Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. PutriMidai Kampar district, with the aim to determine the effect of the Working Environment and Human Factor either simultantaneously or partially on Occupational Accidents employees at PT. PutriMidai Kampar District. Population of 112 persons and the number of samples is as many as 52 people. Which is based on the method of slovin. As an independent variable is this study is the Working Environment and Human Factors and the dependent variable is the accident While the data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with thwhwlp of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science ) Version 18. Based on the results of the F test is known that the Working Environment and Human Factors simultaneously significant effect on Work Accidents employees. While based on the results of the t test is known that the Working Environment and Human Factors partially significant effect on accidents of employees at PT. PutriMidai Kampar District. Based on the test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination R square in research, then this value will be changed to the shape percent. This means that the percentage contribution of variables influene the Work Environment and Human Factor on Employees’ Accident at PT. PutriMidai Kampar district as much as 62.3%, while the remaining 37.7% influenced by variables not examined in this study. Recommendation that researchers can ask for the company so that the company can make some improvesments to the aspects of the accident. Due to achieve the objectives of the company itself is a way to prevent accidents at work.Keywords : Accident, Environment And Human Factors

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in writing this essay is What motivation and leadership simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of employees at PT Adira Finance Cabang Pekanbaru? Is partial motivation affect the job satisfaction of employees at PT Adira Finance Cabang Pekanbaru? Is leadership a partial effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT Adira Finance Cabang Pekanbaru? The population of this study were employees of PT Adira Finance Cabang Pekanbaru, amounting to 268 people. In Slovin sampling method is used to obtain as many as 71 respondents. To determine the perceptions of the dimensions of job satisfaction, the method of data analysis used in this study is using the method of Multiple Linear Regression, F test and t test. Results of research and testing simultaneously known simultaneously, variable motivation , leadership significant effect on satisfaction. There are indicators with an average low of leadership and employee relationships, where employees feel a lack of harmony in the relationship between leaders and subordinates. The results of the study partially motivated significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation in the form of superiors to subordinates approach has not been felt by employees, especially supervisors indifference. In addition, awards to employees who do not perform. Thus, employees who have no achievements strive to continually improve performance resulting into decreased job satisfaction. The results of the research for leadership variables partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Low motivation of employees in marketing products proactively savings, lack of initiative, and are still waiting for not doing proactive strategy. If this is allowed to continue would result in a decrease of performance appraisal which impact on the compensation received by the employee so as to reduce employee job satisfaction.Keywords : Motivation, Leadership, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The research was conductedon Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau in order to determinethe influences Leadership and Employee Commitment either simultaneously orpartially on Performance of Organizational in Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau. The methodologyin this studyis: Leadership and Employee Commitment significant influenceon Performance of Organizational Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau and thedominant factoraffectingthe Performance of Organizational is Leadership. While thepopulationin this studyistheemployees on Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau whichamounted to145people, witha total sample of 106 respondents. Multiple Linear RegressionAnalysismethodby usingSPSSversion17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Leadership and Employee Commitment) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Performance Organizational). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable was 50,9%, while the remaining 49,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (leadership and employee Commitment) has a significant influence on Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau the dependent variable (performance organizational). Dominant variables affecting performance organizational in Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau is Leadership where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Leadership, Employee Commitment and Performance Organizational

