Abstract

Introduction: When a disaster strikes, non-profit organizations working in the field of donations will be beneficial, as their role is to raise funds and direct them toward disaster recovery. A large number of internet and social media users in Indonesia provides opportunities for non-profit organizations to use social media strategies in fundraising promotions. Therefore, this study examined the relationship between non-profit organization strategies on social media such as interactivity and disclosure, as well as transaction safety in influencing the intention to donate in the Covid-19 case in Indonesia. The non-profit organization in this study was a non-profit organization that raised funds through social media for Covid-19 assistance. Social media in this study was not specific to one platform, but to Instagram and Facebook users who know the non-profit organization.Methods: The study was conducted on Indonesians who have social media accounts and know about the social media of non-profit organizations that were raising funds for Covid-19.Findings: The study found that interactivity, disclosure, and transaction safety influenced the intention to donate through trust mediation. However, these factors have no direct impact on donation intention. Therefore, trust is an important factor in implementing social media strategies for non-profit organizations because it is the full mediator in this case.Originality: This study was novel in that it examined the effect of social media strategy on intention to donate, taking into account the perception of payment safety, specifically for the promotion of Covid-19 fundraising through social media by non-profit organizations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Additional materials in the manufacture of paving blocks are needed as additional materials to produce paving that meets the required criteria. There are several criteria that can be considered in selecting the criteria for these additives, including compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and permeability. The existence of multi-criteria requires a multi-criteria selection method so that those selected are in accordance with the criteria, therefore the TOPSIS method is used. In this case the decision maker prioritizes permeability as the first criterion, followed by compressive strength and splitting tensile strength with the same interests. The results in this study that the highest weight value was rice husk ash with a value of 0.657 compared to the other two additional ingredients, namely fly ash and palm shell ash. Therefore, rice husk ash is the best choice based on decision making criteria.

Abstract

Delays in construction projects have emerged as a significant challenge due to their profound impact on costs, quality, and project timelines, all of which ultimately affect the overall success and completion of the project. The primary objective of this study is to identify the factors contributing to delays in building construction projects and to quantitatively assess the extent to which each of these factors influences project delays. To achieve this, a quantitative impact analysis of each identified factor is conducted using the Analytic Network Process (ANP). Five key factors have been identified as major contributors to project delays: design or specification changes, material procurement delays, adverse weather conditions, regulatory and permitting issues, and unforeseen risks. Among these, material procurement delays emerged as the most significant contributor, accounting for 36.13% of the total delay impact. This is followed by design or specification changes, unforeseen risks, regulatory and permitting issues, and adverse weather conditions. Further research is required to develop effective preventive measures to mitigate these delays and enhance project management practices.

Abstract

Blood is a vital necessity because in the event of a shortage, patients can only obtain blood from fellow humans. Blood available at the Blood Donor Unit, such as packed red cells (PRC) is most often needed for medical treatment, but is also often limited. This is due to the fluctuating supply and demand of blood. Based on the problem, a stochastic model with the continuous review system (CRS) or Q-system method is used. The approach will monitor inventory levels continuously, triggering reordering (r), when the stock reaches a certain threshold. This research applies a stochastic model to forecast demand (q), safety stock (ss), reorder point (r), maximum inventory (S), and total inventory cost (Ot). Before the calculation is done, the demand forecasting method is used, then the calculation with the Q-System. Based on data processing, obtained for each blood type A, B, AB, and O, namely, q values of 47, 48, 40, and 20 blood bags. The value of r is 73, 73, 71, and 17 blood bags. This study applies a stochastic model to estimate demand (q), safety stock (ss), reorder point (r), and maximum inventory (S) 259, 56, 42, 21. And the total inventory cost (Ot) IDR 212,429,215, IDR 238,485,254, IDR 157,422,496, and IDR 59,592,451. Keywords: Blood, Inventory, Demand, Q-System

Abstract

Pada proses produksi batik cap di CV. XYZ ditemukan permasalahan pada kualitas produknya antara lain ditemukan warna lain yang masuk pada motif dan warna tidak merata. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa kualitas adalah metode six sigma dengan prinsip define,measure,analyze,improve dan control (DMAIC). Pada tahap perbaikan (improve) digunakan metode kaizen. Kaizen merupakan alat yang efektif untuk continuous improvement dengan langkah-langkah kecil dan bertahap. Berdasarkan penerapan metodologi six sigma, diperoleh nilai DPMO 36.585 yang berada pada nilai sigma 3,29 dari jumlah keseluruhan produksi batik cap sebanyak 164 helai kain dengan jumlah produk cacat 12 helai kain batik. Usulan perbaikan dengan menerapkan metode kaizen 5S yang terdiri dari tahap seiri,seiton,seiso,seiketsu dan shitsuke diberikan terhadap setiap penyebab terbesar sehingga berbagai usulan perbaikan yang berbeda-beda pada setiap permasalahan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas, sebaiknya usulan perbaikan yang didapatkan melalui penerapan kaizen 5s tersebut dapat dipertimbangkan serta diterapkan sehingga menjadi rekomendasi bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Salah satu cabang dari Perum Bulog ini berlokasi di Kota Samarinda. Perum BULOG Kota Samarinda memiliki permasalahan pada sistem pengendalian persediaan yaitu minimnya stok beras pada gudang. Membutuhkan metode pengendalian persediaan yang tepat untuk mengatasi ketersediaan beras sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya kekurangan beras saat dibutuhkan dan juga pada proses pemesanan. Setelah melihat plot data historis yang cenderung membentuk pola stationer, serta melakukan uji variabilitas dengan hasil lebih besar dari 0,25,sehingga data bersifat dinamis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan perhitungan Peramalan (Forecasting), peramalan permintaan yang terpilih adalah moving Average pada rata rata bergerak pada 9 bulanan yang karena memiliki nilai error terkecil, yaitu MAD sebesar 26703,61, MSE sebesar 1698270204,17, dan MAPE sebesar 21,01%, didapat hasil peramalan untuk 12 periode kedepan diperkirakan sebesar 1.298.360 kg atau 25.968 sak. Pada pengendalian persediaannya menggunakan metode silver-meal menghasilkan frekuansi pemesanan sebanyak 24 kali dengan total penghematan sebesar 28,691% dan selisih Rp986.865,33 dari perusahaan.

