Abstract

This paper answers about nationalism education at the Lirboyo Islamic boarding school. This paper uses an ethnomethodological method. The results of the research, namely: first, Nationalism Education does not only focus on education in the classroom, even outside the classroom. This can be seen from several aspects. Both from the social environment, culture, state symbols and also in every process of Pondok Pesantren activities. Second, the task of the teacher must be able to provide an example of nationalism and tenacity in educating the students. Therefore, a teacher must have standardization, terms and criteria in teaching nationalism education. Third, the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School made a nationalism curriculum that was taught to students at the Ma'had Aly level which was contained in the National Fiqh book..

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the application of audio-visual media on student achievement in thematic learning. (2) The influence of learning styles on student achievement in thematic learning. (3) The effect of the application of audio-visual media and learning styles on student achievement in thematic learning. This research is an experimental research using the initial test (pre-test) and the final test (post-test). The research was conducted at MIN 4 Nganjuk. The population of this study were all students of MIN 4 Nganjuk amounting to 616 students. The sample of this study was 63 students who were taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used two-way anova. The results showed (1) There was an effect of the application of audio media on the learning achievement of students in thematic learning. (2) There is an influence of learning style on student achievement in thematic learning. (3) There is an effect of the application of audio media and learning styles on student achievement in thematic learning [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui (1) Pengaruh dari penerapan media audio visual terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik. (2) Pengaruh dari gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik. (3) Pengaruh media audio visual dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan tes awal (pre-test) dan tes akhir (post-test). Penelitian dilakukan di MIN 4 Nganjuk. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik MIN 4 Nganjuk yang berjumlah 616 siswa. sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 63 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan anova dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh penerapan media audio terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik. (2) Terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik. Abstract

This paper is propose to explain the planning and learning of Islam Education (PAI) for child with special needed in Special School (SLB) on the level of junior high school (SMPLB). The Planning and Learning have paculiar treatments in comparasion with regular junior high school. The methods are used by lecturing, discusing and practicing methods, and also using teacher’s gestures which depend on the class that must be faced. Hence, there are different learning strategies that must be applied by PAI’s teachers for one to another students. Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tlatah tradisi mataraman, proses dialogis antara budaya dan Islam dan tradisi keagamaan Islam Mataraman. Kesimpulan tulisan ini, pertama tradisi tlatah dan Mataraman pertama terkait dengan kerajaan Mataram. Dalam hal wilayah Mataraman, terletak di bagian barat Jawa Timur yang berbatasan dengan Jawa Tengah. Dari aspek sosial-politik wilayah ini memiliki pengaruh dari pekerjaan pra-Islam Mataram hingga zaman Islam. Kedua, proses pencerahan budaya terjadi melalui proses dialogis. Perjalanan menganeksasi tradisi dan budaya dengan Islam mengalami pasang surut, terkadang damai dan kadang konflik. Ketiga, tradisi keagamaan Mataraman dalam aspek-aspek tertentu memiliki persamaan. Tradisi seperti sekaten, gerebek, tahlilan, surowan dan nyadranan. Tradisi-tradisi ini dijalankan dan dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat yang dulunya berada di bawah kekuasaan kerajaan Mataram. Tradisi ini telah dimodifikasi oleh Walisongo sehingga nuansa agama Hindu-Budha yang dianggap syirik telah diubah menjadi konten Islam. Proses akulturasi melewati periode panjang berabad-abad yang melahirkan karakter masyarakat yang unik di wilayah mataraman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of lecturers in minimizing plagiarism behavior of students. This study uses a qualitative method with interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the study found that : (1) socialization to students related to plagiarism, providing understanding of writing scientific papers and understanding of plagiarism, (2) students are required to revise their writing indicated plagiarism, (3) students who do plagiarism do not get assignments, (4) improve students reading culture; (5) teaches students about sentences paraphrasing, encourages indirect qoutations, provides journal references for students; (6) requires students to actively participate in discussion forums; (7) calls for retention from print books; (8) requires students to take online classes; (9) check plagiarism online; (10) giving assignments by hand; (11) determine the limit of plagiarism tolerance in accordance with the guidelines for writing scientific papers.

Abstract

This paper is to answer the relationship between the value of sufism courses with the morals of students. This research is a quantitative approach with field research conducted at IAIT Kediri. Researchers used data collection methods with documentation and distributed questionnaires with a sample of 69 students from 115 students. Research findings, sufism is one of the subjects at IAIT Kediri. Students have high academic grades and a moderate level of morals. Researchers found the relationship between the value of sufism science subjects and the morals of students obtained r count value of 0.139 with a significance of 0.051 so Ha is accepted if using a standard probability of 10%. This means that there is a positive relationship between the value of sufism subjects and the morals of students. The higher the value of sufism courses, the better the morals. Although the magnitude of the correlation coefficient is very weak.

