Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the process pf rice farmer mobility and the factors that cause mobility in Penyasawan Village Kampar District Kampar Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with observation, interview and documentation techniques. This study uses the technique of determining this study determined by Purposive Sampling techniques, then Purposive Sampling is taking samples with certain considerations or deliberate sampling and aiming. The theory used is the Theory of Social change. This research subject used as a source of information contained in the study was carried out as many as 6 people. The results of this study found that the process of social mobility of lowland rice farmers differed in each informant. There were several informants in the transfer process who had to ask for their extended family’s permission, even though the land they owned was inherited from each of their parents, they still had to ask permission from the large family to move the land. But there were also informants who were given this research not asking permision from their extended family. The process of social mobilitiy of rice paddy farmers in Penyasawan Village is very influential in their work, where they have to work hard tu support their families and the transfer of lang affects the education of their children. But the land of each informant that the researcher found was that the land had moved from paddy farmer farms to non-farm rice farmers such as rubber plantations, oil palm plantations, house and business buildings for swallow and in factors that affected the social mobility of rice farmers in Penyasawan Village there were several factors found in this study, namely: economic factors, age factors, generation factors and natural factors.  Keywords: Famer, Social Mobility, Land Conversion

Abstract

This study aims to determine the community's response to the services of the Rejosari village, the services provided will certainly provide various kinds of responses, the responses here are divided into 3 types of responses, namely, Cognitive, Affective, and Psychometric Responses. The response is measured through the services provided with 5 types of service aspects, namely, physical condition, reliability, responsiveness, certainty, and empathy. This research was conducted in Rejosari Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. To obtain the results of this study the authors used descriptive quantitative methods with the number of respondents 93 people. The results of this study showed that the community's response to services in Rejosari Village was in the "good" range. In the type of service letter of incapacity, the highest percentage is "good". So it can be concluded that the response and service is quite good in general.  Keywords: Response, Community, Service

Abstract

Socially, the general public still views the status of the widow with a negative view. The term widow, regardless of social class is a disgrace. With social burdens imposed, without ever wanting to see the various factors or causes of widowhood, people tend to judge and label bad and cruel to young widows. This study aims to determine the perception of the community of Sungai Apit River to the status of divorce widow of young age and know the factors that cause the perception. In addition, this study is expected to increase knowledge and insight for the community about the status of widows. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive type. Population and Sample of this research is community of Sungai Apit with sampling technique that is Simple Cluster Sampling followed by 94 respondents. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and documentation method. The analysis is done by processing the data into cross tabulation to facilitate the writer to analyze the findings of the field. The conclusion of this research is that public perception on the status of young widow in Sungai Apit Village is not all negative. There are several factors that influence the society on the status of divorced widows young age is a factor of the community, the factor of the young widow, and social environment. Based on the research, the factors of the perception and the social environment are positive, while the negative perception is the factor of the young widow themselves, such as education, divorce, occupation, parenting, and the fulfillment of the need of young widow's family.Keywords: Perception, Status of young widow

Abstract

In the process of the wife pregnancy, the husband's concern is important. The attention given by the husband will affect the physical and psychological condition of the wife. The attention given by the husband can be seen from the husband's knowledge relating to pregnancy. The focus of the problem in this study is how the husband's knowledge of the response must be made when the wife is pregnant. The benefits of this research are expected to be the development of science, especially the sociology of health. This study used a quantitative approach, look at human behavior can be predicted and social reality, objective and can be measure, this study has a type of quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe systematically, factually, and accurately about the factors and nature of the population. In this study, 814 populations and sample collection used the Slovin formula and a sample of 89 respondents. Response Theory, Response is defined as a behavior or attitude that is tangible both before detailed understanding, influence or rejection, like it or not and the use of a particular phenomenon. Abstract

Research on the implementation of the role of the family in the case study of wife as the main breadwinner in the family, in this study has the purpose to find out how the implementation role in the family as well as to know the role of retrieval decisions in the family. The location of this research lies in the Desa Sawah Kampar Utara Sub-district of Kampar Regency. This research used the qualitative method with descriptive analysis, namely data collection is obtained based on the data in field reality through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Informants of this research consists of four pairs of husband and wife, but the subject just in focus to his wife. The theory framework used in this research is the theory of family, role theory and decision making. The implementation of role in this research deals with the role of the public and domestic who are in families where the wife acts as the main breadwinner in the family. The role of the wife as the main breadwinner in the family make husbands more often were at home so that the occurrence of role Exchange between husband and wife. the wife has a more dominant contribution in meeting the needs of the economy of the family eventually affects decision-making in the family so the more dominating wife caused her role as breadwinner in family.Keywords: Public Role, The Role Of Domestic, Husband And WifeKata kunci: Peran Publik, Peran Domestik, Suami-Istri

Abstract

Motivation of a person to take a trip is different, in this study according to Krippendorf, 1997, there are 8 indicators that motivate a person to travel, but relating to the tour of Bulu China Tourism Village there are only 4 indicators, namely refreshment motivation, escape, education and fantasy motivation. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The technique of determining the sample uses the Slovin formula with a measurement scale that is the Likert scale. The number of samples in this study were 98 samples. The results of this study resulted in refreshment motivation getting a score of 1.275, escape motivation 761 scores, educational motivation of 1.111 scores, fantasy motivation of 1215 scores. Keywords: Motivation, Chinese Reed Tourism Village Kampar District

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the activities and functions of the sewing joint business group at Posdaya Mandiri Riau Unity. To obtain the results of the study, the researcher used descriptive quantitative methods, which involved the activities and functions of the sewing joint business group (KUB) at Posdaya Mandiri Riau Unity which would then be analyzed using structural functional theory. The formulation of the problem in this study (1) How is the activity of KUB sewing at the independent Riau Unit Posdaya in Pekanbaru City? (2) What is the function of the KUB in empowering members of the sewing community at the independent Riau Unit Posdaya in Pekanbaru City?. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of questionnaires, and documentation. The population and samples using the saturated sample technique or census by making all the population as samples with the total population in this study as many as 72 members of the Kub Sewing Posdaya Mandiri Riau Unity. And the results of this study that from data analysis it is known that the sewing cub activities from socialization, training, and sewing are in the medium category, as weell as functions run by members in the form of manifest functions and latent functions are in the medium category. Keywords: Activities, KUB, Posdaya Mandiri Riau Bersatu

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. The purpose of this study was to determine how a survival strategy in the palm farm workers when the economic crisis hit the family household. This study, entitled " survival strategy hodge oil in Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar". Topics focus of this research is how the socio-economic characteristics of the farm workers of oil and how survival strategies palm farm workers in the District Beehive Sand Village Bangkinang Kampar district. The sample of the study was a farm laborer and the farmer oil related institutions such as village officials and workers of PT Johan Santosa. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. Samples are numbered 26 people hodge oil and farmer 3. The author uses descriptive quantitative method and the data were analyzed quantitatively. Instruments of data are observation, interview and documentasi. The results showed that the survival strategies implemented respondent is strengthening social relations, following the social gathering activities, borrow money, the utilization of natural resources, diversification of oil workers work family. How to survive the predominant use is to borrow money from neighbors, employers and families, and strengthening social ties with the surrounding community.Keywords: survival strategies, palm farm workers, social and economic.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Satlantas Polresta Pekanbaru, Kecamatan Senapelan, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Traffic Police in dealing with violations of the use of motorcycle in junior high school students in Pekanbaru, especially those who take their motorcycle to school. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling because the writer has set a number of criteria in the selection of subjects as many as 5 people and 3 of them have a special duty in handling traffic violation cases in school students such as elementary, junior high, high school, and college. Data collection methods in this study are observation, in-depth interview and documentation. The results of the study found that traffic violations are carried out by junior high school students who often do not use safety equipment and do not have a driver's license. The acts of prosecution of violations include prevention and eradication. Preventive actions in reducing violations in the use of motorcycle for students in Pekanbaru such as providing good information or counseling to schools from elementary, junior high, high school, also for parents. In addition, Satlantas Polresta Pekanbaru also provided demonstrations regarding Safety Riding in schools, as well as providing information through mass media. As for repressive act, raids were held at certain times by checking the completeness of vehicles and driving licenses and giving tickets as proof of violations.Keywords: middle school students, violation, motorcycle, traffic police
