Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of reward strategies, management behavior, and remuneration on the work motivation of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) teachers in Jambi Province, both partially and simultaneously, as well as directly or indirectly. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method of 145 teachers and analyzed by path analysis, this study shows that the three independent variables have a significant effect on teachers' work motivation. Key findings include the direct influence of reward strategies and management behaviors on remuneration and work motivation, as well as indirect influences through remuneration. Overall, the results indicate that the better the reward strategy, management behavior, and remuneration, the higher the teacher's motivation to work.

Abstract

Fraktur adalah hilangnya kontinuitas sebagian atau seluruh yang terjadi pada tulang yang membutuhkan penanganan medis segera. Fraktur dapat menyebabkan terjadinya masalah, seperti trauma pembuluh darah, komplikasi pada tulang, emboli tulang, perdarahan, dan terutama rasa nyeri yang mengganggu. Untuk menangani masalah nyeri pada fraktur dibutuhkan tindakan yang efektif berupa penerapan teknik relaksasi benson secara berkala. Tujuan dilakukannya studi ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan pengalaman penerapan teknik relaksasi benson dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pasien pre dan post op closed fracture left tibia fibula. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif yang terdiri dari pengkajian, penegakan diagnosa, perencanaan tindakan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan skala nyeri setelah adanya penerapan intervensi teknik relaksasi benson. Pada pre op didapatkan skala nyeri 4 menurun ke skala 3 dan post op didapatkan skala nyeri 5 menurun ke skala nyeri 4.. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik relaksasi benson efektif untuk menurunkan nyeri yang dirasakan pasien melalui relaksasi napas dalam yang dipadukan dengan keyakinan spiritual.

Abstract

In connection with technological developments which also have a negative impact on users, most of whom are the successors of the nation itself. Currently, many of the nation's successors are seen starting to have bad personalities, such as filling their free time with gadgets rather than other useful things, so that the attitudes they produce are less in line with the normal characteristics of the nation's children. The purpose of this research is to see how guidance and counseling teachers' efforts are in increasing understanding of good personality at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. Data has been collected using observation and interview methods. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. There are several efforts made by BK teachers to increase understanding of good personality in this research, namely 1) Providing material about good personality through one of the guidance and counseling services such as classical guidance, 2) Providing support- positive support for students' daily activities so as to create self-confidence in individuals to have a good personality, both at school and outside school, 3) If you experience problems in your daily life that require counseling, they will be maximized with individual counseling or counselling group.

Abstract

This article explores a case study of students violating rules at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi, focusing on the types of violations, triggering factors, the impact on academic achievement, and the school's efforts to address the issue. Utilizing a qualitative approach, including interviews, observations, and content analysis, this research delves into the complex internal dynamics of the school and external factors influencing student behavior. The research results highlight various rule violations, starting from non-compliance with class rules such as violations of the rules in the PBM. Triggering factors encompass personal aspects, family environment, and social pressures. The school has implemented various mentoring programs. Nevertheless, continuous evaluation is necessary to adjust the effectiveness of these programs. The role of parents is also acknowledged as crucial in supporting the school's efforts.. By recommending measures such as community involvement, policy reinforcement, and the use of technology for monitoring, this article presents a comprehensive perspective to assist schools in addressing similar challenges. It is anticipated that these findings contribute positively to further discussions on enhancing discipline and the learning environment in vocational high schools.
