Abstract

This book is based on the theory of constructivism that allows students to build their knowledge through fun and interactive interactions. Flipbooks make it easy to present material with various multimedia elements, while wordwall provides interesting wordplay in writing procedural texts so that it is an easy learning support tool. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of flipbook-based digital books with the help of wordwall for learning to write procedural texts. This research method is development research or R and D using ADDIE design. ADDIE's design steps are Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects in this study are teachers and 5th grade elementary school students in Madiun Regency, which totals 5 teachers and 87 students. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Additional statistical analysis To strengthen the quantitative analysis, a descriptive statistical test was conducted in the form of calculating the average value (mean), standard deviation, minimum, and maximum of the user assessment results. Instrument Validity and Reliability. The questionnaire instrument was validated by two experts, namely a material expert and a media expert, to measure content validityThe results of the study show that the development of digital books is developed according to the needs of teachers and students. Flipbook-based digital books are declared feasible for learning to write procedural texts. With this, it is hoped that it can make students understand more deeply the procedural text material with a fun learning experience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and explain (1) optimization of poetry appreciation learning for Indonesian Language Education students at the Peradaban University through the use of social media and (2) students' interest in learning after using social media in learning poetry appreciation. The method in this research is a case study. The focus of research is related to learning poetry with supporting data for interviews and documentation.Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) social media becomes a medium that can improve students' language skills and critical thinking as an actualization of poetry appreciation learning which includes introduction, recitation, and poetry production through the use of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and the Website, (2) the use of media social in learning poetry has an effect on improving cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The cognitive aspect leads to the stages of understanding and the thought process of introducing, studying, and producing poetry. Affective aspects related to the process of inspiration, organization, assessment, and attitude.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media kartu kelas kata (KAKEK) untuk memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengajarkan pada peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Subyek dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa Universitas Peradaban dan Siswa SDN 1 Gumelar. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode angket/kuisoner, observasi, tes dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran kartu kelas kata (KAKEK) layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran untuk mempermudah mahasiswa dalam menjelaskan kelas kata Bahasa Indonesia. Rerata skor kelayakan media Kartu Kelas Kata (KAKEK) dari ahli materi sebesar 4,56 yang terletak pada rentang X > 4,20 dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Adapun rerata skor kelayakan media kartu kelas kata (KAKEK) dari ahli media sebesar 4,24 yang terletak pada rentang X > 4,20 dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”.Kata Kunci: Media, Kartu, Kelas Kata Abstract: The current study aims at developing parts of speech card (KAKEK) media to facilitate the internship students to teach Bahasa Indonesia in Elementary School. This study is a research and development (R&D) design. The subjects of this research were students of Peradaban University and students of SDN 1 Gumelar. The data was collected through questionnaire, observation, test, and interview. The result reveals that parts of speech card (KAKEK) media is feasible to apply for the students to teach parts of speech of Bahasa Indonesia. The mean of the feasibility score of the media from expert of material is 4.56 which is on the range of X>4.20, indicating that it is in “very feasible” category.  In addition, it achieves 4.24 for the mean of the feasibility score from expert of media. This score is on the range of X>4.20, which includes in “very feasible”.Keywords: Media, Card, Parts of Speech

Abstract

Karya sastra merupakan cerminan dari kehidupan manusia, salah satunya perempuan yang beragam watak sifat di dalam kesusastraan itu sendiri. Dalam sebuah karya sastra juga memiliki nilai pendidikan yang dapat diambil di dalamnya. Dalam penelitian ini  menggunakan tokoh utama dalam novel Carnation,yang memiliki citra perempuan dan nilai karakter pendidikan yang cukup kuat sebagai anak remaja yang menempuh berbagai kondisi perihal kehidupannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan dan percakapan yang terdapat dalam novel Carnation karya Sanaz Nadya dan sumber data novel dan buku acuan yang berkenaan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan 2 teknik yaitu teknik baca, dan teknik catat. Teknik validitas data dalam penelitian ini dengan trianggulasi data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tentang citra tokoh utama dan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel Carnation karya Sanaz Nadya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tokoh Della memiliki citra diri meliputi aspek fisik: manis, lucu, cantik, salut. Aspek psikis: penyesalan, menangis, pemarah, galak, kecemburuan, bahagia, pemalu, bijak, agresif. Ada juga citra sosial, yaitu: aspek keluarga. Nilai pendidikan dalam novel Carnation karya Sanaz Nadya meliputi: tanggung jawab, peduli sosial, disiplin, kerja keras, berbakti kepada orang tua, kasih sayang. Kata Kunci : citra perempuan, novel Carnation, nilai pendidikan karakter

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the presentation skills of MTs Mambaul 'Ulum Jetak students. Activities are carried out using socialization methods and face-to-face public speaking training by applying theoretical and practical learning. The approach is carried out by means of interviews to look for problems then followed by training activities as an implementation of problem solutions. Problems are obtained and discussed during socialization and problem solving during training sessions. The results of the activity showed that MTs Mambaul 'ulum Jetak students were able to improve their communication skills in presentation activities in class so that this could also support learning activities
