Abstract

In recent decade, support vector machine (SVM) was a machine learning method that widely used in several application domains. It was due to SVM has a good performance for solving data classification problems, particularly in non-linear case. Nevertheless, several studies indicated that SVM still has some inadequacies, especially the high time complexity in testing phase that is caused by increasing the number of support vector for high dimensional data. To address this problem, we propose a hybrid approach SVM – Neuro Fuzzy (SVMNF), which neuro fuzzy here is used to avoid influence of support vector in testing phase of SVM. Moreover, our approach is also equipped with a feature selection that can reduce data attributes in testing phase, so that it can improve the effectiveness of time computation. Based on our evaluation in real benchmark datasets, our approach outperformed SVM in testing phase for solving data classification problems without significantly affecting the accuracy of SVM.

Abstract

The development of communication and information technology has touched the marketing and sales industry. In recent years, there have been many market places in Indonesia, where people buy and sell without meeting face to face. This study investigates the influence of people's intention on the use of behavior to buy at the market place in Indonesia. The market, which becomes the research object is Bukapalak. The data were obtained using the questionnaire. This study obtained 210 respondents, and the data were processed by the method of partial least square. There is a positive and significant influence of behavioral intention from Bukalapak’s consumer on the use (usage) behavior. The dominant determinant indicator in this study is the degree of the purpose of using the market place.

Abstract

There are many ways to determine total of production, one of them is by using fuzzy logic. At the research was used fuzzy inference method Mamdani model. The design of the system to get the output done in several stages namely: [1] the formation of fuzzy sets, [2] the implications of the application function, (3) establish the rules-the rules, [4] defuzzyfication. In this research, defuzzyfication is performed using Composite Moment (centroid) method. With this system expected to be made to assist companies in making decisions to determine the number of production must be producted every month to warehouse inventory remained stable.

Abstract

ELECTRE II method is widely acknowledged to be used to analyze policies involving qualitative and quantitative criteria. Ranking procedure on the ELECTRE method was preceded by the forming of a directed graph as a representation of outranking relations. One of the weaknesses of ranking procedure based on the level / common procedure is if there were cycles in the graph that formed, the process becomes complicated. In this paper, ranking based on total domination by exploiting the transitive closures matrix formed that is from the representation of outranking relations in adjacency matrix, then compared with the ranking based on the level / general procedure. To determine the coefficient of weight for each criterion by using the entropy method. As an application, both ranking procedure used to determine the priority for rebuilding a damaged bridge of flood disaster in Trenggalek. Comparison of two procedures and the sensitivity analysis are done by changing some of threshold corcondance and discordance.

Abstract

The XYZ company had a project to install the generator set (genset) in several island in Indonesia. The project was estimated to finish in 10 months, but it delayed up to 20 months. This delayment made the company experience cost overruns. In the other hand, according to Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource (MSDM) in 2016, the electrification in this project area has not reached 100%. The area are including Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara (WTB), Papua, Sulawesi and Maluku. The tardiness was caused by the company can't mitigate the project risk optimally. Therefore this research aims to evaluate this genset installation project to assess the risk, thus in the next project the company can avoid project delay and the overruns cost. The research uses Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) in risk assessment to identify the basic event of the project’s problem. First, this research collect the report of the project. Second, this project collect the problems that caused project delay. There are 154 problems found in this research. The FTA method divides the problems found into 13 basic event. The highest risk that triggers problem for this project are from two basic events, which are user error with the probability rate 0,2013 and installation error with the probability rate 0,1494.

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem Persamaan Rӧssler yang termodifikasi merupakan suatu sistem persamaan yang berkaitan dengan kinetika kimia. Pada sistem tersebut akan terjadi osilasi secara terus menerus menurut waktu t. Dalam penelitian ini, terlebih dahulu dianalisa stabilitas yang terjadi di sekitar titik setimbang. Kemudian, dengan menggunakan rata-rata Lyapunov exponent, diperoleh bahwa Sistem Persamaan Rӧssler yang termodifikasi merupakan suatu system yang bersifat chaos. Terakhir, diterapkan Sliding Mode Control (SMC) untuk mengontrol perilaku sistem. Dari hal tersebut perilaku sistem yang awalnya tidak stabil dan bersifat chaos dapat diarahkan menuju titik setimbang. Kata kunci : Sistem Persamaan Rӧssler, Chaos, Sliding Mode Control (SMC).   Abstract Rossler Equation System is a system of modified equations associated with the chemical kinetics. In such a system will be oscillating continuously by time t. In this study, first analyzed the stability that occurs around the point of equilibrium. Then, using the average Lyapunov exponent, found that a modified Rossler Equation System is a system that is chaotic. Finally, applied to Sliding Mode Control (SMC) to control the behavior of the system. From this behavior of a system that is unstable and chaotic nature can be directed toward the equilibrium. Keywords: Rossler Equation System, Chaos, Sliding Mode Control (SMC).

