Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and product health on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty of BULOG rice in Pangkalpinang City. The time and place of this research was conducted from August 2023 to September 2023 in Pangkalpinang City. The research method used is the survey method. While the sampling method used is purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) analysis with SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The results showed that product quality and price directly have a significant effect on the satisfaction and loyalty of consumers who consumer BULOG rice. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, product health has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of indirect research on rice prices have a significant effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction, while product quality and product health have no significant effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Ketatnya persaingan antar kedai kopi membuat konsumen akan lebih selektif saat memilih tempat tongkrongan dikarenakan banyaknya alternatif pilihan. Di sisi lain, cukup sulit bagi pelaku usaha untuk memahami dan mengikuti selera konsumen yang terus mengalami perubahan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mempelajari perilaku generasi Z yang bersifat dinamis termasuk di dalamnya proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian yang dipengaruhi oleh cafe atmosphere dan gaya hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cafe atmosphere dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian generasi Z pada kedai kopi di Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari Bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2022 pada kedai kopi di Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian generasi Z, sedangkan cafe atmosphere tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian generasi Z pada kedai kopi di Kota Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Vegetable production in Pangkalpinang City is very limited because much of the land in Pangkalpinang City is allocated for housing and trade. Vegetable production is mostly carried out by KWT and farmer groups. The obstacles faced by KWT and Farmer Groups are limited land for vegetable farming and production patterns have not been planned properly. This research aims to examine vegetable production patterns in Pangkalpinang City. The descriptive analysis method is used to determine vegetable production patterns. The research results show that vegetable farming by KWT is carried out using soil and hydroponics. Meanwhile, the Farmer Group only uses soil as a medium. There are 17 patterns of vegetable production using soil media and 8 patterns of vegetable production using hydroponics. Setting vegetable planting patterns is useful for regulating the amount of production and variety of vegetables.

Abstract

Saat ini sayuran hidroponik merupakan salah satu pilihan konsumen karena dinilai lebih sehat dan bebas dari pestisida sehingga konsumen bersedia membayar lebih untuk mendapatkan sayuran yang lebih sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dalam pembelian sayuran hidroponik dan menganalisis sikap konsumen terhadap atribut sayuran hidroponik yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian. Waktu pengambilan data penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai bulan Oktober 2022 di Kota Sungailiat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 100 orang responden, dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji Chi-square dan Multiatribut Fishbein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari analisis Chi-square secara signifikan terdapat perbedaan preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut-atribut sayuran hidroponik. Berdasarkan analisis Multiatribut Fishbein atribut yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian sayuran hidroponik di Kota Sungailliat dari yang paling dipertimbangkan adalah atribut kesegaran, kebersihan, rasa, fisik daun, warna, keberagaman jenis dan harga sayuran. Kata kunci : Preferensi Konsumen, Pembelian, Sayuran Hidroponik

Abstract

The Bangka Belitung Islands Province is a center of white pepper production in Indonesia, known for its Muntok White Pepper brand. Muntok White Pepper is generally sold in unprocessed granules, thus limiting its added value. Efforts to increase added value include converting granules into ground pepper. One such ground pepper produced in Bangka Belitung is the "Harum Enak" brand. This "Harum Enak" ground pepper is produced by PT Pelangi Nusantara Sehati, located in Sungailiat, Bangka. This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions for "Harum Enak" ground pepper in Pangkalpinang City, 2) analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for "Harum Enak" ground pepper in Pangkalpinang City, 3) analyze the effect of price on consumer satisfaction for "Harum Enak" ground pepper in Pangkalpinang City, 4) analyze the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction for "Harum Enak" ground pepper in Pangkalpinang City, 5) analyze the effect of purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction for "Harum Enak" ground pepper in Pangkalpinang City, 6) analyze the effect of price on consumer satisfaction through decisions for "Harum Enak" ground pepper in Pangkalpinang City, and 7) analyze the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction through decisions for "Harum Enak" ground pepper in Pangkalpinang City. The study used a survey method with accidental sampling to collect data from 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The study's direct-effect results show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for "Harum Enak" ground pepper in Pangkalpinang City. Still, it does not have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, but does not affect consumer satisfaction; purchasing decisions, in turn, have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. In the indirect effect, price does not have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, whereas product quality does.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko produksi yang dihadapi petani lada putih di Kecamatan Air Gegas, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survei terhadap 50 petani yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber risiko, analisis kuantitatif dengan koefisien variasi untuk mengukur tingkat risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko produksi usahatani lada putih bersumber dari faktor alam seperti cuaca tidak menentu, serta faktor teknis seperti serangan hama dan penyakit, pemupukan yang tidak tepat, penggunaan bibit tidak unggul, pestisida yang tidak sesuai anjuran, dan tajar mati yang mudah lapuh. Tingkat risiko produksi tergolong tinggi dengan nilai koefisien variasi sebesar 0,73. Pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan petani masih bersifat kuratif, bukan preventif. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kemampuan petani dalam manajemen risiko serta dukungan kelembagaan dan penyuluhan agar produksi lada putih dapat berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam penyusunan strategi pengelolaan risiko usahatani lada putih di tingkat lokal. Kata kunci: Lada Putih, Risiko Produksi, Usahatani. This study aims to analyze the production risks faced by white pepper farmers in Air Gegas District, South Bangka Regency. The research was conducted using a survey method involving 50 farmers selected through purposive sampling. The analysis included descriptive analysis to identify sources of risk and quantitative analysis using the coefficient of variation to measure the level of risk. The results showed that production risks in white pepper farming stem from natural factors such as extreme weather, as well as technical factors such as pest and disease attacks, improper fertilization, the use of non-superior seeds, inappropriate pesticides, and weak support stakes (tajar). The level of production risk is classified as high, with a coefficient of variation of 0.73. These findings indicate the need to improve farmers' capacity in risk management, along with institutional support and agricultural extension services, to ensure the sustainability of white pepper production. This study is expected to serve as a reference in formulating local-level risk management strategies for white pepper farming. Keywords: Farming, Production Risk, White Pepper. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence brand switching and consumer loyalty for branded packaged rice. This research was conducted in Pangkalpinang City. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method as many as 100 people. Data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. Price perceptions and product quality have a significant effect on brand switching and loyalty. Perceived price and product quality have an indirect effect on brand switching and branded packaged rice consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) dalam budidaya hidroponik (khususnya penyemaian dan perawatan) dan manajemen keuangan usahatani. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan demonstrasi langsung dengan 20 peserta dari KWT Desa Air Ruay, Kecamatan Pemali, Kabupaten Bangka. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sesi pembukaan, dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi mengenai budidaya hidroponik dan manajemen keuangan usahatani, serta dilengkapi dengan demonstrasi praktis terkait penyemaian benih hidroponik dan pembuatan nutrisi Ab Mix. Untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap peserta dilakukan pre-test dan post-test sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil analisis data menggunakan Uji Paired-Sample T-Test menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam aspek pengetahuan dan sikap peserta. Peningkatan ini menandakan keberhasilan kegiatan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan praktis dan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan usaha hidroponik serta pentingnya pembukuan dalam usahatani. Kegiatan pengabdian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan usaha hidroponik yang dikelola oleh KWT.
