Abstract

Jati (Tectona grandis Linn.f) dikembangkan secara intensif di Indonesia terutama di Pulau Jawa dengan luas pengelolaan hutan tanaman ± 1 juta Ha. Di Asia Tenggara jenis ini ditanam pula oleh negara Philipina, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Vietnam bagian Selatan dan Myanmar dengan luas bervariasi. Namun demikian pengetahauan mengenai variasi morfologi dan pemanfaatan untuk kegiatan bioteknologi dan pemuliaan masih berkisar pada satu spesies saja yaitu Tectona grandis. Sedangkan spesies lain seperti Tectona abludens, Tectona hamiltoniana dan Tectona philiphinensis belum banyak diketahui.Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel daun di 3 pengembangan jati di Pulau Jawa yaitu Cepu dan Randublatung Jawa Tengah, Nglambangan Bojonegoro Jawa Timur dan Ciamis Jawa Barat. Untuk Spesies Tectona abludens sampel daun diambil di daerah Dlingo, Bantul DIY dan Selang, Gunungkidul. Sedangkan untuk jenis Tectona philiphinensis lebih dalam dipelajari berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari Kementrian Kehutanan Philipina dan untuk jenis  Tectona hamiltoniana dilengkapi dengan data dan informasi dari Kementrian Kehutanan Myanmar. Sampel daun dari tiap jenis diambil 2 daun (daun muda dan daun tua) masing-masing 5 ulangan. Pengamatan terhadap bentuk duduk daun, jumlah tulang daun primer dan sekunder serta pola tulang daun didiskripsikan dan dibandingkan antara keempat spesies tersebut. Morfologi bunga, kulit batang, kayu, biji dan bentuk percabangan digunakan juga untuk melengkapi variasi morfologi masing-masing spesies. Variasi morfologi yang ada dipergunakan untuk mengetahui variasi empat spesies Tectona sp tersebut sehingga diketahui karakter-karakter tiap jenis yang berpeluang untuk dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan pemuliaan pohon baik melalui pemuliaan konvensional atau bioteknologi.Tectona grandis memiliki morfologi yang lebih dekat dengan Tectona abludens, sedangkan Tectona hamiltoniana dan Tectona phillipinensis memiliki morfologi khas yang berbeda dengan lainnya. Beberapa karakter morfologi diantara keempat spesies tersebut berpeluang diamanfaatkan untuk kegiatan pemuliaan jati antara lain kelurusan batang, kemampuan adaptasi di lahan kering dan ketahanan terhadap penyakit.

Abstract

This study uses data that has been taken in the period from October 31stuntil 7 November 2013 Bengkalis Bodies housed in Riau Province . This Methodis the method of acoustic survey and measurement of environmental parameters at5 stations that has been set. Distribution of value TS dernersal fish are in the range-70.00 dB to 30.00 dB. The fish demersal dominate in Bengkalis waters are indepth strata 40-50 meters and in the strength of the target range -70.00 dB to -30.00 dB with the highest number of targets on the 2nd leg of the total target of 11027 targets. Variations in the distribution of the value of TS mengindeksikan thatthe fish were detected including inshore fish schooling . Bengkalis depthrelatively shallow waters led to changes in temperature and salinity distribution ofvalues in each station is not significant. Distribution of temperature and salinityvalues Bengkalis waters tend to be uniform with an average temperature of 30.16° C and an average salinity of 26.2 ppt.Keywords : Distribution, acoustic, target strength.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the influence of work ethics and work professionalism on work performance in the company PT. BRI Branch Office Sisingamangaraja Medan. The population of this study is all employees who are in the office environment of PT. BRI Sisingamangaraja Branch in Medan with 77 employees. This is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The research instrument used was the distribution of questionnaires to employees at the BRI Sisingamangaraja Branch Office in Medan. Based on the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) work ethic has a significant effect on work performance. This can be seen from the value of tcount at X1 = 2,946 > ttable (0,05;77) = 1,991; (2) work professionalism has a significant effect on work performance. This can be seen from the value of tcount at X2 = 2,355 > ttable (0,05;77) = 1,991