Abstract

The rapidly technology process on globalisasion era in business world, makes the decision making is the important thing to make decision faced with the competition in business world. The decision making can be influence by a few aspect and group, which can influence the decision maker to accelerate the fast, perfectly and correctly the decision making. This software created by using Analytical hierarcy process method is doing calculation proses to get the best decision, using the score group of calculation and compare it with each possibility count of the choosen decision, this software specially for HRD and purchasing division, for HRD division this software will be use to decide which employee will be promoted or which employee will be fired. For purchasing division, this software will used to decude which supplier will be choose to buy a kind of goods. Employee mark, disipline mark, and  development ability  are the group that used for HRD division, while purchasing division use quality of goods, price, accuracy time shipping and supplier identity.Application the design and the testing of decision support system result a correct and flexsibel decision with all criteria which influence that decision and give a report in order to user can understand why this software choose that decision.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu sumber dana dalam pembiayaan pembangunan daerah,Pendapatan Daerah Sendiri (PDS) memegang peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan otonomidaerah tingkat II. Besarnya PDS menggambarkan potensi pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) danpajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB). Selain itu untuk menunjang pembangunan daerah dalamrangka pemeratgaan pembangunan antar daerah pemerintah mengalokasikan sejumlah danaberupa subsidi daerah otonom dan sumbangan pembangunan. Hal ini dilakukan cumakepada daerah yang pendapatan daerahnya rendah dan kurang berpotensi, sehingga akanmengurangi tingkat kesenjangan antar daerah. Akan tetapi fenomena yang terjadi adalahadanya ketidaksesuaian dalam pengalokasian dana subsidi daerah otonom dan sumbanganpembangunan, akibat dari pengalokasian dana berdasarkan jumlah penduduk.Pada paper ini dibahas aplikasi jaringan syaraf tiruan Kohonen SOM untukpengelompokan atau clustering berdasarkan kesamaan atribut yang dimiliki bersama.Banyaknya atribut yang sama akan menggambarkan kedekatan kelompok daerah.Sistem ternyata mampu menghasilkan kelompok daerah yang terbentuk dari kesamaandan kemiripan atribut, sehingga dapat diketahui kesesuaian pengalokasian subsidi dansumbangan pembangunan untuk setiap daerah tingkat II.Kata kunci: EDA, JST, Kohonen - SOM, Kesejahteraan, PDS

Abstract

Perbatasan Negara yang meliputi wilayah daratan dan perairan merupakan manifestasi utama kedaulatanbangsa yang memiliki nilai strategis dalam mendukung keberhasilan pembangunan Nasional. Ditinjau dari letakgeografis, Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) berbatasan laut langsung dengan 10 negara tetanggayaitu: Australia, Malaysia, Philipina, Singapura, Thailand, Timor Leste, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam, India,dan Palau, kondisi ini membuat NKRI rentan terjadi pelanggaran wilayah perbatasan laut. Berdasarkan dataFAO tahun 2009, kerugian NKRI tiap tahunnya akibat illegal fishing adalah ± 30 Triliun Rupiah, illegal loggingadalah ± 6.48 Triliun Rupiah, untuk meminimalisasi kerugian Negara maka perlu adanya pengembanganstrategi pengamanan wilayah perbatasan laut yang berbasis exspert system sebagai tool manajemenpengambilan keputusan. Sistem pakar (expert system) secara umum adalah sistim yang berusaha mengadopsipengetahuan manusia ke komputer, agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang biasa dilakukanoleh para ahli. Diharapkan dengan sistim ini, para militer yang bertugas di wilayah perbatasan laut Indonesiadapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ”sedikit rumit”, ”rumit” ataupun ”rumit sekali” tanpa bantuan para ahli,sedangkan untuk para ahli sistem ini bisa digunakan sebagai asisten yang berpengalaman. Aplikasi yangdikembangkan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi pengamanan terhadap jenis-jenis gangguan yangterjadi di wilayah perbatasan laut Indonesia dengan memperhatikan tiga aspek ancaman yaitu: internal,eksternal dan internal-eksternal, dengan menggunakan pendekatan certainly factor (CP) kemungkinan ganguandan ancaman terhadap wilayah perbatasan laut Indonesia akan didapatkan nilainya (strategi).

Abstract

Classification is a method for compiling data systematically according to the rules that have been set previously. In recent years classification method has been proven to help many people’s work, such as image classification, medical biology, traffic light, text classification etc. There are many methods to solve classification problem. This variation method makes the researchers find it difficult to determine which method is best for a problem. This framework is aimed to compare the ability of classification methods, such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), and Backpropagation, especially in study cases of image retrieval with five category of image dataset. The result shows that K-NN has the best average result in accuracy with 82%. It is also the fastest in average computation time with 17,99 second during retrieve session for all categories class. The Backpropagation, however, is the slowest among three of them. In average it needed 883 second for training session and 41,7 second for retrieve session.
