Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction and loyalty of employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. The population in this study were all employees of the office at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar totaling 102 people. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. Based on the results of data analysis known that the organizational culture affect the job satisfaction of employees, work motivation influence on job satisfaction of employees, organizational culture influence on employee loyalty r, motivation effect on employee loyalty, job satisfaction effect on employee, organizational culture influence on employee loyalty through employee satisfaction, and work motivation influence on employee loyalty through employee satisfaction in. To maximize the loyalty of employees, should Personality sense of having employees of the company are very high, to maximize job satisfaction of employees, companies should give a salary appropriate and balanced with the workload on the responsibility of employees, to maximize organizational culture, is expected Employees always take into account the risks to all problems that may occur, to maximize employee motivation, then it should be safety of employees at work is always guaranteed.Keywords: Culture, Motivation, Satisfaction and Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of compensation and job involvement on nurses work motivation at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau Bengkalis Region. The population in this study are 88 nurses in at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau hospital. analytical technique is multiple linear regression with the work motivation as well as the dependent variable, compensation and job involvement as independent variables. From the analysis was found that the compensation received by nurses is good and accordance with the principles set out in compensation. Compensation significant effect on the motivation of the nurses working at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau. The work involvement of nurses working at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau is good so that nurses make the job as the center of their lives. Work Involvement significant effect on the motivation of the nurses working at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau. Compensation and job involvement jointly significant effect on work motivation of nurses at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau.Keyword : Work motivation, compensation and work involvement

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu, this study aimed to determine the effect of variables Health and Safety at Work and Motivation simultaneously and partially on the productivity of employees of PT. PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu. The sampling method using census method with a total sample of 64 people. Data collection methods used were interviews directly to parties - parties involved with the issues that are being discussed and gave questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Data were analyzed using Method Qualitative and Quantitative Methods that use a formula that Descriptive Statistics, Data Quality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Testing Hypotheses, with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results showed that simultaneous Occupational Safety and Health Program of Work and Work Motivation significant effect on the productivity of employees working at PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu, partially variable Occupational Safety and Health Program of work and motivation significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu. regression coefficient is positive (+) indicates a unidirectional relationship, in other words the Occupational Safety and Health Program crimes and motivation will increase the productivity of employees working at PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu. Correlation or relationship between the Occupational Safety and Health Program of work and work motivation denganProduktivitas Employees working at PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu is strongly at (r = 0.818) and the coefficient of determination or the number of R-square is equal to 0.669.Keywords: Health, Safety, Work, Motivation, and Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Influence Quality of working life, job satisfaction and employee commitment to Performance aganizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable in PT. Crumb Rubber Industry and Trade Pekanbaru in 2009 to 2013. Random sampling method is used to determine our samplengs. Of the 365 field employees, 108 employees were taken as samples. For the analysis of this data using network analysis / path analisisbe. T-test, F-test, and determine coefficient were used to test our hypotheses. The results of this research show that each dependent variable; quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment is significant positive effect on performance. Assessed in relation to the dependent variable, it directly influences the dependent variable (quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment) greater employee on the performance of the indirect effect through intervening variables (organizational citizenship behavior). And the quality of working life is a variable that has the most significant effect on the comparison of direct and indirect influence on performance.Keywords: Quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, employee performance.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT Bias Nusatama Warehouse Minas. Aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Job Description, Leadership, and Employee Development Effectiveness Against PT Bias Nusatama Warehouse Minas.There are three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 73 people. Research using  test equipment and multiple regression analysis using census techniques by givingquestionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0.The leadership and management of PT Bias Nusatama Minas in order to increase the variable Warehouse Job Description, Leadership, Development and Analysis office is by employees before being placed in that position and put the employee in accordance science and experience, by placing a Project Managerwho has a high intelligence in the lead of the employees, and enhance the development of variables, namely by providing moral support of the working environment to the employees.Keywords: Job Description, Leadership, Development, and Work Effectiveness

Abstract

This research held in PT. Studian Tata Dinamika Pekanbaru. This research held in order to analyze the influence of organizational climate and workload to employees’ work morale. Population are all employees, consist of 44 people which was using cencus sampling model. Variables used are organizational climate and workload as independent and work morale as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows. Result of this study shows that both organizational climate and workload significantly influence simultenously to employees’ work morale. Partially, organizational climate positively and significantly effect to work morale. While, workload negatively but not significantly effect to employees’ work morale. It is recommended to company to enhance the organizational climate conducievity by providing awardness program and definite a clear and measureable achievement parameter to all employees. Workload analysis need to be done proportionally and recreational activities also need to be held to decline the negative side effect of workload to employees.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Workload and Work Morale

Abstract

The purpose this study was to determine how influence Spirit Of Work And Conflict Of Work To Effectiveness Work Employees Part Of Production At PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation Pelalawan. Its Population is all employees part of production at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation amounting to 175 people. While method intake of sampel in this research [is] by using formula of slovin [is] so that obtained [by] sampel counted 122 people. Data analysis use doubled linear regression constructively program of SPSS. Pursuant to result of data analysis known that Spirit of work and conflict of work have an effect on to effectiveness work employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation Pelalawan, Spirit of work have an effect on to effectiveness work employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation Pelalawan, and Conflict of work have an effect on to effectiveness work employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation Pelalawan. As for given by suggestion is writer pursuant to result of analysis taken is as follows: To maximize effectiveness work employees at PT. Abstract

This study was conducted to Employee Services Department PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Selatpanjang Meranti Islands Regency jl. Yos Sudarso.The purpose of this research to explain the variable employee commitmen and training in simultaneous and parcial to Employee productivity at service department PT.PLN (Persero) Cabang Selatpanjang Kabuapten Kepuluan Meranti. The population in this study were employees of PT Services Department. PLN (Persero) Branch Selatpanjang Meranti Islands Regency totaling 50 people. Sampel decision made by the census method as responden 50 samples, the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method by using SPSS version 18. From the results of simultaneous testing (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Employee Commitment and Training) has a positive and significant effect on the variable (Employee Productivity) the magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two variables together - equal to dependent variable 84.6% while the remaining 15.4%, influenced by variables - other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each - each variable studied bebas (Employee Commitment and Training) has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (Employee Productivity).Keywords: Commitment to Employees, Training and Employee Productivity
