Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara keseluruhan terhadap sekolah Montessori di Kota Bogor. Informan yang menjadi narasumber terdiri dari guru, kepala sekolah serta orang tua siswa. Dalam studi evaluasi ini, penulis menggunakan model evaluasi yang dikembangkan oleh Stake, yaitu model Stake Countenance yang terdiri dari 3 tahap evaluasi: 1) antecedents, 2) transactions, dan 3) outcomes. Hasil penelitian pada komponen antecedents dari tujuh aspek penilaian, terdapat satu aspek dalam kategori nilai cukup, yaitu aspek Sumber Daya Manusia. Dari komponen transactions, yang terdiri atas lima aspek, terdapat satu aspek dalam kategori cukup yaitu aspek monitoring dan evaluasi. Sedangkan dari komponen outcomes terdiri dari satu aspek yaitu hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan berada dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan ketiga belas aspek evaluasi pada komponen antecedents, transactions dan outcomes dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran pada sekolah Montessori telah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan pada dua aspek, yaitu komponen antecedents pada aspek Sumber Daya Manusia dan komponen transactions pada aspek monitoring dan evaluasi.

This research is a Research and Development (RnD) research. This research aims to find out the development of learning media based on the Canva application. This research was conducted at SDN Layungsari 1 Kota Bogor Class V C in July odd semester. The feasibility of this learning media is proven through the results of expert validation and student responses. The validation results of this learning media expert were declared feasible for use with the results of data analysis from the material expert questionnaire obtaining a percentage result of 98%, which means it is very feasible to use. Media experts earned a percentage of 92.8%, which means that the product developed is very feasible to use. Linguists obtained a percentage result of 80%, which means that the prosuk is very feasible to use. And based on a limited trial conducted on class V students as many as 32 students received a good response with a percentage of 85.62% meaning that this product is very suitable for use. Based on the results of the research above, it can be stated that canva application-based learning media is declared suitable for use in SDN Layungsari 1 Kota Bogor.

The paper entitled Students Difficulties in Understanding Statistical Calculationâ€ is conducted to analyze the students difficulty in understanding statistical calculation and the causes of it. The research is applied to the seventh semester students of English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences, Pakuan University. Students who got low score in statistics subject are chosen as the participants. Descriptive method is used in conducting this research. Questionnaire and interview are used to collect the data of this research. The result of this research shows that the students get difficulties in understanding statistical calculation. The problems are students are not able to answer statistics questions. Additionally, they are not able to understand the statistical formulas, not able to use scientific calculator, and not able to absorb the material that was taught well. Then, the causes are they are not interested in statistical calculation, they are not taught by interesting method, they were weak in calculating, and they are not familiar with scientific calculator.

It is not doubt that writing has important role in real life. People can communicate, give information, and share their ideas through written way. Writing is classified as difficult skill because there are some components that should be considered, some kinds of text that should be understood, some steps that should be done, etc. Many students face difficulty to write explanation text, especially for generating the ideas. For that reason, chart is chosen as the media. The aim of this research is to find out the use of chart on students ability to write explanation text. It is conducted to the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Jonggol. In this research, Pre Experimental method and Pre-test Post-test Group design are used. There are 36 students from class XI MIPA 1 taken as the sample by using random sampling. The data were taken from pre-test and post-test which were analyzed by using t-test formula after having the normal data. Based on the data calculation, the mean of gain is 20.04, and the total of deviation of gain is 9.46. Moreover, t-test value is 9.45. Meanwhile, t-table value is 2.03 at significant level 0.05 with the degree of freedom (df) is 35. In this case, the t-test value is higher than that of the t-table value (9.45 more than 2.03). It means that null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, the use of chart affects students ability to write explanation text.

This research aims to find strategies and ways to increase the innovativeness of state madrasah tsanawiyah teachers through strengthening transformational leadership, organizational culture and teacher creativity. The research uses the path analysis method and SITOREM analysis with a quantitative approach. The research population was 178 people and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula as 123 state Tsanawiyah madrasah school teachers. The statistical tests involved in this research include preliminary tests, hypothesis testing with path analysis, correlation tests and coefficient of determination tests. For indicator analysis, use SITOREM analysis. The research results show that there is a direct positive influence: (1) transformational leadership on teacher innovativeness (βy1=0.262); (2) organizational culture on teacher innovativeness (βy2=0.225); (3) teacher creativity towards teacher innovativeness (βy3=0.441); (4) transformational leadership on teacher creativity (βx13=0.534); (5) organizational culture on teacher creativity (βx23=0.399); (6) There is an indirect positive influence of transformational leadership on teacher innovativeness through teacher creativity, Zcount value (6.187); (7) positive indirect organizational culture on teacher innovativeness through teacher creativity, Zcount value (6.814). This research concludes that strengthening transformational leadership, organizational culture and teacher creativity can increase teacher innovativeness, especially in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bogor Regency.

This study aims to analyze the strategy of recruiting new students (PPDB) in private schools, especially at YPHB Bogor City High School, the research focuses on: (1) The process of recruiting new students at SMA YPHB Bogor City. (2) Recruitment strategy for accepting new students at SMA YPHB Bogor City in getting prospective students. (3) Factors supporting and inhibiting schools in the recruitment of New Student Admissions (PPDB) at SMA YPHB Bogor City. An effective strategy that can be recommended to be used at YPHB SMA in order to recruit new students every year.The research method used was descriptive qualitative, namely describing, explaining, and disclosing the results of research on student recruitment, with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation. The research subjects were foundations, principals, committees, and parents of students. The results showed that the recruitment strategy for accepting new students at YPHB Senior High School (1) The planning for accepting new students at SMA YPHB was by using internal and external strategies. The internal strategy is carried out through improving school facilities and infrastructure, presenting an attractive school environment. The external strategy is carried out through outreach, placing banners, distributing brochures. Dissemination through social media, print media, electronic media (Publications) on a regular basis. In addition, socialization visits and coordination were also carried out to PPDB target schools. Promotion of YPHB High School flagship programs that can be sold to outside communities so that they can attract more outstanding students. Academic and non-academic Achievement Scholarships and Orphans/Orphans/Orphans with Achievement. Compensation for junior high schools is still being implemented. Holding a PPDB promotional content contest. . (2) The strategy for implementing the recruitment and selection of new students consists of several activities, namely, the establishment of a committee, holding committee meetings for implementing new student admissions, conducting student selection, determining students who are accepted, an announcement of the test results, and re-registration for those who have passed

This study reports a qualitative study using descriptive analytics method that finding out the effectiveness of Montessori Method for young learners. Montessori Method is a method that rarely used in Indonesia and there are only some of the schools that apply this method. Teachers who decide to work in the Montessori school basis should be ready with the challenges that might be appear when teaching children to learn using a specific method. The subjects of this research are Cita Harmoni Montessori Teacher. The data were collected through interview, observation and documentation. The study showed that teacher face several challenges when teaching using Montessori Method. Some children still unfamiliar with the Montessori Materials, got some difficulties in understanding abstract concepts even though they have used Montessori materials, children who are solitaire and is difficult to blend in group, some teachers who are not fully understand in working with Montessori Materials and the lack of maximum use of the Montessori apparatus in learning are the challenges that found in this study. In conclusion, teaching using a Montessori Method will be effective to be applied when the materials are involved and mastered. Additionally, it will be the challenge of Montessori teachers in the future.
