Abstract

Pondok pesantren is an institution that can contribute to empowering the community's economy through its business units. The effort was apparently carried out by Pondok Pesantren DALWA. This institute has 14 businesses, but not all of them have professional management, there are a hotel, mart, tour and travel, bread, and fried chicken. This research uses a summative evaluation model. It has four components are context, input, process, product. This model will report the reason, implementation, and result of empowerment. The purpose of this research was to analyze the model of community economic empowerment in the league. The research method is qualitative. Data collected through observations, interviews and documents. The data is validated by the triangulation of sources and techniques. The result showed the reason for empowerment because of independence, reliance, and da’wah. The program gives priority to male are competent, sincere, and amanah. This program consists of awareness, capacity, and making efficient use based on Islam. It is very useful for individual ability, effort, environment, and league. Abstract

UN member states have carried out a series of sustainable development in 2030 and included 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of the main points of attention is the first point concerning poverty alleviation which is largely due to unemployment. Therefore we need an effective strategy in solving these problems. Not only from the government, but can also come from the community. Similarly, pondok pesantren. With the existence of pesantren, the government strongly believes that pesantren can improve welfare and alleviate poverty. One of the pesantren involved is the Mukmin Mandiri boarding school, which also contributes to the economic development of the people, namely unemployment reduction, by empowering the community to become students having religious provisions as well as entrepreneurs through opening employment opportunities for students. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of pesantren in poverty alleviation. The research method used is qualitative with a case study design. Data collected through observation, interviews and documents. Then, the data is validated by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed the existence of pesantren businesses as a way of opportunity and a place for empowering skills for unemployed people. Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan banyak aspek yang terdampak hal tersebut memerlukan adanya bantuan yang disalurkan dari pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan guna membantu menyejahterakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran  Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah yaitu Bank Wakaf Mikro di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank Wakaf Mikro berperan dalam situasi pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan melakukan sistem baru dalam pelayananya meliputi proses pendataan nasabah yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19, mempermudah angsurannya, memberikan fasilitas pemanfaatan media online sebagai pengembangan usaha, menutup proses pembiayaan tetapi memberikan fasilitas untuk diarahkan kepada lembaga keuangan lain.Kata Kunci: Bank Wakaf Mikro, Pembiayaan, Pandemi, COVID-19 ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic has affected many aspects. This pandemic requires the government and financial institutions to help people of the community. This research purpose to determine the role of Islamic Microfinance Institutions, namely Micro Waqf Banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of this research show that the Micro Waqf Bank plays a role in the Covid-19 pandemic situation, that's to do a new system in its services including the process of data collection of customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitating installments, providing facilities for using online media as business development, closing the process. financing but providing facilities to be directed to other financial institutions.Keywords: Micro Waqf Bank, Financing, Pandemic, COVID-19

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pengelolaan dana infaq dan sedekah di Krembangan PCM Kota Surabaya terhadap program pemberdayaan masyarakat eks lokalisasi PSK Tambak Asri. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah beberapa pengurus PCM Krembangan di Surabaya dan anggota program pemberdayaan diantaranya eks PSK dan masyarakat di bekas wilayah lokalisasi Tambak Asri serta hasil pengelolaan dana shadaqah infak oleh PCM Krembangan. Hasil penemuan data di lapangan kemudian dikaitkan dengan beberapa teori antara lain keberhasilan bisnis, keberhasilan pemberdayaan, tamkin, kegagalan pemberdayaan dan kegagalan bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengelolaan zakat di PCM Krembangan Surabaya terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat baik dari segi ekonomi, agama dan sosial serta tamkin. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya indikator keberhasilan usaha informan, pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar dan tambahan, peningkatan tingkat keimanan dan partisipasi sosial masyarakat, dan tamkin. Selain itu, ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan program pemberdayaan tidak berjalan maksimal.Kata Kunci: Dampak, Pemanfaatan, Donasi Infaq, Pemberdayaan ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the impact of the management of infaq and alms funds in the Krembangan PCM Surabaya City in the community empowerment program for former prostitute localization of Tambak Asri. The method used is qualitative-descriptive with a case study method. Sources of data in this study are several administrators of PCM Krembangan in Surabaya and members of the empowerment program including former prostitute and communities in the former localization area of Tambak Asri and the results of the management of shadaqah infak funds by PCM Krembangan. The results of data discovery in the field are then linked with several theories including business success, empowerment success, tamkin, empowerment failure and business failure. The results of the study indicate that there is an impact of the management of alms donations at PCM Krembangan in Surabaya on community empowerment in terms of economic, religious and social and tamkin aspects. This is indicated by an increase in the indicators of the success of the informants' business, the fulfillment of basic and additional needs, an increase in the level of faith and social participation in the community, and tamkin. Besides, there are several factors that cause the empowerment program to not run optimally.Keywords: Impact, Utilization, Infaq Donation, Empowerment