Abstract

Abstrak: Setiap warga negara dituntut memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam menjalankan kehidupan. Kemampuan berpikir kritis menjadi kebutuhan yang mendasar di masa mendatang dalam memutuskan berbagai permasalahan yang muncul dengan cepat dan komplek, keputusan yang diambil juga harus cermat. Warga negara tidak mungkin memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis jika tidak dibelajarkan sejak awal, dimana kemampuan berpikir kritis akan berkembang dalam proses belajar yang mendorong keterlibatan pebelajar secara aktif, baik secara fisik dan psikis, sehingga tidak akan muncul dalam kegiatan belajar yang pasif, pebelajar tidak memiliki banyak peran. Belajar aktif, mendorong pebelajar untuk mendengar, berbicara, membaca dan menulis. Mereka mengevaluasi, menganalisi, merefleksi, mensitesis, dan kesimpulan. Pembelajaran aktif dapat ditemukan dalam kegiatan belajar yang memposisikan pebelajar pada peran strategisnya. Metode yang menekankan pembelajaran aktif dapat ditemukan dalam metode debat. Metode ini membahas tema yang baru dan kontoversi, pengembangan kemampuan lisan, dan tertulis; membedakan fakta dari penilaian dan pengetahuan dari keyakinan, dan mewujudkan standar intelektual seperti akurasi, dukungan pembuktian, kejelasan dan logika. Metode ini, merupakan bentuk kontroversi lisan yang terdiri dari presentasi sistematis menentang argumen tentang topik yang dipahami pihak lain. Untuk setiap isu, pasti terdapat berbagai sudut pandang terhadap isu tersebut: alasan-alasan mengapa seseorang dapat mendukung atau tidak mendukung suatu isu. Tujuan dari debat adalah untuk mengeksplorasi alasan-alasan di belakang setiap sudut pandang. Agar alasan tersebut dapat dimengerti secara persuasif.Abstract: Every citizen is required to have the ability to think critically in carrying out life. Critical thinking ability is a fundamental need in the future in deciding various problems that arise quickly and complex, decisions taken must also be careful. Citizens may not have the ability to think critically if they are not taught from the beginning, where critical thinking skills will develop in the learning process that encourages active student involvement, both physically and psychologically, so that they will not appear in passive learning activities, students do not have much role. Active learning encourages students to hear, speak, read and write. They evaluate, analyze, reflect, sensitizes, and conclusions. Active learning can be found in learning activities that position students in their strategic roles. Methods that emphasize active learning can be found in the debate method. This method addresses new themes and controversies, the development of oral and written abilities; distinguish facts from judgment and knowledge of beliefs, and realize intellectual standards such as accuracy, evidence support, clarity, and logic. This method is a form of oral controversy that consists of systematic presentations against arguments on topics understood by others. For each issue, there must be various perspectives on the issue: reasons why someone can support or not support an issue. The purpose of the debate is to explore the reasons behind each point of view. So that these reasons can be understood persuasively.

Abstract

This paper is to find out learning that uses fairy tale methods and increase students' literacy skills in rewriting the contents of fairy tales. Researchers use classroom action research. Data collection techniques with observation and writing ability tests, with skinative and quantitative analysis techniques. Research findings: there is an increase in the ability to rewrite fairy tales read from cycle I to cycle II. There are variations in storytelling techniques by utilizing various learning media in the form of images, audio visuals and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang mempunyai beragam budaya, adat istiadat, ras, suku, etnis, agama dan masih banyak lagi. Oleh sebab inilah masyarakat Indonesia dinilai sangat plural. Budaya yang beragam dengan berbagai ciri dan karakter ternyata menjadikan sebuah problem. Karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang keberagaman. Gesekkan yang menyangkut tentang ras, agama, suku, adat istiadat dan buyada masih terus terjadi dikarenakan lemahnya kesadaran budaya masyarakat. Pendidikan mampu membentuk sikap yang toleransi, saling menghormati, saling menghargai, dengan pembelajaran yang mempunyai visi dan tujuan membiasakan disemua satuan pendidikan. Membentuk dan mengembangkan pendidikan multicultural di sekolah bisa menjadi wilayah yang tepat untuk menjadi wahana pembelajaran pendidikan multicultural di sekolah untuk peserta didik ataupun pendidik karena pendidikan multicultural penting agar peserta didik kelak siap dan sadar menjadi anggota masyarakat yang plural.