Abstract

Dalam proses produksinya XYZ Bakery tidak terlepas dari berbagai kendala seperti terjadinya produk defect hasil produksi. Untuk mengurangi adanya produk defect yang terus menerus maka diperlukan untuk menganalisis berbagai risiko atau melakukan manajemen risiko. Penerapan manajemen risiko dapat dilakukan dengan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), yang merupakan suatu metode untuk mengidentifikasi dan mencegah masalah yang terjadi pada produk dan proses. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi didapatkan 21 butir potensi risiko yang dapat terjadi dalam proses produksi. Kemudian dilakukan penentuan prioritas risiko dari setiap kriteria tingkat keparahan (severity), kemungkinan kejadian (occurrence) dan deteksi (detection) dengan menggunakan Action Priority (AP).. Ditemukan sebanyak 7 butir potensi risiko dari 21 butir potensi risiko yang termasuk dalam kategori High Priority dan perlu untuk ditinjau dan ditindaklanjuti. Selanjutnya selain penerapan FMEA, perlu dilakukan juga usulan perbaikan agar dapat memperbaiki kendala yang dialami. Salah satu konsep yang dapat digunakan untuk perbaikan tersebut adalah menggunakan pendekatan Kaizen dengan konsep 5W + 1H. Berdasarkan usulan perbaikan dengan pendekatan kaizen 5W+1H didapatkan usulan perbaikan atau penanganan untuk menghindari terjadinya potensi risiko, yaitu mengimplementasikan sistem penyimpanan bahan baku yang lebih terorganisir dan efektif, mengimplementasikan sistem penakaran bahan baku dengan peralatan yang lebih akurat dan terstandarisasi

Abstract

PT Bustani Bersaudara is an LPG gas distribution agent company. Gas distribution activities are carried out by a driver who delivers gas to the delivery destination. However, after conducting interviews with drivers, some drivers felt some problems such as feeling a little tired from driving for a long period of time, and the type of work that is monotonous and requires high concentration during work makes drivers feel mental workload. Based on these problems, will calculate the mental workload, work fatigue, and sleep quality of drivers and analyze the influence between mental workload and sleep quality on work fatigue in drivers. The methods used in this study include NASA-TLX to measure mental workload, PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) method to measure sleep quality level, and IFRC (Industrial Fatigue Research Committee) method to measure work fatigue level. The measurement results of the NASA-TLX method obtained an average mental load of 74.956 which is classified as a moderate mental workload category. The PSQI method obtained the average result of sleep quality level of 9.9 which is classified as a low sleep quality category. The IFRC method obtained the average result of work fatigue level of 57.4 which is classified as mild work fatigue category. The effect of mental workload on work fatigue obtained a significance value of 0.251, which means that mental workload has no effect on work fatigue because the significance value is > 0.05. The effect of sleep quality on work fatigue obtained a significance value of 0.345, which means that sleep quality has no effect on work fatigue because the significance value is > 0.05. Simultaneously, the effect of mental workload and sleep quality on work fatigue produces a significance value of 0.145, which means they simultaneously have no influence.

Abstract

Kopiria is a coffee shop made from the processed milk coffee segment or what is now usually called contemporary coffee. Good service can influence customer satisfaction, so it is important for shops to pay attention to customer satisfaction, in order to satisfy their customers and be able to compete with competing coffee shops. This makes it necessary to carry out an improvement analysis using the QFD method to determine customer satisfaction problems with improvements that must be made as well as the FMEA method to identify potential failures in the service process in order to maintain and increase the number of customers interested in visiting this coffee shop. The results of processing the attributes of the interests of consumers' desires which were integrated using the FMEA method obtained 5 suggestions for improving customer satisfaction in service, namely monitoring the implementation of Production SOPs, routine employee training, installing generator sets, installing automatic door closers, and increasing parking security.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan pemahaman anak-anak Sekolah Dasar (SD) tentang pentingnya memilah sampah merupakan langkah strategis untuk membentuk kesadaran lingkungan sejak dini. Pemilahan sampah, yang melibatkan pemisahan antara sampah organik dan anorganik, memainkan peran penting dalam mengurangi dampak pencemaran lingkungan, mendukung proses daur ulang, dan mencegah penumpukan sampah di tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA). Melalui program edukasi berbasis kegiatan interaktif, anak-anak diajarkan mengenai jenis-jenis sampah, cara pemilahannya, dan dampak negatif sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi persentasi dengan media yang menarik serta permainan edukatif yang melibatkan simulasi pemilahan sampah. Metode ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak mengenai pengelolaan sampah, karena mampu menarik perhatian dan partisipasi aktif mereka. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak yang mengikuti kegiatan ini memiliki pemahaman lebih baik tentang pentingnya memilah sampah dan termotivasi untuk menerapkan kebiasaan tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam membentuk generasi yang lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan dan berperilaku bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan sampah.