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat sekitarnya, ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi studi kasus. Teknik analisis dengan mendasarkan pada preposisi teoritis, yaitu mengikuti preposisi teoritis yang menuntun studi kasus. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, yaitu menguji kredibilitas data yang telah diperoleh dengan mengeceknya melalui beberapa sumber. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pondok Pesantern An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo memiliki amal-amal usaha diantaranya usaha berupa SPBU, koperasi pondok pesantren, bengkel, Bank Wakaf Mikro dan juga budidaya perikanan. Amal-amal usaha tersebut menjadikan Pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo ini bisa memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar dengan merekrut masyarakat sekitar untuk dijadikan karyawan dari beberapa amal usaha yang dimiliki pondok pesantren, Pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo juga membuka peminjaman dana (tanpa agunan dan bunga) di Bank Wakaf Mikro milik pondok pesantren bagi masyarakat yang ingin membuka usaha sendiri atau ada keperluan lain. Pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo juga melakukan pendistribusian tahunan berupa parcel saat Idul fitri dan juga hasil qurban saat Idul adha. Pondok pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo juga membuka kerjasama dengan para masyarakat seperti disediakan stan untuk masyarakat yang ingin berjualan saat pondok pesantren mengadakan bazaar atau acara pengajian umum, masyarakat sekitar juga bisa bekerja sama dengan pihak pondok pesantren seperti menitipkan barang dagangannya ke pihak pondok pesantren (menitipkan di kantin & koperasi pondok pesantren);Kata Kunci: pondok pesantren, pemberdayaan ekonomi, masyarakat sekitar, ekonomi Islam ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the role of the An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo Islamic boarding school in the economic empowerment of the surrounding community, from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study strategy. The analysis technique is based on theoretical prepositions, namely following theoretical prepositions that guide case studies. The data validity technique uses the source triangulation technique, which is to test the credibility of the data that has been obtained by checking it through several sources. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo Islamic Boarding School has business charities including business in the form of gas stations, Islamic boarding school cooperatives, workshops, Micro Waqf Bank and fisheries cultivation. These charitable efforts have enabled the An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo Islamic boarding school to empower the economy of the surrounding community by recruiting local people to become employees of several charitable businesses owned by the Islamic boarding school. (without collateral and interest) in the Micro Waqf Bank belonging to the Islamic boarding school for people who want to open their own business or have other needs. Pondok Pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadlo also distributes annual parcels during Eid al-Fitr and also qurban results during Eid al-adha. Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia memiliki potensi dana filantropi yang sangat besar, antara lain zakat, infaq dan dana sosial keagamaan lainnya (DSKL). Di Indonesia, dana filantropi tersebut dikelola oleh Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ) dan Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ). Salah satu LAZ yang ada di Indonesia Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU), dan memiliki salah satu LAZISMU Daerah yakni LAZISMU Bojonegoro. Namun pada tahun 2020, kegiatan LAZISMU Bojonegoro terganggu dengan merebaknya pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dana filantropi di lembaga tersebut pada tahun 2019 (sebelum pandemi) dan tahun 2020 (selama pandemi). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus eksploratori, dengan menggunakan data primer berupa wawancara dan data sekunder berupa dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LAZISMU Bojonegoro berhasil beradaptasi pada kondisi pandemi, dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya penerimaan dana filantropi sebesar Rp. 720.736.219, atau sebesar 30,05% dari tahun sebelumnya, dan pendistribusian sebesar Rp. 567.913.837, atau 25,09% dari tahun sebelumnya, dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penyaluran di bidang ekonomi.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Dana Filantropi, Pandemi COVID-19, LAZISMU Bojonegoro. ABSTRACTIndonesia has the potential for huge philanthropic funds, including zakat, infaq and other socio-religious funds (DSKL). In Indonesia, the philanthropic fund is managed by the Amil Zakat Agency (BAZ) and the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ). One of the LAZ in Indonesia is the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah Institute (LAZISMU), and has one of the Regional LAZISMUs, namely LAZISMU Bojonegoro. However, in 2020, LAZISMU Bojonegoro's activities will be disrupted by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine how philanthropic funds are managed at the institution in 2019 (before the pandemic) and in 2020 (during the pandemic). The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with an exploratory case study strategy, using primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documents. Abstract

This study aims to describe madzhab Hambali’s perspective on waqf istibdal, in which there are many opinions among the scholars regarding the ability to implement istibdal on waqf goods. The differences of opinion among fiqh scholars in responding to the dynamics of waqf, the laws related to waqf and their management procedures are important to discuss, because they will have an impact on the formulation of policies that will be taken in the future. And discuss about waqf istibdal relevance on development of waqf in Indonesia by madzhab Hambali’s perspective. This research uses descriptive-qualitative research with the library research method. The results of this study indicate that waqf istibdal is allowed in the perspective of madzhab Hambali and it is very relevant to the development of waqf in Indonesia. Keywords: Waqf, Istibdāl, the Development, Madzhab Syafi’i.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the concept and utilization of waqf in supporting and running health care facilities in Islamic civilization and evaluating its compliance with statutory regulations if the same concept is applied in Indonesia. By using the documentary research method this study examining and/or exploring various secondary sources related to the research topic. This research concludes that the use of waqf in supporting and maintaining the sustainability of health facilities has become a part of Islamic civilization. The concept of using waqf in operating and supporting health facilities is also not against the prevailing laws and regulations. In fact, the concept is in the same line with article 170 of Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning health and Presidential Decree No.59 of 2017 concerning sustainable development. With the harmony between the concept of waqf and the prevailing law and regulations it is expected that government could realizing provided a sustainable and inclusive waqf-based development.

Abstract

This article explains how the potential of zakat, where Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Certainly with the largest Muslim population. Indonesia has great zakat potential. Based on the research of Baznas, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), and Islamic Development Bank (IDB), the potential of national zakat amounted to Rp 217 trillion. So in this case it takes planning how the program of distribution of zakat can be channeled in a directed manner and has a clear orientation where zakat will be distributed, not just on the distribution of a moment without any sustainable effect. The author has an idea about the system of distribution of zakat that can be channeled to MSMEs with a revenue-sharing system so that the zakat can later be re-collected and used for further purposes. In the end, the orientation of the idea of zakat distribution program to MSMEs can have a sustainable impact. Then on the next side poverty can be resolved, unemployment can be realized, and welfare can be felt by all communities so that the expected benefits in the Islamic economy can be realized.

Abstract

As ecological problems become more apparent, public awareness of their dependence on nature is increasing. This then raises the urge to care about ecological issues. In line with this, there was also a movement that blended ecological issues with religious issues. So, there arose a scientific interest in studying religion in relation to ecology, including in Islam. In this case the discussion will focus on how Islamic economic views about ecology. By using qualitative methods, the discussion is focused on getting an overview of the Islamic economic view of ecology. Islamic economic bases its value on the concept of tauhid, so it views ecology as a unified relationship between God, man and nature. Al-Quran, as the main source of sharia values, explains a lot about the nature and ecological crises that can occur if humans do damage. Islamic economics is full of moral values, in exploring nature, human must uphold the prevailing moral values and pay attention to the principles of maslahah and maqashid sharia.