Abstract

Rooster medium type are constitute by-product of effort petelur's chicken hatch, one that is developed as breed of flesh producer. The success of the farm rooster medium type is influenced by many factors both external and internal factors. One of the internal factors which is also important in determining the growth rate is strain. The research aimed to determine the strain of roosters medium type which has better live weight, carcass, giblet, and abdominal fat by giving commercial broiler ration.  This research was up to 7 weeks of held from 19 May--7 July 2012 in the chicken coop of Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The roosters used are roosters medium type strain Isa Brown and Lohman as many as 200 heads (with each strain 100 tails). This research consisted of two treatments, those are T1: Roosters medium type strain Isa Brown and T2: Roosters medium type strain Lohman. For each treatment consisted of 20 experimental plots with the trial unit for each plot is 5 heads. Of each that slot is taken 1 chicken to be made sample for pruned. The data obtained from this research was analyzed by using t-student test with significant level of 5% (Steel and Torrie, 1993). The variables observed were live weight, carcass, giblet and abdominal fat. The result of this research shows that: strain Isa Brown having living wight and karkas's wight the better than strain Lohman , although wight giblet and resulting abdominal fat both of strain that not different reality (P>0,05). Abstract

Desain ini diharapkan menghasilkan analisis balok transfer pratekan yang mengatasibeban besar koloum, beban besar balok yang disebabkan dari ruang tengah tanpa coloum.Ini adalah desain untuk mewajibkan luas ruangan di bawah lantai konstruksi bangunan. Proyek akhir iniAnalisis adalah desain ulang balok transfer pada proyek hotel industri yang dirancang menggunakan manualmenganalisis berkas. Struktur bangunan adalah 9 lantai beton jala yang dirancang untuk utilitas hotel.Balok transfer terletak di lantai 5 gedung yang akan digunakan untuk ruang fungsi danukuran kamar 32 x 25,4 m2.Basis desain teknis pada data nyata dari hotel industri proyek dan itu akan menjadimenganalisis dan merancang menggunakan desain teori elastis oleh T. Y Lin, dengan menggunakan mekanik teknisteori portal ekivalen dan untai standar dari VSL. Penekanan berkas yang disebabkan olehbanyak balok transfer akan diperiksa secara manual dan kemudian akan diperiksa ulang menggunakan strukturprogram SAP 2000.Output dari desain ini adalah 80 x 120 cm balok transfer pratekan dengan 4 tendonyang terdiri dari 2ScU5 - 12 dan 2ScU5 - 16, dengan tekanan maksimum pada kondisi layanan -7.10 MPa dan tegangan maksimum yang lebih rendah pada balok dimensi adalah + 0,96 MPa. Stres ituterjadi pada balok dimensi masih dalam batas yang memungkinkan (-15,21 MPa untuk kompresi dan+2,91 MPa untuk ketegangan).Kesimpulan dari desain ini adalah balok transfer pratekan dapat disimpanbeban besar koloum dengan tegangan pratekan kabel balok, sehingga ruangan bisabebas dari coloum dapat diperlukan.

Abstract

Job Fair program of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province is present with the aim of reducing the increasing unemployment rate, namely by bringing together job seekers with companies that are opening job vacancies. The purpose of this study is to know, understand and describe the implementation of the Job Fair program of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province. To determine the achievement of these goals, this study uses research aspects from Nugroho's implementation theory (2017), which consists of Pre-Implementation, Implementation, and Post-Implementation stages. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection using observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Job Fair program at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province has not run optimally. This is because the evaluation aspect has not run optimally, namely in the process and final achievement (output) where the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province does not have data on the number of people accepted for work in the Job Fair program, so it cannot measure the success of the implementation of the Job Fair programIn reducing unemployment in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

