Abstract

This final project focuses on designing motion graphics to introduce vocational high school students to lurik woven fabric, especially the Tuluh Watu motif. This design is motivated by the low interest and limited understanding of the younger generation toward lurik fabric compared to batik, especially regarding traditional motifs, so media is needed to attract attention while conveying information clearly. The objective of the design is to produce a digital educational media that is modern, informative, educative, and visually appealing. Motion graphics are designed with a communicative, fun cartoon visual style that combines traditional and modern elements to resonate with vocational high school students. The method used design thinking with five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The empathize stage is carried out through observation, surveys, and interviews to understand the conditions, preferences, and perceptions of students towards lurik fabric, the define stage formulates the main problems and needs of the audience, the ideate stage produces various visual and narrative concepts, and the prototype stage creates an initial version of the motion graphic that combines cartoon animation, Tuluh Watu motif illustrations, warm tertiary colors, and a combination of sans serif and decorative typography. The resulting design consists of a motion graphic concept and prototype that clearly and engagingly introduces the Tuluh Watu motif. It uses a light, communicative visual style, with color and typography that support readability and aesthetics. Abstract

Kehadiran budaya visual kontemporer yang sangat dominan di ruang publik dewasa ini cenderung mengubah eksistensi simbol dan nilai budaya setempat. Sebagai akibatnya, identitas budaya lokal kian terdesak keberadaannya dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Situasi ini mendorong pentingnya memperkuat representasi budaya daerah lewat media komunikasi visual yang dapat menghidupkan kembali nilai, karakter, dan makna budaya lokal. Environmental Graphic Design atau Desain Grafis Lingkungan berfungsi secara strategis sebagai media visual yang menciptakan identitas ruang sekaligus menjadi alat komunikasi budaya bagi masyarakat. Pasar Dhoplang sebagai pasar makanan tradisional menyajikan konsep visual yang mengangkat budaya Jawa melalui berbagai elemen Environmental Graphic Design, seperti ilustrasi, tipografi, warna, simbol, dan ornamen visual. Keunikan penggunaan elemen-elemen itu menjadikan Pasar Dhoplang sebagai ruang publik yang berfungsi tidak hanya secara ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana representasi identitas budaya setempat. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis penggambaran identitas budaya lokal dalam Environmental Graphic Design Pasar Dhoplang. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis elemen visual yang dipakai serta arti simbolis yang terkandung di dalamnya sebagai sarana komunikasi visual budaya setempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi visual terhadap elemen Environmental Graphic Design, dokumentasi visual, dan penelitian pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan formalist untuk mengkaji elemen-elemen visual serta pendekatan semiotik untuk memahami arti dan simbol budaya yang direpresentasikan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Desain Grafis Lingkungan Pasar Dhoplang berperan sebagai alat strategis dalam mencerminkan identitas budaya Jawa serta menciptakan citra pasar yang berkelanjutan dan menarik. Desain bukan sekadar sarana komunikasi visual, melainkan juga instrumen yang membangun makna, ideologi, dan pengalaman ruang yang mengintegrasikan budaya, ekonomi, dan ekologi dalam satu sistem yang harmonis.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong perusahaan untuk melakukan transformasi digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing. PT Masterban Berkat Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan ritel otomotif roda dua yang memiliki 11 outlet di Palembang, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi yang belum terintegrasi. Permasalahan utama meliputi pencatatan stok manual antar outlet, ketidaksesuaian data inventory, dan proses pendataan barang yang memakan waktu lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun perencanaan strategis sistem informasi menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard agar teknologi informasi dapat selaras dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SWOT Analysis, PESTEL Analysis, Five Forces Porter, Value Chain Analysis, Balanced Scorecard, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Masterban membutuhkan pengembangan sistem informasi terintegrasi berbasis website dan mobile application yang mencakup sistem penjualan, inventory, keuangan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Portofolio aplikasi strategis yang diusulkan meliputi Website Penjualan dan Promosi Terintegrasi, Aplikasi Mobile Penjualan, Sistem Informasi Inventory, dan Sistem Informasi Keuangan dengan estimasi biaya implementasi sekitar Rp 70.000.000 dalam waktu 6-8 bulan. Perencanaan strategis ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses bisnis, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta memperkuat daya saing perusahaan dalam industri otomotif roda dua melalui transformasi digital yang terukur dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Traditional medicine is a health product made from natural ingredients processed according to local wisdom. Traditional medicine is made from ingredients chosen by teenagers as a supplement to maintain their health. Kautsar 2024 revealed that 88 respondents (78.6%) had used the supplement effectively, while 24 respondents (21.4%) experienced adverse side effects, categorizing it as a negative outcome. Based on these issues, the design of a traditional medicine advertisement video for teenagers is expected to provide information about the benefits of consuming traditional medicine for maintaining health. The objective of this design is to provide teenagers with information about the benefits of traditional medicine for maintaining health. This design used a video advertisement to convey information about traditional medicine for maintaining health. This design method used design thinking, which consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The result of this design is a traditional medicine advertisement video entitled " Dari Alam Untuk Generasi Masa Kini." Through this advertisement video, teenagers can better understand information about traditional medicine and the benefits of consuming traditional medicine for health.

Abstract

Abstract The increasing development of technology and the internet provides many benefits and conveniences for society, especially for teenagers. However, increased access to technology and the internet is a second factor in vulnerability to electronic-based sexual violence, such as child grooming. The results of the ECPAT report in 2023 showed that there were 16 cases from the previous 29 cases in 2022. The number of cases experienced a decrease but in terms of electronic-based sexual violence cases were relatively high, one of which was grooming for sexual purposes. The increase in child grooming cases is based on adolescents' lack of understanding and low reporting, making them vulnerable to child grooming. Victims of child grooming should have the courage to speak up. However, in reality, many victims dare not speak up due to negative stigma from society. Based on these problems, the design of an educational video for teenagers to be aware of child grooming is expected to be appropriate, engaging, and easy to understand, so that teenagers can avoid it. The goal of this design is to create an educational video discussing the signs of child grooming so that teenagers can avoid child grooming and prevent the creation of negative stigma in their surroundings, so that victims have the courage to speak up. This design uses video to deliver education and information in an easy-to-understand way for teenagers. Video is chosen because it conveys messages visually, making it easy for teenagers to understand and accessible via mobile devices. This design method uses the design thinking method, which consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The resulting design presents an effective educational video titled "Learn the Signs of Waspada Grooming Online." This design not only benefits teenagers but also the community to support the understanding that child grooming is a form of exploitation that occurs without the victim's full awareness. This ensures that victims are not stigmatized and a supportive environment is created.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas model bisnis yang diterapkan oleh Signature Coffee, sebuah entitas bisnis kopi yang berupaya menonjol di tengah ketatnya persaingan pasar kopi lokal. Fokus utama adalah bagaimana Signature Coffee melakukan inovasi produk dan menerapkan strategi diferensiasi untuk menarik serta mempertahankan pelanggan. Analisis mencakup tinjauan terhadap tren pasar kopi lokal, identifikasi elemen kunci inovasi produk.(seperti minuman signature, biji kopi unik, atau metode penyeduhan khusus), serta eksplorasi strategi diferensiasi yang digunakan (misalnya, pengalaman pelanggan, branding, atau komunitas). Tujuan jurnal ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor keberhasilan sebuah bisnis kopi di pasar yang kompetitif melalui studi kasus Signature Coffee.Kata Kunci: Model Bisnis, Kopi Lokal, Inovasi Produk, Diferensiasi, Strategi Pemasaran, Signature Coffee.
