Abstract

Indonesia especially Bali has a huge potential in the field of tourism. It can be seen from a wide range of beautiful natural scenery, culture, history of the nation, festivals and ceremonies are unique, different kinds of art and crafts, and a number of very attractive place for tourists throughout the year . The study aims is to determine the marketing strategy of the company's tour packages PT. Vast Alliance Tour who can be success to attract tourists to use the services at PT. Vast Alliance Tour. The analysis using SWOT to determine what the is right strategy which can be used to market package of PT. Vast Alliance Tour. This study led to the conclusion that that the marketing strategies undertaken by PT. Vast Alliance Tour in promoting its products through website, brochures, and sales calls. Products offered by PT. Vast Alliance Tour package in the form of packages like rafting, water sports, cruise, spa, and and much more. Strategy undertaken in this study using the SWOT analysis is to combine the strengths and opportunities that can cover the weaknesses and threats that exist in the relevant product market.

Abstract

Every tourism potential owned by Bali needs to be studied, researched and developed in order to meet the needs of the economy community. One of the tourism potential that needs to be developed in Bali is the wine tourism. Buleleng Regency is one of the largest wineries and also the house of the oldest wine factory on the island of Bali. But there are still many foreign tourists who are not aware of the existence of the wine producing region. This study aims to determine the perception of tourists about the wine products and to know the development strategy that must be done in order to support the activities of wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. The results of this study showing that the tourists perception regarding Bali wine product shows that they feel the quality of the products is good and also shows their interest to do wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, there are several strategies that can be applied to develop the wine tourism such as increasing the promotion of tourism in Bali to be better known by foreign tourists, government working together with the wine-producing companies to jointly develop wine tourism activities in Buleleng, and the last by expanding the area of wineries in the district of Buleleng so there is an image or existence of wine tourism in Buleleng. In connection with the results and discussion in this study, the suggestion that is expected to be done by the government is to work with companies that produce wine in improving the quality of products and services, and pay attention to periodicity and innovation on a regular basis.

Abstract

Customer experience is one of the strategies created at the moment of truth that has a long-term impact on subsequent visiting decisions. Interest in revisiting in this study is called revisit intention, defined as the possibility of tourists to repeat activities or revisit a tourist attraction. This research was conducted to determine the effect of customer experience to the revisit intention of the domestic tourists of bicycle tour package users "Fun-Tastic Shuttle Bike Adventures" in Penglipuran Village. The technique of determining sample using purposive sampling technique by distributed 135 questionnaires to the domestic tourists who used bicycle tour packages "Fun-Tastic Shuttle Bike Adventures" as the respondents. Data collected by using questionnaires with Likert Scale and calibrated by using the validity test and reliability test to find coefficient Alpha Cronbach 0,6. The technique of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the calculation of PASW Statictic 18 (Powerful Statistic Software Application), the results indicate that there is no significant effect of customer experience to revisit intention on the bicycle tour package "Fun-Tastic Shuttle Bike Adventures" in Penglipuran Village.

Abstract

Based the bad environment of Kuta, such as narrow roads, traffic jam, and less of parking area, also less of security sector that happens to prevent crime like a terrorism, murder, or theft. Therefore, this research done to know how the characteristics of foreign tourist who come to Kuta, and whether the tourists still feel comfortable, with the negative impact that arising from tourism activities at Kuta. The method of research using quantitative and qualitative descriptive, with Purposive Sampling as sampling technique, also Sampling Quota and Incidental Sampling as technique taking a sample. By utilize observation, questioners, and document study as method collecting of data. Characteristics of foreign tourists who come to Kuta beach dominated by male tourists with age 21-25 years. Almost of tourists who visiting Kuta has the occupation as student or college. Where, 33% of tourists coming from Australia. Base on final systematic calculation, obtain the final result 3.66, which entered into good category. Therefore, if make a connecting the final result with the Table Interval Comfort Level Criteria, get the conclusion that perception the comfort of foreign tourists at Kuta beach Bali entered into comfortable category. There are factors that obtain greatest value that is Natural resources/climate, Relationship with local people, Beauty, Cleanness, and Relationship between the tourists.

Abstract

Canggu is one of the the most visited areas by backpacker tourists viewed by the amount of hostel accommodations. This study aims to determine the characteristics and travel patterns of backpacker tourists who stay in Canggu. The sample of this research is backpacker tourists staying at Canggu, determining the sample using purposive and quota sampling on 132 respondents. Data obtained in several ways, such as: observation, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. Quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive were used to analyse the data result. The results showed that backpacker tourists take an intra-destination travel pattern, which is to travel in Bali, the most visited tourist destination in Bali is Ubud with an average stay of 6 days, dominantly making an intra-destination travel pattern; Ubud-Uluwatu- Canggu, and Kuta as the first tourist destination visited in Bali. Inter-destination travel patterns, while travel between destinations in Indonesia, most backpacker tourists visit Gili Island with an average stay of 5 days, dominantly doing inter-destination travel patterns such as Gili Island-Bali, and Bali as a tourist destination first visited. Intra-regional patterns, as trips made in Southeast Asian countries, Thailand was most visited by backpacker tourists other than Indonesia, dominantly carried out intra-regional travel patterns like Thailand-Cambodia-Vietnam-Indonesia, and Indonesia as first destination visited. Inter-regional patterns, backpacker tourists also visit other countries other than Southeast Asia, and predominantly visit Australia with an average stay of 91 days, and do inter-regional travel patterns that is Australia- ASEAN, and the ASEAN region being the first destination visited.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the forms of provision and constraints experienced by stakeholders to provide accessibility for tourists with disabilities in the Denpasar City, South Denpasar District. The informant in this research use purposive sampling method. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, obtained by conducting interview, observation, documentation, and checklist to stakeholder which is divided into three, government, society, and tourism industry. The result of this research is the provision of accessibility for tourists with disabilities by tourism stakeholders in Denpasar City South Denpasar District not yet fully available. The provision of accessibility for tourists with disabilities by tourism stakeholders in Denpasar City, South Denpasar are form of physical accessibility of ram and sliding door while the form of non-physical accessibility are the availability of special services and regulations on the activities of people with disabilities. While the constraints faced by tourism stakeholders in Denpasar City, South Denpasar District in providing accessibility for tourists with disabilities are internal constraints, limited budget and external constraints, regulations that have not specifically regulated the needs of disabled tourists. Suggestion of this research is that among the tourism stakeholder could inisiate, change mindset, and work together in provision accessibility for tourist with disability.

