Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personal selling, customer response, and customer interest on customer decisions in activating the BRImo application. Research is a type of quantitative research. A sample of 100 respondents using GForm from a total population of 3100. by accidental random sampling. The method uses multiple linear regression with statistical tests and classical assumptions. Classic assumptions are not a problem. The results showed that customer responses and customer interest were significantly positive in influencing customer decisions in activating the BRImo application, while personal selling had a positive effect was not significant. The F test shows that the simultaneous influence of personal selling, customer response and customer interest in customer decisions is significant, which is 70.298 with a significant value of 0.00< 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.687. This shows that the customer's decision can be explained by 68.7% by personal selling, customer response, and customer interest. The remaining 0.313 or 3.13% is explained by other variables outside the model, such as customer knowledge and education. The most dominant variable in influencing customer decisions is the customer response, which is shown to be a regression coefficient of 0.354 with a t-count of 4.153.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediation of purchase interest on the influence of price and on purchasing decisions at Sate Kambing Muda Mas HJT Surakarta. This study uses a primary data collection method, namely by distributing questionnaires where the population in this study were customers of Sate Kambing Muda Mas HJT. Sampling in this study used the accidental sampling technique or happened to meet respondents with a sample of 100. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and used the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, purchasing interest is able to mediate the effect of price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether Spiritual Intelligence can affect Employee Performance, Organizational Culture can affect Employee Performance, and Motivation can be a mediating variable between Organizational culture and Spiritual Intelligence on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. With respondents as many as 50 employees at Ud. Zaghal Pacitan, East Java with 2 types of Permanent and Daily job groups. The results showed that spiritual intelligence can affect employee performance, organizational culture can affect employee performance, and motivation variables can be mediating variables between spiritual intelligence and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Changes in technological advances and increased Internet penetration have led to changes in consumer purchases. The study aims to analyze “The impact of 4D marketing mix on GoFood consumer purchasing decisions in Surakarta”. The population in this study is the entire consumer in Surakarta City who has used the service of messaging between GoFood and has made a purchase. The study uses purposive sampling as a sample determination technique and the number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. Variables In this study there are 5 variables to be studied, namely the independent variables consisting of Disruption (X1), Digitalization (X2), De-Siloage (X3), and Diffusion (X4), as well as Purchase Decision (Y) as dependent variables. The results of this study show that the variables disruption(X1), de-siloage(X3) and diffusion(X4) have a positive and significant influence on the Purchasing Decision of GoFood Application Users in Surakarta, whereas the variable digitalization(X2) has a negative and significant impact on the Buying Decisions of Gofood Application users in Surakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the influence of brand image and promotion on customer loyalty among users of skintific skincare products in Solo Raya. The population in this study were all users of skintific skincare products in Solo Raya who had used skintific products for at least the last 6 months and the total sample in this study was 96 respondents. The variables used in this research are brand image, promotion, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of this research show that brand image and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, promotion has no significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction is able to mediate The influence of brand image on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction are not able to mediate the influence of promotions on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty at Red Chilies Hotel Solo. The method used in this research is quantitative with data collected through questionnaires to hotel customers and processed using SPSS 26. The total number of respondents was 99 people. The data analysis techniques applied include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and F and T tests to determine the relationship between variables. The research results show that Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) have an effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), proven through a significant T test of more than 0.05 and a calculated r value that is greater than r table 1.661.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of creativity, motivation and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of Karang Taruna members in Dukuh Bancakan, Wonorejo, Polokarto, Sukoharjo. Using a saturated sampling technique, this research involved 79 members as respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire which included the variables creativity, motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial interest, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that motivation has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial interest, while creativity and family environment do not show a significant influence. These results indicate that motivation is a key factor in encouraging entrepreneurial interest among Karang Taruna members. Therefore, entrepreneurship programs should focus more on developing motivation to increase youth participation in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, career development and level of welfare on employee performance employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics Sukoharjo Regency. The method used in sampling is a saturated sample with a total of all respondents were 40 employees. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly. The analysis technique used was SPSS 25. The results showed that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results of the t count hypothesis of 3.216 and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 (2) