Abstract

Kampas rem merupakan salah satu komponen kendaraan bermotor yang berfungsi untuk memperlambat atau menghentikan laju kendaraan khususnya kendaraan darat. Gesekan yang terjadi antara material kampas dan disc brake mengakibatkan keausan. Alat uji keuasan kampas rem adalah alat uji yang digunakan untuk mengetahui laju keausan dan prediksi umur pakai material kampas rem. penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai laju keuasan, volume yang hilang, koefisien keausan yang terjadi pada material kampas dan prediksi umur pakai material kampas rem. Analisa perhitungan menggunakan persamaan laju keausan dan menggunakan metode penurunan Archard (1953). Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan persamaan nilai laju keausan dan menggunakan metode penurunan Archard (1953) menunjukkan bahwa nilai kekerasan suatu material kampas berpengaruh terhadap nilai laju keausan, volume yang hilang, koefisien keausan dan umur pakai material kampas. Semakin besar nilai kekerasan suatu material kampas semakin besar pula nilai laju keausan, volume yang hilang, koefisien keausan yang terjadi pada material kampas dan umur pakai material kampas cenderung lebih cepat habis. Nilai laju keuasan tertinggi pada kampas yang mengandung material asbestos (material III) dan prediksi umur pakai material kampas paling panjang adalah kampas yang mengandung material non-asbestos (material II).Kata kunci: kampas, disc brake, keausan, asbestos, non-asbestos

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal sangat penting artinya bagi konsumen muslim karena menyangkut prinsip keagamaan dan hak konsumen. Mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman yang halalan tayyibah (halal dan baik) bagi konsumen muslim adalah dalam rangka pelaksanaan syariat yang harus dijamin sebagai bentuk perlindungan bagi konsumen muslim. Dengan demikian, upaya untuk memberikan perlindungan yang memadai terhadap kepentingan konsumen membutuhkan kepastian hukum baik dari sisi legalitas maupun kualitas. Jadi, pemberian sertifikasi halal bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil kajian terhadap perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen terhadap produk pangan yang tidak bersertifikat halal dapat disimpulkan, bahwa Pertama, perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen muslim dari produk pangan yang tidak bersertifikat halal di atur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH). Sertifikat halal bersifat wajib (mandatory) sehingga produk pangan yang tidak bersertifikat halal dan berlabel halal tidak bisa lagi beredar di Indonesia, baik yang diproduksi di dalam negeri maupun yang berasal dari luar negeri. Kedua, Pelaku usaha yang telah memperoleh sertifikat halal wajib mencantumkan label halal pada kemasan produk, bagian tertentu dari produk dan/atau tempat tertentu pada produk. Jika pelaku usaha mencantumkan label halal tidak sesuai ketentuan maka dapat dikenai sanksi administrasi berupa teguran lisan, peringan tertulis, atau pencabutan sertikasi halal. Pelaku usaha yang tidak menjaga kehalalan produk yang telah memperoleh sertifikat halal yaitu di pidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun atau pidana denda paling banyak 2.000.000.000,- (dua milyar rupiah). Ketiga, Peran pemerintah dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap beredarnya produk pangan yang tidak bersertifikat halal diatur dalam Undang-Undang Pangan dan Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH). Dalam Undang-Undang Pangan pengawasan  dilakukan oleh Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) sedangkan dalam Undang-Undang JPH, pengawasan dilakukan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BJPH), kementerian dan/atau lembaga terkait.Kata Kunci : Perlindungan Hukum, Konsumen Muslim, Sertikat Halal, Produk Pangan.

Abstract

Dengue had became a major public health problemin Southeast Asia, which seem to be seriouslygrowing in the future. Outbreaks were happened in2013, several evidences suggest that it were widelyunrecognized, much has been unreported and theamount of budget often not enough for running theeradication program.1Surabaya and Jakarta were two areas first reportedoutbreak of dengue fever in 1968. The following yearthis disease became epidemic which appearsannually with the outbreak pattern occurred everyfive or ten years. 2Based on East Java Province Health Department, inthe beginning of 2015 have been reported 1,817cases of dengue fever. This case increased by 85.4%from the previous year in the same month, i.e.January 2014, which only reached 973 cases. 3The concept of social capital widely addresseddirectly relates to the role and function ofcommunity health in providing health promotionwhich stressed the significance of participation,community capacity building, achieving thecommunity health promotion by collective actionand empowerment.4 Putnam and other scholarexplain that participation was very important in avariety of networks and see that social capital canhelp their collective action to achieve the goal ofgood health through the paths of individual socialcapital and social capital as a collective attribute. 5, 6,7According to the initial assessment at Tegalan, therewould be three level of dengue prevention andcontrol problem, which are at individual level,neighbourhood and community level, and intersectorallevel. These three level later on revealdifferent aspect of dengue management situation.This study tries to describe the existence ofcommunity social capital regarding dengue feverprevention and control in Tegalan sub-district,Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract : from observations of researchers, students of class VIII can not generate maximum repulsion, can be seen from the lack of flaws in the prefix while holding the bullet, bullet exit position, the arm strength and position of the body at the time refused. tujan in this study to look at the relationship of muscle strength and flexibility of the arm and shoulder muscles of the back with the shot put results on male students of class VIII junior high school 26 pekanbaru consisting of 20 male students. in this study samples were taken using a total sampling, which means that all the men population sampled as many as 20 people. Instruments in this research is to test muscle strength using a shoulder sleeve expanding test dynamometer, to test the flexibility of the back muscles using the sit and reach test. and to test shot-put (Y) using the results of shot put. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation simple and double, based on the results of research diperolel strength of arms and shoulders have a relationship with the shot put results on male students of class VIII junior high school 26 pekanbaru. and with the same relationship exists between the arm and shoulder muscle strength and flexibility back to the shot put results on male students of class VIII junior high school 26 pekanbaru.Keywords: Arm And Shoulder Muscle Strength, Muscle Tone Back, Shot Put Results