Mobile JKN merupakan inovasi teknologi untuk mendekatkan akses layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Teknologi yang baik adalah yang mudah dipahami, dijangkau, dan dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Literasi digital masyarakat menjadi salah satu factor layanan digital tidak tersampaikan secara efektif. Pelatihan kepada para kader merupakan upaya mendekatkan teknologi kepada masyarakat khususnya pemanfaatan teknologi Mobile JKN. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pemberian pelatihan khusus ini telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Bina Wilayah Prodi DIII RMIK Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya kepada 20 kader di Kecamatan Taraju Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Pelatihan disampaikan melalui kegiatan ceramah, tutorial, dan konsultasi teknis. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan pemberian 10 soal pre dan post test kepada peserta. Diperoleh 30% peningkatan pengetahuan kader yang awalnya cukup menjadi baik. Sebanyak 65% kader mencapai peningkatan skor rata-rata 1 poin. Akses layanan Kesehatan sebenarnya sangat dekat melalui peningkatan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan ini. Namun, diperlukan kontinuitas kegiatan tetap diperlukan terhadap update teknologi mobile JKN yang lebih advance (maju/canggih) kepada masyarakat. Disamping itu juga diperlukan adanya pengukuran pengalaman dalam pemanfaatan mobile JKN dari masyarakat.

Abstract

Background: Digital transformation in healthcare is a strategic priority to achieve the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2025–2045. Hospital Information Systems (SIMRS) play a key role in improving service quality and supporting the competency development of health professionals. However, challenges such as unrestricted access, weak confidentiality culture, and inadequate authorization mechanisms remain critical issues. Objective: This study aimed to examine the implementation of the SIMRS authorization system in supporting clinical practicum competency while ensuring patient data security. Methods: A quantitative cross-sectional design was used, involving 79 practicum students and 8 clinical instructors from 8 hospitals affiliated with Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya. Data were collected through structured questionnaires assessing four key variables: access policies, role-based access control (RBAC), data security, and audit trails. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results: Findings showed that access policies and RBAC effectively supported practicum needs by enabling students to access learning modules without altering patient records. However, weaknesses were found in data security, including shared accounts and the absence of confidentiality agreements. Audit trails were functional but weakened by account sharing. Clinical instructors noted positive aspects such as regular policy updates but identified insufficient individual access control. Conclusion: Overall, SIMRS authorization supports clinical competency development. Strengthening data security enforcement, confidentiality agreements, and user accountability is necessary to enhance privacy protection and maintain trust in digital health systems.

Abstract

Introduction: Achieving carbon neutrality in industrial systems is essential for mitigating climate change and promoting sustainability. The increasing demand for energy optimization and carbon emission reduction has driven the development of advanced technologies, particularly hybrid machine learning (ML) models. These models, combining ensemble learning and reinforcement learning (RL), offer significant promise in optimizing industrial processes, reducing energy consumption, and improving environmental performance. This study explores the application of hybrid ML models in achieving carbon neutral goals through dynamic process optimization and energy control in industrial settings. Literature Review: Hybrid ML models integrate different machine learning techniques to handle complex and dynamic environments effectively. Ensemble learning methods, such as boosting, bagging, and stacking, combine multiple algorithms to improve predictive performance and robustness. Reinforcement learning (RL), on the other hand, enables real time decision making and adaptation based on trial and error interactions with the environment. In energy optimization, these models are used to reduce energy intensity and carbon emissions, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Previous studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of ML models in energy management, but challenges such as data quality, model integration, and computational complexity remain. Materials and Method: The study applies hybrid ML models combining ensemble learning and RL to optimize energy consumption and minimize carbon emissions in industrial processes. Data from real time sensors and operational parameters are used to train the models. The ensemble learning component improves the accuracy of energy predictions, while RL ensures dynamic process adjustments in response to fluctuating energy demand. The models were tested in various industrial settings, including manufacturing processes, smart grids, and microgrid systems. Performance metrics such as energy efficiency, carbon emissions reduction, and operational costs were evaluated to assess the effectiveness of the models.  Results and Discussion: The hybrid ML models achieved significant reductions in energy intensity (15-20%) and carbon emissions (18-25%). The real time adaptability of the RL component allowed the models to adjust energy consumption patterns dynamically, improving energy efficiency and reducing waste. The models demonstrated their ability to adapt to varying operational conditions, ensuring optimal energy use. A cost-benefit analysis showed that the hybrid models provided substantial energy savings and reduced operational costs, with a return on investment (ROI) of 30-35% within the first year of deployment. However, challenges such as computational complexity and data quality issues were identified, highlighting the need for further refinement in model development.
