Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan program pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi digital bagi guru di SD Kartika IV-6 dan IV-7, dengan fokus pada penggunaan aplikasi Booklet dan Quizizz dalam pembelajaran. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan penilaian kebutuhan awal yang dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, yang mengungkapkan kurangnya inovasi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan ini, program pelatihan dirancang dengan sesi praktis yang dipandu oleh seorang praktisi berpengalaman dalam teknologi pendidikan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan guru untuk menggunakan Booklet dan Quizizz untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik bagi siswa. Guru-guru menyatakan meningkatnya rasa percaya diri dalam menerapkan alat ini, terutama mengingat sifatnya yang ramah pengguna dan kesesuaiannya dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran sekolah dasar. Keterbatasan dari studi ini terletak pada tidak adanya survei kuantitatif untuk menilai baik kebutuhan maupun hasil pelatihan, sehingga data yang diperoleh sebagian besar bersifat deskriptif. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi dengan menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan praktis bagi guru untuk mendorong praktik pengajaran berbasis teknologi yang inovatif. Artikel ini juga merekomendasikan integrasi metode kuantitatif dalam penelitian di masa depan untuk memberikan hasil yang lebih terukur dan komprehensif.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan wujud nyata dari tugas mahasiswa untuk memenuhi life skill dengan bimbingan dosen. Melalui kegiatan KKN, maka terjadi sinergi antara Perguruan Tinggi, mahasiswa dengan masyarakat sebagai wujud knowledge demokrasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan di TPQ Nurul Ilmi ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat setempat tentang pentingnya pendidikan keagamaan guna membantu pemerintah dalam mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Hasil dari Kegiatan KKN ini memberikan gambaran kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan semangat dan pemahaman masyarakat terutama pada anak-anak tentang baca tulis Al-qur’an, kegiatan yang terlaksana berupa mengajarkan membaca Iqra' dan Al-Qur'an, hafalan surat pendek dan do’a sehari - hari. Kegiatan terlaksana di TPQ Nurul Ilmi, Jalan Muhajirin, Kecamatan Tamalate, Kota Makasar. Kegiatan terlaksana setiap hari Sabtu dan Minggu, pada pukul 07.00 – 9.00 WITA dan dilanjutkan pukul 14.30 -15.30 WITA. Adapun kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama Bulan Suci Ramadhan

Abstract

In an era of global competition and increasing societal demands, the quality of healthcare services and patient satisfaction are important indicators of hospital quality. Nurses are the healthcare workers with the highest frequency of interaction with patients in inpatient wards, and communication is crucial. Effective and high-quality communication is key to nurses' success in carrying out their roles and functions to improve patient satisfaction. This study aims to examine the relationship between nurses’ therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the inpatient ward. This study employs a descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample used was 67 inpatients who were selected proportionally based on the number of patients in each treatment room using a proportional random sampling technique. A questionnaire was used as the measurement tool to measure therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted using Fisher’s Exact Test.The study indicated a significant relationship between nurses' therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the inpatient ward. Therefore, hospitals are strongly recommended to provide regular training and incorporate this skill into nurse performance evaluations to systematically improve the overall quality of care and institutional reputation.

Abstract

The factor that causes people who are not ready to get married is that the cost of marriage is too expensive because marriage is considered a precious moment in life so that this marriage wants to be held luxuriously and festively. With the existence of wedding financing using a multijasa ijarah contract, it helps those who want to get married but lack funds. However, there is a difference of opinion according to Ibn Mas'ud and Shaykh Muhammad bin Shalih Al-Uthaimin regarding this wedding financing. This research uses qualitative research in the form of a case study with a normative approach. The research results show that (1) the practice used by the institution is to use an ijarah contract where the BMT is a service provider for customers in need and the BMT will conduct lease transactions with those who rent goods because the customer is not given cash by the BMT and the BMT represents the customer to pay the rent. (2). The practice applied by the BMT institution is in accordance with the fawa DSN-MUI Number 44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal labels, prices, and advertising on purchasing interest in Wardah cosmetic products. The study used a quantitative method with primary data collected through questionnaires from 95 respondents who were academics of the Jakarta Institute of Qur'anic Sciences (IIQ). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially, halal labels, prices, and advertising had a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also had a significant effect on purchasing interest. These findings confirm that the clarity of halal labels, appropriate pricing, and advertising effectiveness contribute to increasing consumer purchasing interest in halal cosmetic products. Abstract

The compassionate actions of nurses are greatly appreciated by their patients, who frequently exhibit symptoms of anxiety upon being admitted to the hospital due to the urgency of their medical needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient anxiety. This study is a correlational study design with cross-sectional approach. Caring Behavior Assessment Tools (CBAT) and the Zung Self-Anxiety Rating Scale (ZSAS) are used as the instrument. Fisher's exact test was used to analyze the data. Total sample size of 100 respondents obtained via incidental sampling.The results showed that 51 respondents (51%) stated that the nurse's caring behavior was lacking and 91 people (91%) did not experience anxiety during hospitalization. The results of the Fisher's exact test showed that there was no significant relationship between the caring behavior of nurses and the anxiety level of patients in the inpatient room with ρ value: 0.160 and OR: 3.739 meaning that nurses who have good caring behavior are 4 times more likely not to cause anxietyin patients compared to nurses who have less caring behavior.The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between the caring behavior of nurses and the patient's anxiety level. Recommendations for hospitals to further improve the performance of nursing services and the skills of nurses in providing services to patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of transparency in zakat distribution by the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of South Tangerang City and its compliance with Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure. The method used is qualitative research with a normative juridical approach, including observation and focused interviews with relevant BAZNAS officials. The main findings indicate that BAZNAS of South Tangerang City has implemented a structured and accountable zakat distribution system, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. However, published performance reports are still inconsistent and there are deficiencies in the preparation of official public information lists. The study's conclusions indicate that although transparency in zakat distribution has been running well, improvements in the aspect of published information are needed to strengthen accountability and public trust. The implications of this study highlight the importance of more systematic public information management to support the effectiveness of zakat management.
