Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektifitas dalam penerapan Inovasi Waver Mangrove (Water Level Control) yang meliputi 1) Mengukur survival rate (st) mengetahui tingkat kelangsungan hidup atau persentase keberhasilan hidup dari bibit mangrove yang ditanam. 2) Mengukur tingkat persentase kesehatan tanaman mangrove dengan membandingkan jumlah tanaman yang sehat dan jumlah tanaman yang hidup digunakan untuk menghitung persentase kesehatan tanaman. Pengambilan data dilakukan di area konservasi mangrove PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek yang berada di Dusun Karangsari, Desa Sedari, Kecamatan Cibuaya, Kabupaten Karawang dengan metode pengamatan langsung yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari hingga Agustus 2024 dengan menghitung secara keseluruhan mangrove yang berada di area konservasi yang telah menerapkan Inovasi Waver Mangrove. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Inovasi Waver Mangrove dengan mekanisme kerja mengontrol volume air, pasir, dan lumpur berlebih pada area tanam berperan besar dalam mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan mangrove dengan hasil pengukuran survival rate dan tingkat peresentase kesehatan tanaman mencapai 97,65%. Capaian tersebut tidak lepas dari pengaruh keterlibatan kelompok masyarakat yang diantaranya LMDH (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan) Rimba Jaya dan OTAP Sedari (Orang Tua Asuh Pohon), Pokdarwis Sedari, dan Proklim Sedari yang secara konsisten menerapkan Inovasi Waver Mangrove dan melaksanakan proses perawatan mangrove dengan baik. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the Waver Mangrove Innovation (Water Level Control), which includes: 1) Measuring the survival rate (st) to determine the survival rate or success percentage of the planted mangrove seedlings. 2) Measuring the percentage of plant health by comparing the number of healthy plants with the total number of surviving plants, used to calculate the health percentage of the plants. Data collection was conducted in the mangrove conservation area of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek, located in Karangsari Hamlet, Sedari Village, Cibuaya Subdistrict, Karawang Regency, using direct observation methods from February to August 2024, by counting all mangroves in the conservation area that had applied the Waver Mangrove Innovation. The research results showed that the Waver Mangrove Innovation, which operates by controlling excess water, sand, and silt in the planting area, played a significant role in optimizing mangrove growth, with the survival rate and plant health percentage reaching 97.65%. This achievement was closely linked to the involvement of community groups such as LMDH (Forest Village Community Institution) Rimba Jaya, OTAP Sedari (Mangrove Foster Parents), Pokdarwis Sedari, and Proklim Sedari, who consistently applied the Waver Mangrove Innovation and conducted mangrove care processes effectively.

Abstract

Inovasi untuk meningkatkan perbaikan dampak lingkungan dilaksakan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek sesuai dengan analisis Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Salah satu diantaranya yaitu terkait dengan penurunan beban pencemaran air dengan menciptakan inovasi Filter Masaco (Membran Selulosa Eceng Gondok). Inovasi tersebut diciptakan sejalan dengan keterkaitan LCA dan inovasi sosial untuk mejawab hotspot terkait dengan dampak eutrofikasi. Filter Masaco yang diterapkan pada Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Limbah (IPAL) domestik PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek dapat menurunkan kadar BOD 56,83%, COD 28,86%, TSS 79.60%, Minyak dan Lemak 27,27%, serta Total coliform 3,50% sesuai ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia Nomor: P.68/Menlhk-Setjen/2016 tentang Baku Mutu Air Limbah Domestik.  Filter Masaco yang diterapkan pada Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Bersih (IPAB) pada pelaksanaan Program Ngabedahkeun Walahar (Ngalindungi Baberengan Danau Cinta Kanggo Ekosistem Keberlanjutan) dapat menurunkan kadar Escherichia Coli yang sebelumnya 100 CFU/100ml menjadi 0 CFU/100ml dan Total Coliform yang sebelumnya 7 CFU/100ml menjadi 0 CFU/100ml, Total Disolve Solid yang sebelumnya 450 mg/L menjadi 218 mg/LP, dan mangan terlarut yang sebelumnya 30 mg/L menjadi 0,01 mg/L sehingga menghasilkan air bersih hygiene dan sanitasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Meteri kesehatan No 2 Tahun 2023 Tentang Standart Baku Mutu Kesehatan Lingkungan. Innovation to improve environmental impact was conducted by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek in accordance with the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) analysis. One of them is related to reducing the load of water pollution by creating the Masaco Filter innovation (Water Hyacinth Cellulose Membrane). The innovation was created in line with the linkage of LCA and social innovation to answer a hotspot related to the impact of eutrophication. The Masaco filter applied to the domestic Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Limbah (IPAL) or wastewater management installation of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek could reduce BOD levels by 56.83%, COD by 28.86%, TSS by 79.60%, Oil and Fat by 27.60%, and Oil and Fat by 27.60%. 79.60%, Oil and Fat 27.27%, and Total coliform 3.50% based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.68/Menlhk-Setjen/2016 concerning Domestic Wastewater Quality Standards. The Masaco filter applied to the Clean Water Management Installation or Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Bersih (IPAB) in the implementation of the Ngabedahkeun Walahar Program (Ngalindungi Baberengan Danau Cinta Kanggo Ekosistem Keberlanjutan) resulted in a reduction in Escherichia Coli levels from 100 CFU/100ml to 0 CFU/100ml and Total Coliform from 7 CFU/100ml to 0 CFU/100ml, Total Dissolve Solid which was previously 450 mg/L to 218 mg/LP, and dissolved manganese which was previously 30 mg/L to 0.01 mg/L so as to produce clean water hygiene and sanitation following the Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023 concerning Environmental Health Quality Standards.

Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs has extracted a new book on teaching the Arabic language and also applies the new teaching curriculum. This research aims at two important things: First, to analyze the curriculum for teaching grammatical structures in the Arabic language teaching book for the first secondary grade of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020. Second, to evaluate it in light of the book Idhaat for teachers of Arabic for non-native speakers. This research uses the qualitative and quantitative analysis method with the use of symbols N=fx/nx6 x100%, the data analysis method used by the researcher is the Miles and Huberman method. As for the results of this research, there are two things: 1.) It focuses and is completed on four elements of the Arabic language teaching curriculum after observation and tracking. 2.) That the study of structures in it after its evaluation in light of the Idhaat book is very suitable for teaching it, as it is at the rate of standards in the Idhaat book of 87%, meaning that it is very suitable and the curriculum is suitable for teaching it at this stage after tracking and observation.

Abstract

Ekosistem mangrove berperan sebagai benteng alami pesisir, namun diperlukan optimalisasi pertumbuhannya dengan melakukan integrasi terhadap potensi yang terdapat pada sekitarnya.  Studi ini menguji hasil inovasi Teman Mangrove (Sistem Aquaponik Mangrove) yang memanfaatkan sedimen limbah pakan dan ekskresi ikan bandeng dari tambak sebagai sumber nutrisi alami bagi Avicennia marina dan Rhizophora mucronata pada area konservasi mangrove 2 PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. Metode yang digunakan adalah Before–After dengan pembanding literatur. Lokasi penelitian berada di Dusun Karangsari, Desa Sedari, Cibuaya, Karawang, mencakup tambak bandeng 1 ha dan Area Konservasi Mangrove 2 yang telah tertanami >8.000 tanaman mangrove. Waktu pengamatan  berlangsung Agustus 2024–Januari 2025. Hasil menunjukkan perbaikan performa budidaya ikan bandeng,  produksi panen ikan bandeng meningkat dari 989,75 kg menjadi 1.207,3 kg per siklus (21,98%), yang pada harga jual Rp23.000/kg meningkatkan pendapatan petani Rp5.003.650. Dampak terhadap tanaman mangrove, selama periode pengamatan tidak ditemukan kematian, indikator pertumbuhan (jumlah daun, pembesaran batang, dan penambahan tinggi) tanaman mangrove meningkat. Analisis pemanfaatan nutrisi dari limbah organik tambak mengindikasikan potensi suplai tahunan dari tambak sebesar 124,84 kg N dan 60,96 kg P (dua siklus panen dalam setahun). Kebutuhan ekuivalen pupuk NPK untuk pertumbuhan optimal tanaman mangrove 96 kg NPK/tahun (12 g/tanaman/tahun), sehingga berpotensi menghasilkan penghematan Rp2.400.000/tahun. Mangrove ecosystems serve as natural coastal barriers; however, their growth requires optimization through integration with surrounding potentials. This study examines the innovation of Teman Mangrove (Mangrove Aquaponics System), which utilizes sediment waste from milkfish (Chanos chanos) feed and excretion in ponds as a natural nutrient source for Avicennia marina and Rhizophora mucronata in the Mangrove Conservation Area 2 of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. The method employed is Before–After with literature comparison. The research site is located in Karangsari Hamlet, Sedari Village, Cibuaya, Karawang, covering a 1-hectare milkfish pond and Mangrove Conservation Area 2, which has been planted with >8,000 mangrove trees. The observation period took place from August 2024 to January 2025. Results show improvements in milkfish cultivation performance, with production increasing from 989.75 kg to 1,207.3 kg per cycle (21.98%), which at a selling price of IDR 23,000/kg increased farmers’ income by IDR 5,003,650. Regarding mangrove plants, no mortality was observed during the study period; growth indicators (leaf count, stem diameter, and height increment) showed improvement. Analysis of nutrient utilization from pond organic waste indicates an annual potential supply of 124.84 kg N and 60.96 kg P (two harvest cycles per year). The equivalent fertilizer requirement for optimal mangrove growth is 96 kg NPK/year (12 g/plant/year), thus potentially generating savings of IDR 2,400,000/year.