Abstract

This research discus tourists satisfaction hwo using service of Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali. Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali is one of transportation located at Kuta area. This study aims to determine tourist satisfaction knowing what factors are important and need to be maintained to achieve the satisfaction of tourist. The data collection method in this study conducted by observation, interviews, and questioner. Types of data used is the qualitative quantitative data, whereas the data source is primary and secondary data. Technique of determining the sample using the quota sampling. Data analysis techniques using performance-level analysis and interests (Importance-Performance Analysis). From the results of research, it can be concluded that in general, tourists feel dissatisfactory with the performance or quality of services provided by the Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali with an average compliance rate of 72,22 percent of the respondents. The indicators are considered important and should be maintained to to increase satisfaction performance among other Transportation’s condition (2), ready to help with good of quality service and hospitality (5), trust to drivers (10). Based on the results of discussion, recommended to the Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali to maintain and even improve the performance or quality of service to the factor considered important bay tourist, so as to provide optimum satisfaction to the tourist, which in turn can be used as advantages by Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali compete with another transfrtation.

Abstract

The millennial generation is a generation that is young and has more courage to travel in the new normal era compared to the generations above and below. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the motivation of millennial tourists to visit Jatiluwih Tourism Village. This study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis with the confirmatory factor analysis method. The sampling technique was taken by purposive sampling with a total of 200 respondents from the millennial tourists who visited the Jatiluwih Tourism Village, Tabanan Regency. The data collection using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used factor analysis which was assisted by using SPSS Version 26 for Windows. Five push factors influence the motivation of millennial tourists to visit Jatiluwih Tourism Village, Tabanan Regency, namely: the desire to escape from routines, hobbies, enchant kinship and relationship, adventure, and prestige and four pull factors that influence the motivation of millennial tourists to visit Jatiluwih Tourism Village, Tabanan Regency, namely: natural places, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, and tourist attractions. The factor of desire escape from routine becomes the dominant factor in encouraging millennial tourist to visit the Jatiluwih Tourism Village, Tabanan Regency with an eigenvalue of 4,734 and percentage variance equal to (26.301%), while the factors natural places become the dominant factor in attracting millennial tourist to visit the Jatiluwih Tourism Village, Tabanan Regency, with an eigenvalue value of 7.478 and percentage of variance (33.989%).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the perception from the tourist to the quality services Japan guide PT. JTB Bali and know complaints from quality service the guide so that the company can improve the quality of their service to the tourists. In this study used primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection conducted with observation, in-depth interviews and dissemination of the questionnaire. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling while the data analysis techniques used are qualitative and descriptive analysis with the likert scale. The results of this research, the satisfaction of tourist in positions quite agree because still there is not enough good judgment given by the tourists. In addition the results of interviews conducted with the authors Japan pramuwisata there is still unknown, constraints and complaints pramuwisata so that it affects them when serving the tourists who use the products and services of PT. JTB Bali.

Abstract

Pembelian kebutuhan perjalanan wisata secara online merupakan bagian dari transaksi business to-customer (B2C). Produk yang ditawarkan biasanya terdiri dari: pemesanan paket wisata, penjualan tiket pesawat dan kereta api, kamar hotel dan penyewaan transportasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong wisatawan melakukan keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui mobile booking pada situs Traveloka.com serta faktor yang paling banyak berkontribusi dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner online dan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung (offline) kepada 250 responden, penentuan responden ditetapaka menggunakn metode purposive sampling, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis faktor. Hasil analisis faktor yang didapatakan menjelaskan 67,066% dari keseluruhan total variance, dan hasil analisis data menunjukkan empat faktor terbentuk yang mendorong wisatawan melakukan keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui mobile booking pada situs Traveloka.com, yaitu: kemudahan dan sistem informasi website (24,396 %), pelayanan konsumen/customer service (15,211%), citra perusahaan (14,681 %), dan motivasi pembelian (12,779%), adapun faktor yang paling berkontribusi dalam mendorong wisatawan melakukan keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui mobile booking pada situs Traveloka.com adalah faktor terbentuk yang memiliki faktor laoding tertinggi dari keseluruhan faktor yang terbentuk, yaitu faktor “Kemudahan dan Sistem Informasi Website”, faktor ini terdiri dari 13 variabel yakni: (1) Kemudahan pencarian situs web, (2) kecepatan waktu mengakses (load time), (3) nama domain perusahaan, (4) kemudahan pemesanan, (5) Informasi yang lengkap, (6) Informasi yang akurat, (7) Informasi yang menarik, (8) Pemaparan informasi yang tepat, (9) Ketersediaan dan aksesibilitas, (10) Harga yang kompetitif, (11) Pengalaman secara keseluruhan, (12) Keamanan data pribadi, dan (13) Keamanan sistem pembayaran.
