Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen yang dimediasi oleh komunikasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok ikan di Bangliau yang berada di Bagan Barat Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2019 menggunakan metode survei menggunakan riset causal relationship. Data dari keempat variabel tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM). Kinerja rantai pasok dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila terdapat tiga aliran konstan yaitu aliran barang, uang dan informasi. Untuk mendukungnya, nelayan dan pihak bangliau harus memiliki hubungan yang baik diantaranya, seperti kepercayaan yang kuat dan komitmen yang tinggi, sehingga permintaan produk (ikan) dapat terpenuhi. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan dan komitmen sebagai variabel independen, kinerja supply chain management sebagai variable dependen dan komunikasi sebagai variable moderating. Penelitian ini dengan bantuan Software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) versi 3.0. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen memiliki hubungan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja supply chain management (SCM). Sedangkan kepercayaan tidak memiliki hubungan positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja SCM jika di mediasi oleh komunikasi dan komunikasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SCM.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the socio-economic impact of mangrove ecotourism area in Teluk Pambang Village. This research was carried out for one month starting from mid-January – February 2023 and was located in the mangrove ecosystem area, Teluk Pamban Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. This survey data collection method uses direct interviews with communities who live and work around the mangrove ecosystem area around Teluk Pambang Village. Descriptive analysis was conducted to describe the socio-economic activities of the surrounding community and to explain the condition of mangrove forests in Bengkalis, Riau Province, secondary data obtained. The recommendations raised on the basis of this research are between ecotourism managers and the community to achieve common goals, namely efforts to improve the economy, protect mangrove forests better and form tourism institutions, meaning that cooperation is needed. Another important recommendation is that the government needs to play a role in ensuring the safety and security of tourists inside and outside the region. Key words:Ecotourism, mangroves, socio-economic, Teluk Pambang

Abstract

Promosi produk olahan ikan adalah suatu keharusan untuk meningkatkan volume pemasaran dan kesejahteraan pengolah ikan. Desa Hangtuah di Kecamatan Perhentian Raja kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau, adalah salah satu sentra penghasil produk olahan ikan paling potensial di kabupaten tersebut. Karena itu promosi produk olahan ikan di desa ini penting dilakukan, salah satunya dengan optimalisasi pemanfaatkan media sosial, khususnya Facebook, Instagram dan Blog. Untuk memotivasi para pengolah ikan, istri nelayan dan remaja puteri setempat, agar menggunakan media sosial untuk promosi olahan ikan, mereka perlu dilatih. Tujuan pengabdian ialah untuk melatih peserta agar: (1) dapat memahami peranan media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, dan Blog) sebagai media promosi produk olahan ikan; (2) mampu membuat konten promosi produk olah ikan, baik konten teks, konten foto maupun konten video; serta (3) mampumembuat akun dan mempromosikan konten-konten yang mereka buat, pada media-media sosial milik mereka.Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini ialah,bahwa: (1) peserta pelatihan sudah memahami peranan media sosial sebagai media promosi produk olahan ikan yang potensial; (2) peserta sudah terampil membuat konten promosi produk olahan ikan, baik konten teks, konten foto maupun konten video; serta peserta sudah mampu membuat tiga akun media sosial (Facebook, Instagram dan Blog) dan menyebarluaskan konten-konten promosi produk olahan ikan yang mereka buat, pada media-media sosial tersebut.

Abstract

Research on digital da'wah communication in marine tourism with the topic of analyzing the relationship between Instagram promotion and the interest of visiting millennial muslim’s to marine tourism faith-based destinations has been conducted in the marine tourism areas of Pandang Island and Salah Namo Island in Tanjung Tiram, Batubara Regency. This area is a coastal area of the East Coast of North Sumatra. Melalak Odan Instagram account is one of the many accounts that promote or preach tourist attractions in which it contains religious values, especially the tourist attractions of Pandang Island and Salah Namo Island, Batubara Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Melalak Odan's Instagram promotion and the visiting interest of millennial muslim’s to the tourist attractions of Pandang Island and Salah Namo Island, Batubara Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the promotion carried out by Melalak Odan was in the very good category with a score of 8,838 and interest in visiting tourist attractions in the good category with a score of 3,258. The relationship between Instagram promotion and visiting interest is at the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient = 0.971**, meaning that the correlation coefficient value is in the category of a very strong relationship, with a sig value of 0.000 that Instagram promotion has a correlation with visiting interest, this is characterized by a sig value of 0.000 < smaller than α (0.05). With a positive form of relationship, Instagram promotion with visiting interest has a significant relationship.

Abstract

Community participation is an opportunity for local residents to actively contribute to the management of tirta tourism. Kapalo Banda Tirta Tourism is managed by the community with involvement as tourism managers and business owners around the Kapalo Banda irrigation waters and the forest in Nagari Taram. This research aims to describe the stages of participation, analyze the degree of participation and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting community participation in the development of Kapalo Banda Tirta Tourism. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this research, the informants were selected purposively including representative from the Nagari Taram Government, tourism manager and business owner. The data analysis method used is Miles and Hubberman’s analysis, which starts with data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) the stages of community participation in Nagari Taram is involved in all stages, including the decision making stage, the implementation stage, the benefit taking stage and the evaluation stage. (2) The degree of community participation in Nagari Taram is categorized as degree of tokenism. (3) The supporting factors for community participation in Nagari Taram are motivation, funds and personal assets, opportunities, training and socialization while inhibiting factors include weather and natural disasters, regulations for becoming a tourism manager, other jobs and the influence of negative activities.
