Abstract

Pencatatan rekam medis di Pos Kesehatan Pesantren POMOSDA kurang terasip dengan rapi dan hanya tercatat pada buku secara tulis tangan dan merekap laporan dengan excel, hal ini dapat menyebabkan masalah yang serius karena kehilangan data sehingga petugas kesehatan sulit untuk melihat riwayat pasien, tujuan penelitian ini merancang sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website untuk rekam medis untuk membantu petugas dan admin dalam pengelolaan data pasien hingga catatan rekam medis, laporan kunjungan pasien dan penyimpanan data menggunakan metode prototyping dalam rancang bangun pada sistem informasi menejemen puskesmas kemudian disesuaikan kebutuhan Pos Kesehatan Pesantren POMOSDA. Dengan sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis website ini diharapkan bisa membantu proses rekam medis hingga meminimalisir resiko kehilangan data dan memudahkan petugas kesehatan untuk melihat riwayat pasien.

Abstract

Abstrak Toko Hello Hana! adalah sebuah toko menjual aneka fashion Wanita yang lengkap dan up to date. Saat ini Toko Hello Hana! menggunakan system penjualan Shopee Live dengan proses pemesanannya menggunakan system payment saat live. Dikarnakan Toko Hello Hana! baru di dirikan bulan juni 2022 tidak terlalu banyak viewers dan peminat sedikit Sehingga, Toko Hello Hana! tidak bisa menjangkau viewers yang lebih banyak dan omset penjualannya cenderung tidak ada kenaikan. Bahkan beresiko mengalami penurunan. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang dan membangun Toko Online Hello Hana! Metode yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall serta bahasa yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan proses pengerjaan sistem dibentuk berbasis web. Toko Online ini dapat di implementasikan menggunakan google chrome dan berhasil dalam pengujian menggunakan Microsoft edge, mozila firefox dan opera mini sehingga memudahkan dalam prosen penjualan dan pembelian, dan diharapkan menjadi sarana penunjang untuk menangani permasalahan yang di timbul di Hello Hana!

