Abstract

Motorcycle is the most common vehicle the used by indonesian people. One of the children under 17 yearshave been riding motorcycles. Traffic accident are still being global issue which is motorcyle is the largest contributor of traffic accident can be eitherfatalities or material losses, traffic accident are mostoccur to youngpeoples, in Indonesia the biggest victim or traffic accident are junior high school students. Unsafe ridding is the biggest couse of traffic accident, therefore safety riding need to be applied to pevent traffic accident .The purpose of this study is (1) aims to find what are the factors thatmake student use motorcycle to school. (2) to find the impact of traffic violations by using attitude theory. The method of this research is desciptive quantitative and data collecting use question forl , observation,documentation 64 sample use simple rendom sampling. Result of the research showr that most of students ride motorcycle in is years old. Abstract

The change of rubber plant to oil palm plantation is usually called as land convertion. Land convertion is the function change of rubber plant land partial or all land area to be oil palm plantation land. This research was conducted at Padang Sawah Village Kampar Kiri District Kampar Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause rubber farmers change the rubber plant land to oil palm land. The research population were 78 rubber farmers that had changed their land to be oil palm land. Data collection techniques were observation, guided interview, and documentation, then the data were analyzed descriptively. This research found out that the factors which influence farmers in changing the plantation kind are economic aspect, environment aspect, and technical aspect. This research also found out that farmers’ income is influenced by how much land they process to be oil palm plantation. The land change has positive and negative impact. The positive impact is that 100% respondents answered after conducting change of plantation kind, their income increase compared to the previous job, the vacancies are opened and oil palm plant is friendly towards climate change. The negative impact is that cost of processing the oil palm is big, susceptible of environmental pollution, and the family expenses frequently increase. Keywords: Land Convertion, Economic, Environment, Technique, Environmental Pollution

Abstract

This research do in the Pujud subdistrict, Rokan Hilir regency it aimed to find out how form character fertile age couple out of it family planning and factors which influence out of it family planning. The tittle of research is ” Analysis Factors To Influence Out Of It The Fertile Age Couple In Family Planning Program At Pujud Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency”. Main problems in the research is how fertile age couple character out of it fam ily planning program and factors wihich influence. Population in the research is fertile age couple out of it family planning program, have a more two children. Exraction sampling in the research with purposive sampling technic. Total population out of it program family planning program in the 2011-2013 years amount 489 fertile age couple, takeable sampling 48 fertile age couple representatively of population. The method is quantitative descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative analysis data. Insrument extraction data is observation, kuesioner and guided interview as well as tabulation data in the single tabulation data and diagram. General result research of researcher show that fertile age couple out of it family planning program subjection mean of respondent attain the age 40 years old, generally elementary school graduate,have income 2.000.000,00->3.000.000,00 rupiah, moslem, majority is farmer, dominant is Java, have a 4-8 children and the last 44 fertile age couple join family planning program around 3-5 years ago. Dominant factor which influence out of it fertile age couple in research is culture, age, and health.Keywords: Fertile Age Couple, Out of it Family Planning, Family Planning Program.

Abstract

Research purpose of this is to know what are the values Indomaret applied by the company and the factors that influence employees Indomaret to comply with the values that have been applied by the company Indomaret. Research using quantitative methods by using data retrieval in Indomaret in the District Handsome. To determine the number of employees in Indomaret in the District Handsome and to know clearly the number of respondents in the field use the method with simple random sampling technique to assign respondents involved in this research. Field data into numbered population sample of 121 employees, it is set at 67,7% of the total population of 82 employees (respondents). To collect data from respondents used direct observation methods, interviews and documentation, to the processing of data in use quantitative methods. This research is to see human beings always have a variety of needs. Respondents who joined as an employee Indomaret generally have middle and upper income, and rarely encountered troubled employees with salary because it has an adequate income. As creatures who are never satisfied, they have a variety of ways to meet their needs with the income they receive commensurate. They affect the revenue against discipline employees in complying with the values that have been applied by the company Indomaret. Employees strongly adhere to the rules applied by the company Indomaret, the values applied by Indomaret always be a benchmark for employees. Honesty employees are very in demand in the company so that all the work Indomaret Indomaret always be honest and are also responsible with specialization work they have lived. Concordance between fellow co-workers are also set in Indomaret values thus enjoined all employees work together always get along well among fellow employees. The relationship between employees and the leadership is very limited because leaders tend to have an authoritarian type of leadership so that all the wishes or commands that have been instructed to be done by employees of this case which resulted in restrictions between employees and leadership.Keywords: pattern, rate, rate of compliance.

