Abstract

Fusarium oxysporum is a fungus that attacks various plants and causes wilting. Several plants, including bananas, have experienced a decrease in productivity due to the Fusarium fungus. This research aims to determine the effect of the whole plant of noni plants (fruits, leaves, and twigs), methanol extract, and ethyl acetate on the growth of fusarium fungi. To determine the optimal extract concentration to inhibit fungal growth. This research is a factorial study with independent variables in the form of extract, ingredients (fruit, leaves, and twigs), and differences in concentration. The activity of the extract as a biofungicide was analyzed based on the fungal growth inhibition zone. The results were analyzed using Anava and continued with the Duncan test. The research results show that methanol extract and ethyl acetate extract of noni have the potential as bio fungicides for the fungus Fusarium oxysporum. Noni fruit ethyl acetate extract at a concentration of 80% is optimum for inhibiting the growth of Fusarium oxysporum

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of Financial Technology (Fintech) in more depth and explain the use of fintech to encourage increased economic growth through BMT and MSMEs. The use of fintech for BMT and MSMEs includes providing loans, all processes are done online, payment technology is carried out en masse, you can check payments, technology makes payments easier. This research is library research with a thematic interpretation method. The use of fintech encourages increased economic growth through BMT and MSMEs by studying a number of studies regarding the concept of fintech ontologically and epistemologically with the aim of analyzing various perspectives related to fintech and its benefits. The results of this research state that the use of fintech in encouraging increased economic growth through BMT and MSMEs has great potential. This research shows that the use of fintech can encourage increased economic growth through BMT and MSMEs. The resulting benefits and positive impacts include easier access to financing, operational efficiency and reduced administrative costs, increased market access and marketing, better education and financial literacy, as well as contributions to local and national economic growth.

Abstract

The importance of Islamic educational values lies in efforts to produce Muslim individuals who are responsible, ethical and able to make positive contributions to society. The book Washoya al-aba'lil abna' is a book that has been taught in many Islamic boarding schools for decades. This book was created because many students began to show signs of moral decline, in order to protect them from the rampant attempts to destroy morals. This research was conducted based on a literature review or Literature Survey. Natural research is library research. collect and analyze pure data from documentary literature such as journal articles or books and are still under research. The values of moral education in the book Washoya Al-Aba'' Lil Abna'' not only focus on tendencies in learning and teaching but also describe how a child should be devoted to Allah and His Messenger as well as good morals in everyday life to yourself and others.

Abstract

The aim of this mentoring activity is to increase the understanding, skills and capacity of fish and poultry farmers in Mojokerto Regency in developing a maggot cultivation system by utilizing organic waste from the fruit market. This mentoring activity uses a participatory approach with the participatory rural appraisal method, namely by placing the community as the subject and the service team as insiders who are active in implementing the activities carried out. Based on the evaluation of the results of implementing community service assistance activities related to Assistance in the Use of Fruit Market Organic Waste for Maggot Cultivation for the Fish and Poultry Farmer Community in Mojokerto Regency, this assistance activity was successful in providing participants with an in-depth understanding of the use of organic waste for maggot cultivation. The practical implementation of the training material shows that participants are able to apply the concepts they have learned in their respective environments.

Abstract

Perkembangan media digital telah mendorong perlunya peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi suara di kalangan mahasiswa, khususnya dalam konteks penyiaran dan produksi konten audio. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan komunikasi suara melalui praktik penyiaran radio dan podcast bagi mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Selamat Sri Kendal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik langsung yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Radio. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 15 peserta dari semester 2, 4, dan 6, yang dibagi ke dalam beberapa kelompok kecil untuk simulasi siaran dan produksi podcast berdurasi 5–10 menit. Setiap kelompok menunjukkan peningkatan dalam aspek kepercayaan diri, penguasaan teknik vokal, serta kemampuan menggunakan alat produksi audio. Peserta juga memperoleh pengalaman pertama dalam praktik siaran, yang mendorong ketertarikan mereka untuk mengembangkan konten audio secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat langsung berupa peningkatan keterampilan praktis serta menumbuhkan minat dan kesadaran akan pentingnya komunikasi suara dalam dunia media. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dan memperkuat hubungan antara pembelajaran akademik dan kebutuhan dunia industri kreatif.

Abstract

The benefits of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have expanded significantly in the field of education, aiding in filling gaps and enhancing teacher efficiency in the teaching and learning process to achieve educational goals. The utilization of ICT by educational institutions, particularly teachers, encompasses various aspects, one of which is facilitating the assessment or evaluation of students' cognitive domains. This study focuses on the utilization of ICT as an instrument in assessing the cognitive domains of students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) classes. The research methodology employed is field research with a qualitative approach. In conducting qualitative analysis, this study utilizes a taxonomy-based analysis model that focuses on the domain and a single common characteristic. The model analyzes interview results with respondents, along with observations and field documentation. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that PAI teachers at SD Negeri 01 Windurojo have implemented three cognitive domain assessment techniques during online learning, namely written tests, oral tests, and assignments. In their assessment processes, teachers make use of various ICT platforms such as Google Form, WhatsApp, and Google Meet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and to find out the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the tendency of generation Z in Batam City to become a brand evangelist. The background of this research is because generation Z is a generation that is familiar with the use of digital technology and communication, such as social media, so it does not impossible for generation Z's tendency to become a brand evangelist. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method with a total of 107 respondents from generation Z in Batam City. Respondents in this study were selected using a non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) assisted by Google Colaboratory (Python). The results of this study reveal that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect the tendency of generation Z in Batam City to become brand evangelists.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness (persepsi manfaat) dan perceived ease of use (persepsi kegunaan) terhadap kecenderungan generasi Z di Kota Batam untuk menjadi seorang brand evangelist. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilakukan adalah generasi Z merupakan generasi yang akrab dengan penggunaan teknologi digital dan komunikasi, seperti media sosial, sehingga tidak menutup kecenderungan generasi Z dapat menjadi seorang brand evangelist. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 107 orang dari generasi Z di Kota Batam. Responden dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling dengan Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dibantu dengan Google Colaboratory (Python). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan generasi Z di Kota Batam untuk menjadi brand evangelist.
