Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh posisi stack dalam tabung resonator termoakustik terhadap frekuensi resonansi. Posisi stack ditaruh pada jarak 10 cm, 30 cm, dan 50 cm. Data frekuensi diambil menggunakan mikrofon yang dipasang pada ujung resonator. Mikrofon tersebut dihubungkan dengan laptop yang telah terisntall software sound card oscilloscope V1.40. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi posisi stack tidak berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi resonansi, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap amplitudo maksimum pada masing-masing frekuensi resonansi. Amplitudo maksimum frekuensi resonansi terendah terjadi di tengah-tengah tabung resonator sedangkan amplitudo frekuensi resonansi terbesar terjadi pada ujung terjauh dari sumber bunyi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk: (1) memberikan pengenalan kepada guru guru di SMA Negeri 1 Singorojo Kendal mengenai media pembelajaran terbarukan sebagai alternative media pembelajaran berbasis IT, dan (2) melatih guru-guru SMA Negeri 1 Singorojo Kendal untuk mampu memanfaatkan media pembelajaran terbarukan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program pengabdian ini, yaitu metode presentasi, metode demonstrasi, dan metode praktik. Metode presentasi diterapkan dalam pengenalan pembuatan video pembelajaran, digital book berbasis flipbook maker, platform Kahoot, kemanfaataannya, dan penerapannya dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran terbarukan, metode demonstrasi mengenai pengoperasionalisasian program dan metode praktik dimana guru-guru mempraktikkan secara langsung pembuatan media pembelajaran terbarukan sesuai mata pelajaran masing-masing dengan pemanfaatan media digital book berbasis flipbook maker dan pembuatan evaluasi menggunakan aplikasi kahoot. Manfaat yang dapat diperoleh peserta dari kegiatan PKM ini antara lain guru-guru di SMA Negeri 1 Singorojo Kendal dapat menyusun dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran terbarukan sebagai alternative media pembelajaran berbasis IT sesuai mata pelajaran yang diampu. Media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat memenuhi syarat untuk memperoleh sertifikasi bagi guru.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a ticker timer practicum guide with an inquiry approach to improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Belik Pemalang with the research subjects being all students of class X MIPA 1 and X MIPA 2 SMAN 1 Belik Pemalang. The research method used is Research and Development. Data collection techniques through tests and observations. The results of the study showed that (1) the ticker timer practicum guide in terms of material and media content shows the practicum guide in the "Very Good" criteria and is suitable for use with an average score of 90% material validation and 92% media. (2) the ticker timer practicum guide with an inquiry approach to improve student learning outcomes, there is a difference in the acquisition of the N-Gain score for the experimental class <G> = 0.68 in the medium category and the control class <G> = 0.30 in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of a ticker timer practicum guide with an inquiry approach can improve student learning outcomes but not too significantly

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kesadaran metakognisi dengan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran di tingkat SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal sebanyak 176  siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 70 siswa yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen terdiri dari tes dan angket. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar fisika. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur kesadaran metakognisi. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa kesadaran metakognisi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi  dan hasil belajar fisika berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil analisis korelasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara kesadaran metakognisi siswa dengan hasil belajar fisika degan taraf signifikasi 5% atau . Nilai korelasi product moment yang diperoleh adalah nilai    0,656 dan nilai = 0,235. Karena nilai  , maka  ditolak dan  diterima (terdapat hubungan). Artinya terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kesadaran metakognisi dengan hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal.Kata kunci: Kesadaran metakognisi, Hasil belajarAbstract. This study aims to determine the correlation between metacognitive awareness and student learning outcomes in learning at the high school level. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research with the type of correlation research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal. The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal as many as 176 students. The sample used in the study was 70 students who were determined using purposive sampling technique. The instrument consists of a test and a questionnaire. The test is used to measure the results of learning physics. Questionnaire was used to measure metacognitive awareness.The results of the descriptive analysis show that students' metacognitive awareness is in the high category and physics learning outcomes are in the medium category. The results of the correlation analysis in this study indicate that there is a positive correlation between students' metacognitive awareness and physics learning outcomes with a significance level of 5% or = 0.05. The product moment correlation value obtained is the value of  0.656 and the value of  = 0.235. Because the value of  (0.656) ≥  (0.235), then  is rejected and  is accepted (there is a relationship). This means that there is a positive and significant correlation between metacognitive awareness and physics learning outcomes of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal. Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan produk bahan ajar fisika berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) untuk SMA kelas X semester ganjil. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap meliputi analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket valiadasi uji ahli dan praktisi. Jenis data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif diolah dari hasil perolehan skor angket validasi uji ahli dan praktisi. Sedangkan, analisis data kualitatif berdasarkan saran dan komentar dari validator. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan bahan ajar fisika berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) untuk kelas X semester gajil. Bahan ajar fisika berbasis STEM ini telah divalidasi oleh validator ahli dengan rata-rata skor dari uji ahli sebesar 84,13% dengan kategori layak. Selanjutnya, hasil validator oleh praktisi sebesar 92,04% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar fisika berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) untuk kelas X semester ganjil ini dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar.

Abstract

The STEM approach is a learning strategy to train students' creative thinking skills. This approach encourages students to conduct the engineering process by making prototypes or products to solve problems. Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) needs to be integrated into STEM learning to train students' thinking and questioning skills. This study aims to determine the improvement of ESD attitudes and creative thinking skills by using the ESD-integrated STEM approach. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research instruments used were a creative thinking skills test with creative thinking indicators and an ESD attitude questionnaire. The N-Gain test analysis obtained a result of 0.81 with a high category. The results showed that students' creative thinking skills improved significantly, and students' ESD attitudes improved very well through the STEM approach with ESD content in high school students. This research shows that the STEM approach with ESD content can be used as an alternative learning method to improve students' creative thinking skills and can contribute to the development of science by enriching the understanding of the STEM approach with ESD content, presenting a new perspective in education that focuses on sustainability and creativity.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the profile of physical concept mastery of Senior High School/Aliyah School students in Semarang as a result of the transition from offline to online learning. The research employed the descriptive quantitative approach in which the tests and questionnaires were used to collect data. The school type (Senior High School/Aliyah School), school ownership (Private/State), and student’s interest in learning are all considered in the profile analysis. This study was carried out in Semarang, Indonesia, with a sample of 250 students from MAN 2 Semarang, SMA Negeri 1 Semarang, and SMA Negeri 9 Semarang. The findings revealed: 1) The percentage of students with concept mastery scores with the highest answer being questioned was 12 (88.2%). The results showed: 1) The percentage of students with concept mastery scores that really the highest answer lies in question 12 with a percentage of 88.2% on fluid material (Bernoulli’s Law) with a cognitive level of C2. While the percentage value of the student’s mastery of concepts which is the lowest, lies in questions number 3 (Uniform Speed and Uniform Acceleration subject matter) and 4 (moment of inertia/center of gravity and rigid body balance subject matter) with a percentage of 57% each with successive levels of cognition, C3 and C4, 2) Following tutoring is not effective because it does not affect physical learning achievement, and 3) there is a positive (unidirectional) significant (mean) relationship between independence and learning motivation on physical learning achievement. The results of this study can be used as a reference for researchers, educational policymakers, and stakeholders related to the handling of post-pandemic education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the reasons of students' interest in learning physics in Senior High School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection method used includes a questionnaire. The questionnaire is in the form of closed questions with a Likert scale from 1-5 addressed to students. This research was conducted in local schools in the city of Semarang that were selected in accordance with the direction and objectives of this research. School A represents superior schools, school B represents mediocre schools, and school C represents non-excellent schools.The results showed that 1) the highest percentage of interest in learning physics was at School A which was 78.72%. Meanwhile, the lowest percentage of interest in learning physics is 46.83% (School C). The percentages are 67.59%, 56.76%, and 55.56%, respectively.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan program kemitraan masyarakat dengan judul “PKM Penguatan Keterampilan Abad 21 Melalui Perancangan Alat Peraga Pembelajaran Fisika Berorientasi Merancang Kegiatan Laboratorium-Keterampilan Generik Sains (MKL-KGS)”. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru fisika yang tergabung dalam MGMP fisika kabupaten Demak. Metode pelaksanaan berupa penyuluhan. Kegiatan-kegiatan dalam PKM ini terdiri dari empat kegiatan penyuluhan yaitu, 1) penyuluhan mengenai tata kelola laboratorium yang standar, 2) penyuluhan mengenai keterampilan generik sains/KGS, 3) penyuluhan tentang kemampuan-kemampuan yang diperlukan untuk merancang kegiatan laboratorium (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan), dan (4) penjelasan tentang analisis dan identifikasi kurikulum fisika SLTA. Evaluasi keberhasilan penyuluhan dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket berupa google form. Pada pertanyaan pertama tentang “Konten materi yang disampaikan menarik” diperoleh hasil 56% peserta “sangat setuju” sisanya 44% peserta mengisi ‘setuju”. Pada pertanyaan kedua tentang “Materi yang disampaikan bermanfaat bagi saya” diperoleh hasil 75% “sangat setuju” sisanya 25% mengisi “setuju”. Pada pertanyaan ketiga tentang “Materi yang disampaikan memperluas/ memperkuat pengetahuan saya” diperoleh 69% “sangat setuju” sisanya 31% mengisi “setuju”. Pada pertanyaan keempat tentang “Materi yang disampaikan dapat memantik kreatifitas saya dalam merancang alat peraga atau praktikum” diperoleh hasil 56% peserta “sangat setuju” sisanya 44% peserta mengisi ‘setuju”.