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture and work simultaneosly on employee performance PT. Bank Riau Kepri Capem Duri Riau, and to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance partially.Variable in this study is thr work environment, organization culture and performance and while the population is all employees in PT. Bank Riau Kepri Capem Duri amounted to 35 people. The sampling method the author uses census, all the population be the sample. In this study the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression models. Regression methods can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent variable.The first hypothesis test result indicate that the work environment affect the performance of the employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Capem Duri. The second hypotesis testresults show thatr the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Capem Duri. F test results have a relationship with the dependent variable.that is variabler work environment and organizational culture and simultaneously and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This research at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya which reside in Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis, started since March month 2014 till finish. Amount of sampel in this research is counted 90 people or totalize the overall of population. Intake of sampel relied on census method. While to analyse data, writer use doubled linear regression method constructively peripheral of SPSS Version 17.0. Pursuant to result of test of F known that ability variable and facility work by together have an effect on signifikan to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis. Pursuant to result of test of known that ability variable variable and facility work by parsial have an effect on signifikan to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis. Contribution influence of ability variable and facility to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis equal to 50.1 %, while the rest 49.9 % influenced by other variable which do not research in this research.Keywords: Productivity, Ability, and Facility.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Mitra Bumi Kabupaten Kampar. With the aim to identify and analyze the influence of Influence Supervision, Financial Compensation and discipline on labor productivity at PT. Mitra Bumi Kabupaten Kampar. Population is the whole object to be examined. Where in this study population was all employees of PT. Mitra Bumi Kabupaten Kampar. The number of employees is 113 people. Determination of the number of samples using census method by setting it to 113 employees as respondents and data processing using multiple linear regression. Based on the test results if the data using multiple linear regression can be drawn some conclusions, namely: supervision, financial compensation and working discipline simultaneously affect the productivity of employees at multiple linear regression. Supervision partial effect on the productivity of employees at multiple linear regression. Financial compensation is partially affected the productivity of employees at multiple linear regression. Labor discipline partial effect on the productivity of employees at multiple linear regression. Expected to companies in order to increase productivity of employees. For example, by giving motivation regarding bonuses, big salary, and other benefits for employees who work in earnest. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out influence of personal characteristic and organizational commitment on civil servants loyalty in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Population in this research is all of civil servants in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Sample which is taken is done with making all of population to be respondents and there are 61 respondents. Data source from primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data in this research are through an observation, interview, and questionnaire. Analysis method which is used quantitative descriptive method that use multiple linear regression constructively SPSS program version 17. Result shows that organizational commitment variable has significant influence to civil servants loyalty and more dominant than personal characteristic variable. Personal Characteristic has significant influence to civil servants loyalty in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Simultaneous test shows that personal characteristic variable and organizational commitment variable has significant influence depends on civil servants loyalty in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu which are described on R2 0,557. Means that Personal Characteristic and Organizational Commitment variables has influenced loyalty by 55,7% while the rest 44,3% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.Keywords : Personal Characteristic, Organizational Commitment, Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of labor conflicts, work stress and spirit to employees performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of the Executive Office Center at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru is numbered 335 people. While the sampling technique is done by using the formula slovin thus obtained sample of 77 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the conflict of work, work stress and morale positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. CMI Kobelco Pekanbaru power in order to determine the effect of variable communication, Work Discipline and Leadership simultaneously on Employee Performance in PT. Kobelco power CMI Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Kobelco power CMI Pekanbaru. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees that numbered 61 people and sampled. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) indicates that the variable Communications, Work Discipline and Leadership simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the variables of Communication, Work Discipline and Leadership significant effect on employee performance. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.796, which means, variable Communication, Work Discipline and Leadership jointly influence on employee performance, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Communication, Work Discipline, Leadership and Employee Performance

Abstract

In the face of stiff competition in the world education, SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan strive to improve the quality of school, including by improved performance of teachers with pay attention to the factors of leadership and professionalism. Being a teacher without good leadership and professionalism will make teacher performance is reduced and planning or target is not reached.Sampling in this study conducted a census in which all members of the population sampled then obtained 49 samples. Research done by giving questionnaires to be filled up to all the teachers at SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan, then the results were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively as well as partial and simultaneous (multiple regression analysis with SPSS).The analysis showed that there is a significant and positive effect between the variables of leadership and professionalism of the teacher’s performance in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan either partially or simultaneously. The most dominant variable in affecting the teacher’s performance is professionalism. Of the conclusions that have been obtained, the researchers gave some suggestion in this research that teachers are expected to keep increasing the motivation and skills to advance education, always develop insight expertise and knowledge through a variety of media education. In addition, the principal of SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan to be more assertive in the discipline or teachers.Keywords: Performance of Teachers, Leadership, Professionalism.
