Abstract

Marketing strategy development is one of the important elements that must be possessed by every Small and Medium Industry (IKM). The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the income of IKM "Bahek Ewaki" to decrease. This study aims to determine the difference in profits before and during the Covid-19 pandemic and analyze the marketing strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a case study. Differences in profits before and during the Covid-19 pandemic were analyzed by Wilcoxon analysis. The marketing strategy for processed seafood souvenirs was analyzed using SWOT and followed by QSPM analysis. The results of the study show that business profits before and during the Covid-19 pandemic were significantly different, namely, a decrease of 37%. The results of the SWOT analysis recommend that IKM "Bahek Ewaki" carry out a growth oriented strategy. The priority strategies based on the QSPM matrix are: (1) providing affordable prices and increasing promotions with the highest TAS score of 7.54; (2) maintain and improve the quality of products and services with a TAS score of 7.51; (3) maintaining cooperation with suppliers or competitors with a score of 7.5; (4) maximize strategic location and facilities with a score of 7.48. During the Covid-19 pandemic, IKM "Bahek Ewaki" should increase sales volume online through online media.

Abstract

The rice farming insurance program (AUTP) aims to support farmers in their rice production. This study aimed to analyze the effect of farmers’ participation in the AUTP program on the technical efficiency of lowland rice farming in Rias Village. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, which included 30 AUTP participants and 30 non-AUTP participants. The data was analyzed using the stochastic frontier production function and independent sample t-test. The results showed that the total surface area of farming, the amount of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer significantly affected rice production (α = 5 percent). Average value of technical efficiency of lowland farming was 0.50 (AUTP participating farmers) and 0.34 (non-AUTP participating farmers), which was below the threshold of the average technical efficiency (0.70). Thus, lowland rice farming was technically inefficient. The lowland rice farming of AUTP participants was slightly more efficient than non-AUTP participant farmers, but was not enough to redeem efficiency. Farmers’ age, education, number of family of farmers, duration of farmers joined a farmers group and farmers’ participation in the AUTP programs had significant effects on TE in lowland rice farming (α = 5 percent). Intensive assistance from the agricultural extension workers regarding the technical management of lowland rice farming would be beneficial.

Abstract

Saat ini sayuran hidroponik merupakan salah satu pilihan konsumen karena dinilai lebih sehat dan bebas dari pestisida sehingga konsumen bersedia membayar lebih untuk mendapatkan sayuran yang lebih sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dalam pembelian sayuran hidroponik dan menganalisis sikap konsumen terhadap atribut sayuran hidroponik yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian. Waktu pengambilan data penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai bulan Oktober 2022 di Kota Sungailiat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 100 orang responden, dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji Chi-square dan Multiatribut Fishbein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari analisis Chi-square secara signifikan terdapat perbedaan preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut-atribut sayuran hidroponik. Berdasarkan analisis Multiatribut Fishbein atribut yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian sayuran hidroponik di Kota Sungailliat dari yang paling dipertimbangkan adalah atribut kesegaran, kebersihan, rasa, fisik daun, warna, keberagaman jenis dan harga sayuran. Kata kunci : Preferensi Konsumen, Pembelian, Sayuran Hidroponik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan generasi Y dalam melakukan pembelian pada kedai kopi di Kota Pangkalpinang. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2022 sampai Januari 2023 di kedai kopi Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan cafe atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan generasi Y. Sedangkan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan generasi Y.

Abstract

The concept of urban farming refers to the practice of farming in urban areas, which is usually done on limited land such as house yards, rooftops or vacant lots in the city. Urban farming aims to meet the very high food needs of urban communities when there is a scarcity of land for food production in urban areas. The demand for vegetables is not matched by vegetable production, resulting in inflation. Some of the obstacles faced by KWT Cendawan 31 include: vegetable farming is not yet commercially oriented, management is still simple, motivation and awareness of members are still low, production patterns are not well planned, vegetable price information is still limited, marketing channels are not efficient and simple and limited promotion of vegetable products. This farmer women group empowerment program aims to increase vegetable production & income. The methods used in this program are active participatory methods, mentoring and counseling on vegetable production processes from upstream to downstream. The success of the work program carried out was able to overcome the problem of the lack of creativity and innovation of the Cendawan 31 Women Farmers Group (KWT) in developing the planting of types of vegetables, the low production of vegetables in the area of the Cendawan 31 Women Farmers Group (KWT) and being able to arrange a planting schedule, choosing the right type of plant and rotating the planter.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on marketing performance and product innovation, analyze the influence of product innovation on marketing performance, and analyze the influence of digital marketing on marketing performance through product innovation in food and beverage processing msmes in Pangkalpinang City. . The research method used is a survey method. Meanwhile, the sampling method used was purposive sampling (intentionally) with a sample size of 65 respondents. The analysis method uses sem-pls (structural equation modeling-partial least square) analysis with smartpls software version 4.0. The research results show that digital marketing has a direct positive effect on product innovation and product innovation has a positive effect on marketing performance, but digital marketing has no direct effect on marketing performance. Meanwhile, digital marketing indirectly has a positive effect on marketing performance through product innovation.

Abstract

Produktivitas lada yang tinggi menjadi salah satu indikator penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan usahatani lada di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Menurunnya produktivitas lada ini disebabkan oleh penurunan produksi dan luas areal penanaman lada. Beberapa faktor penyebab produktivitas lada di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan rendah, yaitu cuaca/iklim, serangan hama dan penyakit, penggunaan bibit yang tidak unggul, pemupukan yang kurang dari anjuran, penggunaan tajar yang kurang tepat, tidak melakukan pemangkasan secara intensif, kurangnya penyuluhan oleh Penyuluh Pertanian Lapngan (PPL), rendahnya adopsi inovasi, kurangnya modal petani, perawatan kebun yang kurang intensif, dan penurunan harga lada yang tidak diimbangi dengan penurunan sarana produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas lada putih di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan 60 orang responden yang ditentukan secara Purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas lada di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan adalah luas lahan, jumlah bibit, tenaga kerja, dan pestisida pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Sedangkan pupuk kimia dan penggunaan tajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas lada.

Abstract

Vegetable production in Pangkalpinang City is very limited because much of the land in Pangkalpinang City is allocated for housing and trade. Vegetable production is mostly carried out by KWT and farmer groups. The obstacles faced by KWT and Farmer Groups are limited land for vegetable farming and production patterns have not been planned properly. This research aims to examine vegetable production patterns in Pangkalpinang City. The descriptive analysis method is used to determine vegetable production patterns. The research results show that vegetable farming by KWT is carried out using soil and hydroponics. Meanwhile, the Farmer Group only uses soil as a medium. There are 17 patterns of vegetable production using soil media and 8 patterns of vegetable production using hydroponics. Setting vegetable planting patterns is useful for regulating the amount of production and variety of vegetables.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine the influence of price, fruit quality, shop atmosphere, service quality and location on the decision to purchase imported fruit in the modern market of PangkalpinangCity . The time and place of this research was carried out from July 2023 to September 2023 in the modern markets of Pangkalpinang City, namely Transmart and Grand Puncak Lestari. The research method used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) analysis. The research results show that price, shop atmosphere and location have a direct influence on the decision to purchase imported fruit in the modern market of Pangkalpinang City. Meanwhile, fruit quality and service quality do not influence the decision to purchase imported fruit in the modern market in Pangkalpinang City.

Abstract

Usaha sayuran hidroponik yang digeluti 13 Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Kota Pangkalpinang merupakan usaha yang tergolong baru sehingga penjualan masih tergolong rendah. Usaha sayuran hidroponik sudah bersifat komersial tetapi cakupan penjualan belum konsisten sehingga masih kecilnya jumlah pendapatan yang diterima tetapi modal usahatani tetap dikeluarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). menganalisis kelayakan non finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik, 2). menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik, dan 3). menganalisis sensitivitas usaha sayuran hidroponik pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan mengambil kasus usaha sayuran hidroponik pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Kota Pangkalpinang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif untuk menjelaskan aspek non finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik, yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek hukum dan perizinan, aspek ekonomi, serta aspek lingkungan. Pada analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menyelesaikan perhitungan analisis kelayakan finansial berupa nilai NPV, IRR, Net B/C, dan Payback Period. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa berdasarkan aspek non finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik sudah dikatakan layak untuk tetap dijalankan. Berdasarkan aspek finansial usaha sayuran hidroponik sudah dikatakan layak untuk tetap dijalankan karena memiliki nilai NPV sebesar Rp 3.832.119, IRR sebesar 16%, Net B/C Ratio sebesar 1,29 dan Payback Period selama 1 tahun 5 bulan. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan usaha sayuran hidroponik mencapai kondisi tidak layak untuk diusahakan dengan nilai NPV sebesar –Rp 901.033, IRR sebesar 12% dan Net B/C Ratio sebesar 0,92.
