Abstract

This paper investigates how ages, tenure, employee’s rank and work status related to perception of direct and indirect compensations fulfillment in a hazardous work environment. This study found that age, tenure, employee’s rank and work status are positively related to perception of direct and indirect compensations fulfillment.
