of 0.71 which is classified as a high category. Based on the research that has been done as a whole, it can be concluded that researchers have successfully implemented a website-based gamification e-learning learning system to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh TK Alfath, khususnya dalam hal kebutuhan akan sistem Point of Sale (POS) dan modul employee untuk manajemen administrasi yang lebih baik. Melalui program ini, dilakukan pendampingan kepada guru KB/TK Alfath selaku pemegang proses kegiatan. Selain itu, program ini juga mengembangkan dan implementasi sistem POS serta modul employee. Integrasi antara  POS dan Employee memiliki potensi besar untuk memudahkan pengelolaan persediaan, pemesanan barang, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Integrasi antara POS dan Employee akan menciptakan sistem yang terpadu, memungkinkan pemantauan yang lebih akurat terhadap pemesanan produk yang dibutuhkan dan manajemen karyawan yang lebih efisien. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekolah. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di TK Alfath serta membantu dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Raising birds for hobby and breeding is currently trending in the community. With the general business of the public, a common challenge faced by bird enthusiasts is the process of caring for birds, especially providing timely and accurate feeding and watering. To address this issue, research has been conducted to create a smart bird cage. The smart bird cage is designed to automatically provide food and water with remote control via mobile internet. This research applies modules such as ESP8266-01, servo motor, Relay 2 module, water level sensor, mini water pump, ultrasonic sensor, and the Blynk application that can be integrated as a control service using IoT. The result of this research is the specification of the cage for providing food and water that can be controlled automatically with specific measurements so that the feeding and watering patterns can be more organized.

Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. SMK Widyagama Malang menghadapi tantangan dalam pencatatan absensi siswa yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rawan kesalahan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan dengan merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi absensi siswa berbasis web menggunakan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel untuk backend dan ReactJS untuk frontend, dengan fitur utama seperti pencatatan kehadiran dan pengelolaan data siswa serta guru. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses absensi. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat mendukung pengelolaan kehadiran siswa secara lebih efektif di SMK Widyagama Malang.

Abstract

Kemajaun teknologi dan perubahan yang terjadi memberikan kesadaran baru bahwa Indonesia tidak lagi berdiri sendiri. Pengamat Pendidikan dari Eduspec Indonesia, menyebutkan sistem pendidikan Indonesia saat ini belum dapat menjawab tantangan global. Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan siswa Indonesia dalam kemampuan sains, membaca, dan matematika, perlu dilakukan terobosan dalam sistem pendidikan. Politeknik Negeri Malang dalam hal ini menjadi salah satu Biro dari Bebras internasional (bebras.org) di wilayah Kota Malang dan sekitarnya dalam menggelar Tantangan Bebras (Bebras Challenge) secara periodik per tahun untuk mengedukasi konsep berpikir komputasional dan informatika kepada siswa sekolah pada berbagai tingkatan usia. Dengan edukasi konsep berpikir komputasional ini dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir komputasional pada siswa SMP ISLAM AL UMM, dengan didahului melatih konsep Berpikir Komputasional untuk guru-guru SMP ISLAM AL UMM yang langsung berperan dalam mendidik siswa-siswi di sekolah sekaligus membuat media ajar interaktif. Dengan adanya pelatihan berpikir komputasional, diharapkan kemampuan problem solving pada guru dapat meningkat dan guru bisa mengajarkannya kepada siswa-siswi mereka

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan sistem parkir cerdas berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengatasi masalah keberadaan lahan parkir yang kurang terjaga dan pelayanan yang tidak efisien di kota Surabaya. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik dan infrared untuk mendeteksi keberadaan kendaraan dan memantau kondisi parkir. Data dari sensor dikirim melalui protokol MQTT dan ditampilkan secara real-time pada website. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode prototype, yang melibatkan tahap komunikasi, perencanaan cepat, perancangan, konstruksi prototype, dan implementasi. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan waktu rata-rata sistem terhubung ke MQTT sekitar 6,3 detik. Sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna mencari tempat parkir dengan efisien dan mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas. Hasil penelitian berupa blok diagram sistem, diagram alir area parkir, diagram alir gerbang sistem parkir, rancangan arsitektur jaringan, dan demonstrasi melalui website. Diharapkan sistem parkir cerdas ini dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam menemukan tempat parkir yang tersedia, mengurangi waktu mencari parkir, dan mengurangi kemacetan kendaraan di jalan.

Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi IoT telah menjadi solusi yang menarik dalam bidang pertanian, terutama dalam konsep pertanian indoor. Pertanian indoor menawarkan alternatif yang ideal untuk menghadapi tantangan cuaca buruk dan perubahan iklim yang tidak dapat diprediksi. Namun, pertumbuhan tanaman dalam ruangan memiliki kelemahan terkait kondisi cahaya yang terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perangkat IoT yang terintegrasi, melibatkan sensor soil moisture, sensor cahaya, UV LED grow lamps, dan pompa air, untuk memantau dan mengontrol kelembaban tanah, intensitas cahaya, serta memberikan pencahayaan tambahan yang optimal bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Diharapkan penerapan teknologi IoT dalam pertanian ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, mengurangi dampak lingkungan, dan menghasilkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang optimal, sehingga mendorong pengembangan sistem pertanian yang lebih efisien, berkelanjutan, dan produktif.

Abstract

To date, agriculture in Indonesia still uses a manual method to detect the ripeness of papaya fruits. Based on its characteristics, the source of the degree of fruit maturity is obtained from the raw, half ripe and ripe papaya fruit obtained from the farmer. Here after performing the implementation on the basis of the information obtained. To measure the logic for detecting the degree of fruit maturity, the RGB method here will be used. In accordance with what is needed, the results of the implementation itself should function well. Based on the calculation of the accuracy obtained on the system that was made it reached 50%.
