Abstract

DOI: 10.17014/ijog.v4i4.83Kelud Volcano (+1731 m) in East Java is one of the most active and dangerous volcanoes in Indonesia. A large lake occupies the summit crater. Historical eruptions generally only lasted for a very short time, mostly no longer than a few hours. The outburst is usually accompanied by pyroclastic flows. On August 2007, the activity of the volcano was initiated by the increase of the temperature of lake water and the change of the colour from typical green to yellow. Activities of the volcano are discussed following the swarms of volcano-tectonic (VT) earthquakes on September 10th, September 26th to 29th, and October 24th to November 2nd. On September 26th to 29th, hypocentral distribution of those VT shifted from 5 km deep to just beneath the crater. The highest number of VT earthquakes occurred on November 1st attaining 50 events, then followed by a swarm of B-type events, where the number reached 1437 events in a day. The volcanic activity peaked on November 3rd when seismic records became saturated, which then was preceded by a sharp increase of lake temperature and a sudden deflation of radial tilt. It suggests that the lava extrusion forming a lava dome was taking place.

Abstract

Kegiatan pencabutan duri ikan di Kampung Cabut Duri, Desa Sedati, seringkali meninggalkan limbah tulang dan sisik ikan yang tidak lagi dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat. Laboratorium Biosains dan Teknologi Hewan Departemen Biologi FSAD ITS bekerja sama dengan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Juanda memberikan pelatihan pengolahan limbah di Kampung Cabut Duri menjadi pakan ikan. Pakan ikan atau pelet yang diolah dari bahan dasar olahan limbah tulang dan sisik ikan bandeng (C. chanos) menjadi suatu solusi dari pencemaran limbah yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan pencabutan duri di Desa Sedati. Komposisi pakan yang tepat sesuai Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Kandungan nutrisi dibuat sesuai standar pakan ikan sesuai SNI (Standarisasi Nasional Indonesia). Formula pakan terdiri dari tepung ikan 35%, dedak 60%, CMC 2%, tepung tapioka 1%, Vitamin premix 1% dan ragi tempe 2%. Formula pelet ini memiliki integritas yang bagus dan mampu disuplementasi oleh ikan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat memahami dan mempraktekkan proses pembuatan pelet ikan dari limbah cabut duri. Secara keseluruhan dari 15 responden warga masyarakat di Kampung Cabut Duri, Kalanganyar, Sidoarjo dapat memahami dan mengetahui proses dan manfaat pembuatan pelet ikan dari limbah kegiatan cabut duri berupa sisik dan tulang ikan serta materi yang disampaikan ketika pengabdian masyarakat tersampaikan dengan baik. Selain itu warga juga menilai bahwa kegiatan tersebut sangat bermanfaat besar. Berdasarkan latar belakang sosial peserta kegiatan diharapkan sosialisasi dan demonstrasi dapat memberikan inspirasi terkait pengembangan mata pencaharian warga.

Abstract

Red chili is a horticultural product that is in great demand by the public because it contains nutrients that are beneficial for health. This research aims to analyze marketing channels and calculate marketing margins in Tumijaya Village, Jayapura District, East OKU Regency. Location determination was done deliberately. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The sampling method used was a purposive method, where 30 samples were taken from farmers in Tumijaya Village with land area criteria of 0.25 to 0.5 hectares. The research results show that there are two marketing channels for red chilies in Tumijaya Village, Jayapura District, East OKU Regency, namely marketing channels I and II which are indirect marketing channels. Marketing margin on Channel I is IDR 7,000.00 and on Marketing Channel II is IDR 10,000.00.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of financial management of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) on the performance of employees at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Djasamen Saragih. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, using primary data obtained through interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data in the form of financial statements and related organizational documents. The results of the study show that BLUD financial management provides flexibility in planning and using the budget, which has a positive impact on the operational efficiency of the hospital. The implementation of the annual Business Plan and Budget (RBA), supervision by the supervisory board, and a reporting system in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) support the improvement of employee performance. However, challenges such as maintaining a balance between public services and revenue, as well as the need to improve human resource competence, are still a concern. The study suggests regular training for employees and the development of innovative services to improve the efficiency and overall performance of the organization

Abstract

Sumber daya perairan dan hasil laut adalah potensi ekonomi terbesar yang ada di Desa Kalanganyar, Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Oleh karena itu pengembangan pada sektor ini menjadi arah utama dalam pembangunan desa. Tulisan ini membahas program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh Pertamina DPPU Juanda dalam mengembangkan UMKM di Desa Kalanganyar yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode participarory rural appraisal (PRA) yang berdasarkan pada pendekatan village-driven development. Hasilnya, program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan mampu menciptakan dua produk inovasi dan tercipta keterlibatan aktif masing-masing kelompok kepentingan. Selain itu, pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dijalankan dengan pendekatan village driven development mampu mengembalikan posisi pemerintah desa sebagai aktor pembangunan dan pelayanan dasar yang lebih demokratis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertuajuan untuk merancang media pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif serta mampu memberikan kemudahan dalam memperkenalkan hewan yang hidup pada zaman prasejarah kedalam karakter yang lebih nyata kepada murid. Teknik yang dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, tinjauan pustaka, dan kuesioner. Responden yang di gunakan adalah 30 orang yang dipilih secara acak yang terdiri dari guru dan murid SMP sebagai sumber datanya. Tools yang di gunakan untuk membangun aplikasi augmented reality diantarnya yaitu unity, vuforia dan blender. Dalam membuat desain assets software yang digunakan adalah adobe photoshop. Sisi kelebihan dari aplikasi yang dirancang yaitu penerapan metode marker based pada penerapan media pembelajaran dengan model Augmented reality, sehingga lebih menarik dan mampu meningkatkan minat belajar dari siswa.

Abstract

The Simalungun University Career Development Center, abbreviated as PPK USI, is one of the university level technical management units / institutions that was established on January 7, 2017, especially in the context of community service, namely:(1) Bridging students and alumnis both USI and non-USI with the business world, industry and government agencies that need workers, so that students and alumni more easily obtain information and services to enter the workforce, (2) Providing consulting services and career guidance for both USI and non-USI students and alumni in dealing with the world of work, and (3) Providing information on job vacancies and internships, conducting training on the world of work and entrepreneurship, and organizing the recruitment process for students and alumnis both USI and non-USI.The method of implementing service is carried out through science and technology diffusion, training and mediation. The services that PPK USI has achieved since its establishment are: (1) Disseminating career guidance, internship and work guidance information obtained directly from HRD and company leaders to the people who need it through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin and Line, (2) Organizing, Technical Guidance (Technical Guidance) such as briefing and try out selection of CAT-based CPNS, entrepreneurial talkshow for students in agriculture, training in digital marketing strategies, (3) Recruitment of labor through campus hiring and job fairs, (4) Carry out career guidance services in the form of training to make applications, make a good CV, practice interviews, and practice psychological testing, (5) Carry out student internships at The Government Company times a year.The activities that have been carried out are PPK USI work program, and all of them are public service activities.

Abstract

Between November 2024 and April 2025, Lewotobi Laki-laki Volcano (1,584 m a.s.l.), situated in Flores Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, exhibited eruptive activity that significantly impacted the surrounding environment. Volcanic ash was extensively deposited across residential areas, agricultural land, and forested regions. Two major eruptive events occurred on 3rd November 2024 and 20th March 2025. Historical records indicate that Lewotobi Laki-laki has been active since 1861 CE, typically characterized by mild eruptions involving ash emission, lava flows, and dome formation. However, in the beginning of November 2024, the volcano activity intensified, culminating in a directed blast eruption on 3rd November at 23:57 Central Indonesian Time from its northwestern upper flank (Kushendratno et al., 2024). This event ignited fires in nearby villages, and resulted in nine fatalities due to exposure to blast material. Subsequently, on 20th March at 22:56 Central Indonesian Time, a vertical explosive eruption occurred from the central vent, generating an eruption column that ascended to approximately 8,000 m (Kristianto et al., 2025), and produced column collapse predominantly affected the west ̶ northeastern flank, causing three reported injuries. These incidents highlight the critical need for proactive eruption forecasting and the implementation of corresponding mitigation strategies. The eruption on 3rd November 2024 prompted a revision of the Lewotobi Lakilaki hazard map, reflecting a newly observed eruptive style with a pronounced northwestern trajectory.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana hubungan Likuiditas terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk Periode 2018 - 2022. Menganalisis bagaimana hubungan struktur modal terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk Periode 2018 - 2022. Menganalisis bagaimana hubungan likuiditas dan struktur modal secara bersama terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk Periode 2018 - 2022. Dari seluruh hasil uraian yang telah di kemukakan dalam bab sebelumnya, maka penulilis menarik kesimpulan yaitu sebagai berikut. Hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan positif likuiditas terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk Periode 2018 - 2022. Hasil analisa koefisien korelasi menunjukan hubungan yang kuat antara likuiditas dan struktur modal secara bersama terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk Periode 2018 - 2022. Hasil pengujian secara parsial dengan uji t maka H0 diterima, artinya adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk Periode 2018 - 2022. Hasil pengujian secara parsial dengan uji t maka H0 diterima, artinya adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk Periode 2018 - 2022. Hasil pengujuan hipotesis secara bersama dengan Uji F maka H0 diterima artinya tidak ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT.
