Abstract

This study aims to develop operational standards of administrative procedures of production planning and control in PT Sanwa Engineering Batam. Methods of data collection using method of documentation and structured interview to planner and customer service planner. While for data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis and also SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats) which discuss about how application of planning and controlling production at PT Sanwa Engineering Batam start from production planning, production scheduling, production supervision, related organizational functions and information and documents required. The results of this research is the formation of a flowchart of the administration process of planning and controlling new production in more detail so as to facilitate new employees to understand their work or the reader understand the principal activities of a staff of administration in the production department.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang analisis penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di PT Etowa Packaging Indonesia dan usulan perbaikan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di PT Etowa Packaging Indonesia. Teknik mengumpulkan data dengan wawancara kepada pihak yang bersangkutan tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan memakai metode hirarc. Berdasarkan penelitian ini bahwa diketahui cara untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya, cara untuk penilaian risiko, dan cara untuk pengendalian risiko.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesenjangan (gap) kualitas layanan klaim antara kinerja dan harapan serta untuk mengetahui dimensi kualitas layanan yang perlu menjadi prioritas dan harus dioptimalkan oleh PT Asuransi Central Asia. Klaim dalam asuransi diartikan sebagai tuntutan ganti rugi atas apa yang dipertanggungkan kepada perusahaan asuransi. Analisis kualitas layanan terdiri dari 5 dimensi layanan, yaitu: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner yang terdiri diri 22 indikator pertanyaan untuk mendukung pengolahan data. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 103 responden para pengguna jasa klaim asuransi kendaraan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistif deskriptif, metode servqual dan metode importance performance analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, berdasarkan metode servqual, masing-masing variabel masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kinerja dan harapan dari layanan klaim di PT Asuransi Central Asia Cabang Batam. Kedua, berdasarkan metode importance performance analysis (IPA), analisis dilakukan melalui diagram kartesius dengan hasil analisis 6 indikator pertanyaan berada di kuadran I (prioritas utama/konsentrasi), 5 indikator pertanyaan berada di kuadran II (pertahankan prestasi), 5 indikator pertanyaan berada di kuadran III (prioritas rendah), dan 6 indikator pertanyaan berada di dan kuadran IV (berlebihan).

Abstract

Project scheduling is one of the elements of planning outcomes, which can provide information about project schedules and project progress in terms of resource performance in terms of cost, labor, equipment and materials and project duration plan with time efficiency for project completion. Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technic (PERT) are two project scheduling methods that use different approaches in the process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki struktur gaji dasar suatu perusahaan berdasarkan hasil analisis dan evaluasi jabatan. Faktor-faktor maupun sub-sub faktor yang membangun suatu jabatan tertentu didapatkan dari hasil analisis jabatan dengan menggunakan metode Point System, bobot kepentingan dari masing-masing faktor maupun sub faktor dapat ditentukan. Metode Point System digunakan dalam evaluasi jabatan untuk menentukan nilai relatif jabatan dalam struktur gaji dasar. Abstract

Dendang Melayu Beach is a public beach that is being developed by the Batam City Government. Although various efforts have been made by the government to increase the number of visitors to this beach, it turns out that the number of visitors has not necessarily increased consistently but fluctuated up and down. Therefore, this research was carried out to further explore the behavior of visitors in the hope that it could become a material evaluation of the government in developing this tourist attraction. This study aims to examine the effect of consumer behavior on the selection of Dendang Melayu Beach tourist attractions. The respondents of this study were 100 tourists who visited the Batam Dendang Beach. The data analysis method used is inductive statistics using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the four variables of consumer behavior namely cultural, social, personal and psychological factors partially positive and significant effect on the choice of tourist attractions.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the difference of perception between National Migrant Workers of Men And Women Against Push And Pull Factors. The variable of push factors used in this research is that of job field, low wage, seeking capital and necessity of life. And pull factors are job opportunities, high wages, distance and culture. Then the data is processed using SPSS 20 software with parametric metode that is independent sample t test. The result of the research revealed that there is no difference of perception between men and women on the job field (push factor), there is no difference of perception between men and women to low wages (push factor), there is no difference of perception between men and women against looking for capital (push factor), there are differences of perceptions between men and women on the necessity of life (push factor), there are differences of perceptions between man and woman to job opportunity (pull factor), there are differences of perceptions between men (pull factor), there are differences in perceptions between men and women on the distance factor (pull factor) and there are differences in perceptions between men and women to the pull factor