Abstract

Introduction: Patients undergoing hemodialysis experience an influence in terms of the biological, psychological, social and spiritual problems that they encounter. In particular, there are biological aspects that affect weight gain between dialysis sessions. In terms of the psychological aspect, there is an influence on emotional vulnerability, such as anxiety, fear and despair. They need family support, especially as part of a couple. This study aimed to determine the relationship between partner support and IDWG in hemodialysis patients.Methods: This study used a descriptive cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 60 hemodialyzed people. The sample was recruited using purposive sampling, resulting in 42 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The study was conducted in a Private Hospital in Surabaya. The independent variable was partner support and the dependent variable was the IDWG in the hemodialysis patient. The data was collected through a questionnaire and it was analyzed using the Spearman test.Results: The results show that there was a relationship between partner support and IDWG hemodialysis patients with p = 0.025 (α ≤0.05).Conclusion: Good partner support reduces the low IDWG in hemodialysis patients. Therefore, determining the level of family support especially that given by a partner of a IDWG hemodialysis patients will positively support better IDWG hemodialysis patients, thus preventing them from the potential side effects of IDWG such as hypotension, muscle cramps, shortness of breath and cardiovascular problems.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with a survey method approach in data collection. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, compensation, motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Matahari Department Store, Mall Panakukang Makassar branch. The population used in this study were 100 employees of PT Matahari Department Store, Panakukang Mall Makassar branch. While the sample is determined based on the provisions of the saturated sample, which takes all elements of the population to be the research sample. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results showed (1) Work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Matahari Department Store, Mall Panakkukang Makassar Branch (2) Work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Matahari Department Store Branch Mall Panakkukang Makassar (3) Work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job sati.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of the employee performance appraisal system and career development toward the employee job satisfaction at the Government Office in Barru Regency partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Barru District Government Office in Barru Regency. This study used a survey method and Implemented at the Government Office in Barru Regency from November to December 2019. The population in this study were all employees at the Government Office in Barru Regency by 56 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 56 people. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect between the employee performance appraisal system and career development toward the job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Government Office in Barru Regency (2) career development is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Government Office in Barru Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencemaran lingkungan berupa limbah sanitasi, sehingga Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan film dokumenter sebanyak 31 orang. Langkah penelitian adalah metode tindakan pembuatan kit film dokumenter yang divalidasi oleh ahli media pembelajaran agar layak digunakan dan soal evaluasi menggunakan software Google Form untuk dilakukan secara online oleh mahasiswa setelah proses pembelajaran. Kemampuan memahami materi mahasiswa dalam kategori sedang sebanyak 22 orang dari total sampel 31 orang, dengan persentase 71 persen. Kategori rendah pemahaman materi sebanyak 9 orang dengan persentase 29 persen yang artinya kemampuan mahasiswa memahami materi menggunakan film dokumenter masih kurang baik 29 persen. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa pendidikan biologi tentang masalah sanitasi lingkungan dengan pembelajaran film dokumenter dapat memberikan efek peningkatan pengetahuan lingkungan pada kategori sedang dan beberapa masih rendah. Diharapkan ilmu yang diperoleh dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan teknik analisa data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap Kinerja ASN, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Kepemimpinan akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja ASN pada Badan Keuangan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 2) Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Lingkungan Kerja yang diikuti akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja ASN pada Badan Keuangan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 3) Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Kepuasan Kerja akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja ASN pada Badan Keuangan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 4) Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja ASN yang berarti bahwa peningkatan Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja akan mempengaruhi peningkatan Kinerja ASN Badan Keuangan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang sebesar 90,1% Keywords: Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of extension workers in assisting coffee farmers on the welfare of coffee farmers in Benteng Alla Village, Baroko District, Enrekang Regency. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of phenomenological research. The subjects of this study were Fort Alla Coffee Extension and Fort Alla Coffee Farmers. Data was collected by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of the data by using various sources and methods. The results showed that the extension workers in Benteng Alla Village, Enrekang Regency, carried out their roles as educators, leaders, and advisors. Researchers can conclude that the role of extension workers in assisting coffee farmers on the welfare of coffee farmers in Benteng Alla Village, Baroko District, Enrekang Regency, the focus in the role of the extension worker is the role of the extension worker as an advisor because the role of the extension worker is to provide instructions in the form of how to work which in the end the extension worker is able to generate confidence in his farmers to improve the welfare of coffee farmers.