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di Desa Pasirtanjung, Kabupaten Karawang, ditandai dengan praktik pembakaran terbuka dan pembuangan ke saluran irigasi yang berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dibentuk Bank Sampah WISE (Waste Innovation for Social Empowerment) melalui program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan dari program Bank Sampah WISE. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, kuesioner, serta telaah dokumen, dan dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Triangulasi digunakan untuk menjaga validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Sampah WISE memberikan kontribusi pada tiga aspek utama. Secara sosial, meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat lintas kelompok, memperkuat budaya gotong royong, dan memberdayakan perempuan serta kelompok rentan. Secara ekonomi, menghadirkan tabungan berbasis sampah, menambah pendapatan keluarga, mendorong diversifikasi usaha sirkular, dan memperkuat kelembagaan desa. Secara lingkungan, menekan praktik pembakaran sampah di lebih dari 17 titik, mengurangi residu, memperbaiki irigasi, serta mengolah sampah organik menjadi produk bernilai. Keberhasilan ini memperoleh pengakuan nasional melalui penghargaan ProKlim Utama tahun 2024. Waste management remains a pressing issue in Pasirtanjung Village, Karawang, where open burning and waste disposal into irrigation channels have caused environmental and health problems. To address this challenge, the Waste Innovation for Social Empowerment (WISE) Waste Bank was established through the Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek. This study aims to analyze the social, economic, and environmental impacts of the WISE Waste Bank program. This research employed a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, questionnaires, and document review, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Triangulation of sources and methods was applied to ensure data validity. The findings show that the WISE Waste Bank contributes significantly to three dimensions. Socially, it increases community participation across groups, strengthens mutual cooperation, and empowers women and vulnerable groups. Economically, it provides waste-based savings, supplements household income, promotes circular-based business diversification, and strengthens village-level social enterprises. Environmentally, it reduces open burning at more than 17 points, decreases residual waste, improves irrigation flow, and processes organic waste into compost, planting media, eco-enzymes, maggot feed, and biogas. The program’s success was nationally recognized through the ProKlim Utama award in 2024.

Abstract

Kegiatan transportasi memiliki dampak yang demikian banyak terkait dengan pengembangan berkelanjutan masyarakat. Beberapa target dari transportasi berkelanjutan adalah mengembangkan infrastruktur, menyediakan akses sistem transportasi, serta menyediakan akses universal menuju ruang hijau dan publik bagi seluruh kalangan tidak terkecuali bagi pejalan kaki. Namun peminat dan pengguna pejalan kaki masih minim di beberapa kota besar. Penelitian ini berusaha mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor yang membentuk unsur keramahan pada pejalan kaki dengan pendekatan Transport Demand Omotenashi. Pembobotan pengaruh faktor dalam membentuk nilai keramahan pejalan kaki akan dianalisis dengan Analytic Hierarchy Process. Responden yang dipilih terdiri atas instansi akademisi dan praktisi yang memiliki kapasitas dalam menilai bobot kriteria keramahan pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat keramahan pejalan kaki dipengaruhi oleh unsur pedestrian untuk wisatawan (0,302), kenyamanan personal (0,234), geometrik penyeberangan (0,144), fasilitas pejalan kaki (0,139), geometrik jalur pejalan kaki (0,099), dan kinerja jalur pejalan kaki (0,082).