Abstract

Alpha Hotel under the management of Satu Enam Delapan Bersama Company which was established on February 27, 2012 and recorded in AKTA Number 45, was legalized at the notary office of Sutrisno Arsjad, S.H but began operating as of December 14, 2013. This hotel is a branch of Alpha Inn Hotel located in Medan City, North Sumatra. Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru is located in a very strategic location on Jalan Haji Imam Munandar No. 17, guests can not only expect easy access to the hotel, but can also reach all locations in Pekanbaru easily, including places such as shopping centers, various tourist sites, recreational locations, and only about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport International Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru. The importance of a cook's creativity in the food plating technique is very influential on the quality of the food served in order to attract and add to the customer's interest when consuming it. This research was conducted to determine the creativity of a cook in food plating techniques. This study uses qualitative methods, while data collection techniques in this study use observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The key informants in this study were 3 cook employees. Based on the results of research conducted, for the overall interview results said that the creativity of cook in food plating techniques in theRestaurants of Alpha Hotel Pekanbarustill need to improve and maintain the quality that they have.Keywords: Creativity, Cook, Food Plating, Restaurant.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the campus of Universitas Riau Simpang Baru, Panam. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze what is the background of Student’s veil and how the social interaction of student veiled in Riau University Campus. The focus of the research is the interaction of student niqab with the environment that many corners and have not received the existence of individualis who use the campus then what are the factors of internal and external underlying the use of veils among the students of the sampling technique purposive sampling set the number of research subjects as many as 6 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive methods and data instruments are observations, interviews and documentation.Of research conducted, the authors found that there are several reasons behind the use of niqab among female students that is understanding in religion, changing themselves to be a good muslimah, the willingness in oneself to use the veil, advice from parents and the influence of friends and the environment. The student interaction is covered with the environment that now a days many emerging negative assumptions with the veil, the author claims that the interaction with the faculty lecturers or lecturers during the teaching and learning activities in the calssroom did not accept niqab students to enter the class on the grounds do not recognize the face of female students and afraid of later masculine female student other people who replace the position of masculine female student in the class, staff campus many of them do not recognize who the person behind the niqab, but the intercation between the two runs just fine as usual, friends of a group or friends women who have long intercted with female student niqab always have difficulty to recognize his own friend who used the niqab, difficulty recognizing someone who is not visible face, interction student niqab will limit themselves and set the distance and rarely there is interaction with Non-muslim friens or just a greeting.Keywords : Interaction, Female student, Niqab, Pekanbaru

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a commitment of the corporation or business world to contribute to sustainable and economic development by paying attention to corporate social responsibility and focuses on the balance between economic, social and environmental aspects.  This research was conducted at  Jurong Air Runding, Koto Balingka, West Pasaman, Province of West Sumatra.  This study was aimed to determine the public responses to the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.  This study used a descriptive quantitative method with a sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique in which respondents numbered 84 people.  The data collection technique used the method of observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation.  The results showed that most of the public understood what was meant by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and also knew about the program (CSR) implemented by the company PT BTN (Bintara Tani Nusantara).  The community feels that the company needs to continuously contribute to the community through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, although currently programs that have been implemented are still not sustaining from the perspective of increasing skill or training, economic, education, and health.  This refers to the incompatibility of the program with what is really needed by the community.  Keywords: PT. Abstract

Padang prayer is a prayer that is done once a years. Padang prayer in the village across from this rotten insland is a prayer that was once done in the field or done near the batang kuantan river by the village across from the rotten islan. Implementation of the Padang prayer which is now being done in the mosque. The purpose of the implementation of this Padang prayer is, safe in farming, safe for the village and safe in whatever happens in the village across form the rotten island. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research in order to obtain clear data and data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. Based on the analysis of the Padang preyer, it can be concluded that this Padang Preyer is a prayer that has been around for a long time, since time immemorial. Our ancestour used to be, and until now this Padang Prayer is still being carried out even implementation of the Padang Prayer.Keywords: Field Prayer, change, Desatination.

Abstract

The research aims is to determine how the response of fertile couples to family planning programs and find out what affects the response of fertile couples to family planning in the village of Tanjung Belit Siak Kecil District Bengkalis.The population is fertile couples who have 2 children, as many as 234 couples in the village of Tanjung Belit Siak Kecil Bengkalis. Of all respondents, amounting to 234 couples, 140 couples of whom are not participating in family planning program while 95 couples are the participant. Due to limitations of the research so we decided a representative sample of the population by 43 % in order to obtain 60 respondents that not planning acceptors and 40 respondents that planning acceptors. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive.The study states that the factors affecting the respondents for not participating family planning is because of their have a low level of education, their jobs are largely farmers and a couple aged 36 to 40 years old is the age that is no longer fertile. In the village of Tanjung Belit, parental education level is affect the number of children they have. Respondents did not all know about the family planning program, there were 33 respondents or 55 % of all existing subjects admitted that they were aware of any family planning program in the village of Tanjung Belit. While 27 respondents or 45 % of all subjects who claimed not to know that there is no family planning program in their village. The most dominant factor that affecting the response to the couples is the education of respondents.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Teluk Merbau Village, Kubu District Rokan Hilir Regency. This area was chosen because the welfare level of fishing families in this community is still low and there are various characteristics of different levels of education, economic status, and employment. The purpose of this study was to look at the work ethic of fishermen in Merbau Bay District Kubu District Rokan Hilir Regency and the factors that influence it. The population in this study were fishermen in the Merbau Bay District Kubu District Rokan Hilir Regency were 136 fishermen. Sampling using simple random sampling technique using Slovin formula which obtained a sample size of 58 fishermen. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study found that the economic condition in the Merbau Bay District Kecanatan Kubu was quite good, while the effort to improve the economy of the fishing community was to provide it with modern fishing gear. The work ethic of fishermen who are already considered good can be seen from the many fishermen who are disciplined in working, high levels of work skills, the level of work motivation of fishermen who are very sting, and high morale of the fishermen. The factors that influence the work ethic of fishermen are changing lives for the better, having a good relationship with the buyers, and having high morale. Keywords: Work Ethic and Fisherman