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi sudah menjadi kewajiban menyediakan sebuah sistem pendaftaran untuk memudahkan pengguna saat akan melakukan pendaftaran secara online. Dalam upaya pengembangan sistem pendaftaran mahasiswa baru secara online dibutuhkan sumber referensi sebagai rujukan agar memudahkan pengguna saat melakukan pengisian form pendaftaran. Web scraping adalah teknik atau proses yang digunakan untuk keperluan pengambilan informasi atau data dari sebuah website secara otomatis dan digunakan untuk keperluan tertentu. Dalam konteks ini, web scraping digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data NPSN (Nomor Pokok Sekolah Nasional) dari website Kemendikbudristek (Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi). Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, peneliti menggunakan web scraping untuk mengumpulkan data npsn digabungkan dengan HTML DOM yang diterapkan pada form pendaftaran sistem Pendaftaran Mahasiswa Baru Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pondok Modern Sumber Daya At-Taqwa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang berfokus kepada proses pengembangan sistem yang cepat. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan sistem pendaftaran mahasiswa baru, menggunakan data hasil scraping untuk ditampilkan pada form pendaftaran menggunakan HTML DOM, berhasil mengumpulkan semua data npsn kategori pendidikan menengah dengan jumlah total 41545 data yang ada pada situs data referensi kemendikbudristek dan berhasil menyimpan data hasil scraping kedalam bentuk database.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sanitasi dan akses air bersih terhadap kasus penyakit di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Latar belakangnya didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan infrastruktur sanitasi dan air bersih yang memadai untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik, analisis dilakukan dengan teknik visualisasi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi negatif antara persentase akses sanitasi dan air bersih dengan jumlah kasus penyakit tertentu seperti diare, pneumonia, TB paru, dan DBD. Persentase akses sanitasi dan air bersih di daerah perkotaan cenderung lebih rendah daripada daerah kabupaten. Korelasi antara akses sanitasi dan air bersih dengan kasus penyakit berkisar antara -0.13 hingga -0.35. Temuan ini menyoroti urgensi pembangunan infrastruktur sanitasi dan air bersih yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat di Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Makassar City, located on the southwest coast of Sulawesi Island, exhibits dominant land and sea breeze circulation, with sea breezes being stronger during the day and land breezes at night. The use of weather radar is effective in identifying these wind characteristics, which are crucial for fishing activities and renewable energy. This study investigates the characteristics of land and sea breezes and their relation to wave heights in the Spermonde Waters of Makassar during the east and west seasons, providing important information for maritime activities in Makassar City. The research area is located between 4°59’20”S 119°27’46”E and 5°11’26”S 119°22’54”E. This study uses weather observation data, including weather radar data, weather observations, and wave heights from January 2020 to December 2020, divided into three seasonal periods (rainy season, transition period, and dry season). The weather observation data were obtained from Hasanuddin Makassar Meteorological Station and Paotere Makassar Maritime Meteorological Station. Additionally, questionnaires were distributed to fishermen at three locations: PPI Paotere Makassar, PPI Untia Makassar, and Kuri Caddi-Maros Beach Fishermen Village, with 15 respondents at each location. The study shows that land breezes in Makassar are dominant from 18:05 to 19:00 LT with a duration of 9.1 to 11 hours, while sea breezes dominate from 08:00 to 09:00 LT with a duration of 5.1 to 7 hours. This phenomenon is most frequently detected during the dry season (JJA). Land and sea breezes can intrude up to 20.1 to 30 km from the coastline. There is a highly significant positive correlation between wind and wave height in January and August, indicating a strong influence of winds on waves in the Spermonde Waters of Makassar. About 80% of fishermen utilize these wind conditions for fishing activities. Overall, the land and sea breeze patterns significantly impact wave heights and the activities of fishermen in the coastal areas of Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Electronic Parking Terminal Program in Balikpapan and the impact of outcomes from the use of electronic parking terminals. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that at the Preparation stage for the implementation of the TPE Program including Resources Commited and Extent of change envisioned, the two indicators had several deficiencies. facilities in the form of integrators to facilitate payments that have not been installed, and thirdly communication the lack of communication transmission carried out by the UPTD. The outcome of the implementation of the Terminal Parking program is the outcome of the impact of the electronic parking terminal program, including minimizing leakage of public roadside parking fees and the sustainability of illegal jukirs. public roadside parking fees of Rp. 112,500,000, in addition to that the smoothness of traffic is still not optimal during peak hours along Jalan A. Yani it feels crowded due to the many vehicles parking carelessly, apart from that PAD and public roadside parking fees do not make a significant and significant contribution with stagnant achievements below the percentage of 5% (very less) even though the contribution rate is very low but the existence of TPE has an impact on increasing public roadside parking fees with an increase from 2017 to 2018 of IDR 1,149,475,000.00, besides that the effectiveness is good with an average average achievement of 90% (effective). Viewed as a whole the implementation of the Electronic Parking Terminal program in the city of Balikpapan has not been effective and optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the work benchmarks of civil servants or state civil servants in improving the quality of service to the community at the Sempaja Selatan Sub-District Office and then the community's opinion of community services at the Kelurahan Office. The location of the research was carried out at the South Sempaja Village Office, North Samarinda District, Samarinda City. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through library and field research using observation, interview and documentation methods. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. Based on the data developed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana, the authors did several things, namely collecting data, summarizing the data, then presenting the data, then drawing conclusions according to the theory of interactive data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the benchmark for the work of state civil servants or civil servants in improving the quality of service to the community at the Sempaja Selatan Village Office has been going quite well. This was obtained based on the results of research through actions taken by employees or state civil servants who carry out policies in providing services to residents of the South Sempaja Village, North Samarinda District, Samarinda City, as measured using dimensions/indicators Tangible, Reliability, Responsivenes, Assurance and Empathy. Furthermore, there are also several factors that influence the work benchmarks of state civil servants or apparatus in the implementation of services to the community at the Sempaja Selatan Village Office, namely the factor of the use of assistive devices and the factor of the place of service.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and describe the online-based innovation of Pantai Balikpapan conducted by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Balikpapan City. It also aims to identify the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of the Pantai Balikpapan innovation at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Balikpapan City. The research results indicate that the Public Service Innovation through the "Pantai Balikpapan" Application at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Balikpapan City, based on Rogers' theory (2003) that suggests relative advantage indicators providing many benefits for application users, can be seen in terms of budget savings and faster processing time that can be done at home. Pantai Balikpapan Innovation aligns with the needs of the community, and users find it easy to operate without complexities. Prior to the deployment of the Pantai Balikpapan Innovation, trials and socialization were conducted to the public.Pantai Balikpapanis easily accessible and observable by the public, anytime and anywhere. The supporting factor in implementing online services is having sufficient human resources and adequate equipment. However, the inhibiting factors in this public service innovation include network disruptions and uneven socialization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and describe Community Economic Empowerment in Sangkima Village, South Sangatta District, East Kutai Regency. As well as to identify the obstacles found in Community Economic Empowerment in Sangkima Village, South Sangatta District, East Kutai Regency.This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of library research and field research. By using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the economic potential in Sangkima Village, South Sangatta District is agriculture, plantations, fisheries, tourism, and MSMEs.Economic empowerment carried out by the district government is as a planner, facilitator, supervisor, and evaluator. The sub-district government acts as a facilitator between the district and village governments. And the village government includes making the community the subject and object of development, increasing community participation and carrying out empowerment such as providing training/education to the community, providing capital assistance. Constraints that occur in economic empowerment are limited capital, facilities and infrastructure and low community participation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Bontang City Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2019 has been implemented to address slum areas in Bontang City. In this study there is a formulation of the problem, namely how to implement the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. policy. 3 of 2019 concerning Plans for Development and Development of Housing and Residential Areas in the City of Bontang.This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method on several research subjects including the community, the Bontang City Lurah, and the Bontang City Housing and Agriculture Office. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation study, interviews, literacy studies and field notes, then data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, triangulation and drawing conclusions.