Abstract

As an effort to realize the goal of Indonesia's cashless national movement, it is to support and develop electronic money as a non-cash payment instrument. One of the non-cash payment instruments is e-Money Go-Pay. This study aims to analyze the user acceptance of e-Money products on the intention to use Go-Pay in Bandar Lampung. The variables analyzed are based on the TAM (Technology Acceptenance Model) theory, including perceptions of usefulness and perceived ease of use, as well as other supporting variables, namely security perceptions that affect intention to use Go-Pay e-Money services. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explain that, partially, the perception of usefulness, the perception ease of use, and the perception of security have a significant effect on the intention to use Go-Pay in Bandar Lampung. Simultaneous test results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security have an effect on intention to use Go-Pay in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: RS Bhayangkara Tingkat II Mas Kadiran Medan sampai saat ini tidak pernah mendesain pengukuran kinerja SDM melalui pendekatan HRSc. Padahal pengukuran dengan pendekatan ini dapat memberikan gambaran kepada RS tentang sesuai tidaknya kinerja SDM dengan arah strategis organisasi. Peneliti mengukur kinerja SDM dengan pendekatan HRSc dan membandingkannya dengan kinerja SDM saat ini serta menganalisis hubungan kausalitas antar variabel maupun antara sub variabel dengan variabel. Metode: Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiative research. Teknik sampel probability proportional to size sampling termasuk Slovin sampling dengan melibatkan sebanyak 54 responden pegawai pada unit poli rawat jalan. Teknik analisis menggunakan pengukuran kinerja SDM dengan pendekatan HRSc dan memakai metode KPI dan pengukuran kinerja SDM. Hasil: Diperoleh nilai weighted score KPI dengan pendekatan HRSc senilai 4,40 dengan kategori sangat baik (lebih besar 4,20 dan lebih kecil 5,00). Didapat nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 lebih kecil α 0,05 dengan pearson correlation 0, 842 lebih besar r tabel (54, df n-2, 2-tailed, sig.5%) 0,2632. Secara parsial diperoleh nilai pearson correlation perspektif keuangan (0,731), pelanggan (0,782), proses bisnis internal (0,809), maupun pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan (0,857) dan nilai beta unstandardized sebesar 0,726. Kesimpulan: Pengukuran kinerja dengan pendekatan HRSc memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif dengan kinerja SDM. Secara parsial perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal maupun pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berkorelasi signifikan dan positif dengan kinerja SDM. Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan paling dominan menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja SDM.

Abstract

Introduction: Social and Environmental Responsibility Program is an act of the company from its commitment to contribute to sustainable development with an economic, environmental, and social impact. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Walahar Creative Destination program in the form of developing ecotourism and environmentally friendly alternative energy potential through Revitalizing Lake Kalimati into Ecotourism. Methods: The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Result: The social innovation of Revitalizing Lake Kalimati into Ecotourism has gone through the first stage of the process, namely potential analysis and rebranding by conducting an appropriate possible assessment and rebranding the name from Lake Kalimati to Lake Cinta. The second stage is the Forum group discussion (FGD) and agency coordination involving various parties, starting from the Regional Government, Village Government, Perum Jasa Tirta II, and different elements of society. The third stage is the management of permits legally following applicable regulations. The fourth stage is training and coaching to improve soft and hard skills. The last is the execution stage for constructing Lake Cinta facilities and infrastructure. Conclusion: The appropriate process stages make applying social innovations to the community easy to accept and use. The resulting benefits can be felt economically, socially, and environmentally.

Abstract

Introduction: The global community is faced with some problems such as the climate crisis. The coastal area is one of the areas that are at risk of abrasion and the impact of the climate crisis. Sedari Village is one of the areas in the coastal area that has the risk of abrasion and climate change. This study aims to analyze coastal area development through mangrove planting and tree foster parents (otap) as climate change restoration and mitigation efforts. Methods: The community empowerment program in Sedari Village consists of several stages, namely institutional. formation, institutional training, and biophysical development through mangrove planting. Result: PT Pertamina Patraniaga Fuel Terminal Cikampek conducts a coastal area development program through mangrove planting and tree foster parents. Community empowerment activities aim to map the activities needed for environmental restoration. The Biodiversity and Community Empowerment Program are carried out through many pre-activity stages, from implementation to monitoring and evaluation. Conclusion: Based on community empowerment activities, it is concluded that coastal area development activities through mangrove planting and OTAP initiation have a high urgency value.
