The understanding on Quran requires an approach that is oriented toward inclusiveness. Many Quran interpretation scholars who understand the Quran in a way that leads to antagonistic attitudes and acts of violence. There is a need to propose alternative Quran Interpretation Learning using an integrative approach. This paper aims to investigate the design of an integrated emancipatory Quran interpretation learning at Master Program for Arabic Language Education of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This research is qualitative using descriptive methods. It applied observation, interviews, and documentation to collect the data. Using scientific integrative approach, this study found that emancipatory Quran learning interpretation was designed into three levels: objectives, process and learning material.

This study explains the development paradigm of Islamic studies in the College (PTAI) that is inspired by the transformation of science that has developed along with the demands of a globalized world which is marked the transformation of information technology or information civilization. This study is a library research at IAIN Ambon. The research resource includes the book of the Scientific Development Paradigm at IAIN Ambon with hermeneutic and deconstructive approach and critical analysis. Based on the research concluded: (1) Scientific paradigm developed in Ambon IAIN is interconnected-integrated paradigm in the metaphor of bees, where all sciences are closely related each other; and (2) the development of integrated-interconnected paradigm at Ambon IAIN conceptually is not fully relevant to the idea of founding fathers on this paradigm. It seems immature and not yet supported by the strong philosophy principles.

Religion in contemporary sociological studies does not only talk about official discourse, but also everyday lived. This paper describes "everyday lived" or "live religion". Through qualitative approaches and descriptive methods can be explained, religion and spirituality based on everyday lived can be analyzed through ordinary people in their daily religious practices. Everyday religion displays a different dynamic, which is freer from political construction. Everyday religion views agency as important, without neglecting structure. Structure refers to the ability of institutions to produce (and enforce) a pattern of meaning and action; agency refers to the individual or collective ability to improvise and bring alternatives to life. The study of "lived religion" can be an inspiration for the development of Islamic studies in various Islamic universities, especially the studies of the Qur'an and Hadith.Agama dalam kajian sosiologi kontemporer tidak semata-mata membicarakan official discourse, melainkan everyday lived. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan "everyday lived" atau "live religion". Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dapat dijelaskan, agama dan sipiritualitas berdasarkan everyday lived dapat dianalisis melalui orang-orang biasa dalam praktik keagamaan sehari-hari. Everyday religion menampilkan dinamika yang berbeda, yang lebih bebas dari konstruksi politik. Everyday religion memandang penting agensi, tanpa mengabaikan struktur. Struktur mengacu pada kemampuan lembaga untuk memproduksi (dan memaksakan) suatu pola pemaknaan dan tindakan; agensi mengacu pada kemampuan individu atau kolektif untuk melakukan improvisasi dan menghidupkan alternatif-alternatif. Studi "lived religion" dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi pengembangan studi Islam di berbagai perguru-an tinggi Islam, terutama kajian-kajian Al-Qur'an dan Hadis.

In all parts of the world, water is rapidly becoming an emerging issue. Mature technologies had been established in the water treatment process to overcome the issue. However, the water treatment technology advance does not mean it is not faced with its issues. In fact, it still leaves many problems for humans due to both technical issues and management problems. Understanding the water treatment process's proper perspective is required to achieve sustainable and equitable development for Muslim countries. In the other hand, Islam endeavors comprehensive guidelines on all aspects of human life and manages water resources. This mini-review article will give a brief explanation of some excellent technologies of water treatment and challenges associated with the advancing control over their beneficiation. Therefore, an Islamic perspective will be addressed to emphasize how Islamic-based policy and management can take a leading solution to overcome the fundamental problem for the future of water for the benefit of human life.

This research aims to find out one of the components to improve the quality of education, namely the school management component, to know the achievement of school management, namely through the understanding of PAI teachers and non-PAI teachers as respondents on each indicator. The population in this study is a unit of junior high school education / Mts. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The instrument used is a questionnaire or questionnaire about understanding the components of school management. Data retrieval is done using google form that is distributed to 7 PAI teachers and 7 non-PAI teachers. The conclusion of this study is that the understanding between PAI teachers and non-PAI teachers has a high level of understanding, both of which show good understanding despite the thin differences, and there are indicators that are still lacking and need to be improved on the understanding of school management. PAI teachers and non-PAI teachers should be able to improve their knowledge in improving the quality of education.

Kitab Washoya al-abâ li al abnâ merupakan kitab klasik yang sampai sekarang masih digunakan di beberapa pesantren salaf sebagai media pembelajaran akhlak. Kitab Washoya berisi nasihat-nasihat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang diperuntukan bagi para pelajar. Setiap Nasihat yang disampaikan Muhammad Syakir memiliki teks yang menjadi referensi dalam penulisan kitab ini. Dengan demikian, teks-teks yang berkaitan dengan teks nasihat tersebut bersumber dari alquran, hadits, ataupun teks-teks dari kitab akhlak yang lain. Untuk mencari teks-teks yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan teks nasihat tersebut peneliti menggunakan Teori Semiotika Intertekstual Julia Kristeva. Dalam Intertekstual Julia Kristeva, Setiap teks lahir tidak berdiri sendiri, ia memiliki keterkaitan dengan teks lain yang menjadi referensinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teks-teks yang berkiatan dengan nasihat yang disampaikan Muhammad Syakir dalam kitab Washoya al-abâ li al abnâ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif.

Film Capharnaum merupakan film yang berasal dari Lebanon yang disutradai oleh seorang sutradai perempuan yang sekaligus menciptakan Naskah filmnya, bernama Nadine Labaki. Dia terinpirasi untuk membuat film tersebut dari pengalamannya yang melakukan riset dengan mengelilingi penjara anak yang ada di Suriah, mewawancarai anak-anak yang ada didalam penjara tersebut dan mengambil suara-suara anak yang mengalami konflik dimasa kecilnya. Lalu sutradara mengambil kesimpulan dan ia tuangkan dalam naskah film. Mengambil narasi berlatar Beirut modern, yang sangat cocok untuk menggambarkan keadaan anak-anak yang mengalami kesengseraan dan kemiskinan yang luar biasa dikalangan anak-anak serta keterbaian oleh orangtuanya. Ditambah dengan para pemain actor yang diambil Nadine dari tempat pengungsian Suriah yang mengalami hal tersebut di kehidupan realitanya. Karna actor yang diambil bukan actor yang professional, menjadika peran yang mereka mainkan menjadi penuh emosional sesuai yang mereka alami. Tema film ini menceritakan tentang kejahatan yang terjadi terhadap anak berbentuk eksploitasi anak, banyak ketidakadilan hak anak dalam film Capharnaum ini. Dengan demikian, untuk mencari makna teks yang mengandung bentuk eksploitasi anak tersebut perlu dicari menggunakan pendekatan kajian strukturalisme obyektif. Dalam intertekstual penelitian ini, meneliti dari segi struktur dan keterkaitan antar struktur tersebut sehingga membentuk satu kesatuan makna yang utuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teks –teks naskah film Capharnaum karya Nadine Labaki yang mengandung makna kata yang memiliki arti kedalam bentuk eksploitasi anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif.

This study discusses the shackles of women, the structure of the work and the author's worldview in the novel Perempuan-Perempuan Harem by Fatima Mernissi. Women's shackles are a limitation of women in obtaining their rights as a woman. The structure of the work is the constituent element of literary works and is often also called the intrinsic element. The structure of the work analyzed in this study includes: Themes, characterizations, plot, setting and point of view. The author's world view is a form of mediation (compromise) between the structure of society and elements of literary works. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Descriptive method of analysis is done by describing the facts and then doing the analysis, The theoretical approach taken is Lucian Goldman's. Analysis of the novel Perempuan-Perempuan Harem by Fatima Mernissi found that there are female shackles, the structure of the work is the theme, plot, characters and characterizations, setting and point of view. The world view of the author that Fatima Mernissi feels as the author of the novel Perempuan-Perempuan Harem is that there are limitations for women in their family environment because they adhere to traditions that limit women's behavior, unlike Moroccan women in general.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna materi pendidikan Islam di dalam al-Qur’an perspektif Tafsir al-Misbah yang kemudian diinternalisasikan dalam kehidupan peserta didik di Era Society 5.0. Melalui metode kualitatif, dengan metodologi tafsir maudhu’i dan memanfaatkan studi literatur, hasil penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran peserta didik tidak dibatasi untuk berkreasi dan mengembangkan potensi sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman, dan justru hal tersebut harus didorong dan dilakukan agar menjadi peserta didik yang adaptif dan kompeten di Era Society 5.0, dengan catatan tetap menjadikan akidah, ibadah, dan akhlak sebagai pegangan dan pedoman. Proses reinternalisasi materi pendidikan di dalam al-Qur’an perspektif Tafsir al-Misbah memberi dampak yang baik pada peserta didik, di antara dampaknya antara lain: 1) membentuk dan menjadikan peserta didik yang hati-hati dalam bertindak dan bersikap; 2) menjadikan peserta didik pribadi yang pandai dalam memfilter informasi; 3) kegiatan ibadahnya tidak hanya berdampak pada kecerdasan spiritual saja, melainkan juga kecerdasan emosional; dan 5) memiliki kepribadian yang baik terhadap dirinya dan orang-orang di sekitarnya
