Abstract

This study aims to formulate coffee agribusiness development strategies in Central Bangka Regency and formulate priority strategies for coffee agribusiness development strategies in Central Bangka Regency. This research was conducted from November to January 2024 in Central Bangka Regency. The research method used in this research is survey. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. The analysis method used descriptive qualitative and Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that the overall internal factor value was 2.57 and the external factor value was 2.77. Three alternative strategies that are appropriate to be selected as the main strategy are the development of coffee agribusiness systems based on local resources and culture, utilization of environmentally friendly technology and market orientation with a TAS value of 6.31 (Rank I). Development of coffee-based integrated agribusiness in each major coffee-producing region with a TAS value of 6.09 (Rank II). Development of coffee agribusiness systems directed at increasing competitiveness through fostering improvements in the quality and appearance of coffee and processed products with a TAS value of 6.01 (Rank III).

Abstract

Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-Tematik) is a form of community service carried out by students as part of the Tridharma of higher education. This program aims to contribute to village development and provide students with practical experience in applying their knowledge. In Baskara Bakti Village, the KKN-Tematik team is developing tourism potential through work programs such as creating green alleys, installing directional signs, and constructing a landmark monument as a tourist icon at Menuang Beach. The implementation of the Green Alley program aims to utilize the limited yard space of residents for reforestation and small-scale agriculture, contributing to local food sustainability and community resilience, while also serving as an attraction for local tourists. In addition, the installation of signs aims to improve accessibility and organization within the village, while the construction of the monument seeks to enhance the village's identity and tourist appeal. Through this work program, it is expected to support sustainable village development, increase community awareness of the environment, and enhance the village’s attractiveness as an eco-cultural tourism destination. This KKN program activity makes a tangible contribution to supporting sustainable village development and improving the welfare of the Baskara Bakti Village community.

Abstract

Saat ini sayuran hidroponik merupakan salah satu pilihan konsumen karena dinilai lebih sehat dan bebas dari pestisida sehingga konsumen bersedia membayar lebih untuk mendapatkan sayuran yang lebih sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dalam pembelian sayuran hidroponik dan menganalisis sikap konsumen terhadap atribut sayuran hidroponik yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian. Waktu pengambilan data penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai bulan Oktober 2022 di Kota Sungailiat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 100 orang responden, dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji Chi-square dan Multiatribut Fishbein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari analisis Chi-square secara signifikan terdapat perbedaan preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut-atribut sayuran hidroponik. Berdasarkan analisis Multiatribut Fishbein atribut yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian sayuran hidroponik di Kota Sungailliat dari yang paling dipertimbangkan adalah atribut kesegaran, kebersihan, rasa, fisik daun, warna, keberagaman jenis dan harga sayuran. Kata kunci : Preferensi Konsumen, Pembelian, Sayuran Hidroponik

Abstract

KKN-Thematic (Real Work Lecture) is a form of student service to the community as part of the tridharma of higher education. This program aims to support village development and provide students with the opportunity to practice the knowledge they have learned directly. The purpose of this program is to identify challenges and opportunities in aligning the village financial management system to be more effective. A case study approach is used to analyze the implementation process and collect data on the integration efforts. Some of the problems faced by Baskara Bakti Village include data compatibility, limited technical capacity, and information gaps between SISKEUDES and PDAM. This service activity underlines the importance of strengthening institutional coordination, increasing technical support, and developing standard data formats to facilitate smooth integration in SISKEUDES. By addressing these challenges, villages can optimize financial management practices and improve the provision of public services.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan salah satu pengabdian mahasiswa dalam lingkungan Masyarakat, terutama berkontribusi dalam dunia pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dilaksankaan di Sekolah Dasar 9 Namang Desa Baskara Bhakti. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipasi aktif. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk membantu guru dalam mengajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Sosial (IPAS) dan Bahasa Inggris. Hasil Pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam perilaku anak-anak tentang etika sopan santun serta meningkatkan kemampuan dasar-dasar berbahasa inggris. Selain itu, program kerja ini dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of café atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty among Generation Z at coffee shops in Pangkalpinang City. Pangkalpinang is a center of business and educational activities, making coffee shops popular venues for gathering, studying, and socializing, especially among Generation Z. The research was conducted at twenty coffee shops across Pangkalpinang City. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software. The results showed that both café atmosphere and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Café atmosphere has a positive effect on loyalty, while service quality does not affect loyalty. Moreover, customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect on loyalty. Additionally, neither café atmosphere nor service quality has an indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tourists are showing an increasing interest in locally produced food and bringing it home as souvenirs. One of the souvenirs that can be brought home is food souvenirs. This study aims to examine the relationship between attitudes towards satisfaction and tourists' purchase intentions. The research method uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire. The number of respondents who were used as research samples was 200 tourists. Research respondents were domestic tourists who shopped for food souvenirs and were willing to fill out a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model with Partial Least Square. Data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that attitude directly has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and purchase intention. Satisfaction also has a direct and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, attitudes have an indirect effect on purchase intentions through satisfaction. These findings provide opportunities for food souvenir businesses to develop marketing strategies that satisfy tourists so as to increase tourists' buying intentions for food souvenirs.

Abstract

The tendency of urban people who have high mobility and limited time is one of the problems in society. Coffee shops are now present using food delivery services that are practical and easy to use to overcome these problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty to coffee drinks through the grab application in Pangkalpinang City. The research method used is a survey method with sampling techniques using purposive sampling, the number of samples studied was 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study are e-trust has no effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust affects e-loyalty, e-service quality affects e-satisfaction, e-service quality has no effect on e-loyalty, e-satisfaction affects e-loyalty, e-trust has no effect on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction, e-service quality affects e-loyalty through e-satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumer attitudes and preferences regarding purchasing decisions for Ambon bananas and Cavendish bananas in Pangkalpinang City. Data collection was carried out from August to September 2023 in Pangkalpinang City. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis using Multiattribute Fishbein and Conjoint. The results of the research show that there are differences in consumer attitudes and preferences between Ambon bananas and Cavendish bananas. Consumer attitudes towards the attributes that are most considered in purchasing decisions for Ambon bananas are taste, price, skin cleanliness, size and skin color, respectively, while for Cavendish bananas namely skin cleanliness, skin color, taste, price and size. Consumer preferences for Ambon bananas in Pangkalpinang City are bananas that have a sweet taste, bananas that are > 14 cm long, greenish yellow in color, fairly cheap prices, and bananas that have skin that has no spots. The order of importance values explains the attributes of Ambon bananas that consumers pay most attention to when buying bananas, namely the taste of the banana, the price of the banana, the cleanliness of the banana peel, the size of the banana, and the color of the banana peel. Consumer preferences for Cavendish bananas are bananas that have a sweet taste, bananas that are > 14 cm long, have a yellow skin color, a fairly cheap price, and bananas that have skin that has no spots. The order of importance values explains the attributes of Cavendish bananas that consumers pay most attention to when buying bananas, namely the taste of the banana, the color of the banana peel, the cleanliness of the banana peel, the size of the banana and the price of the banana.
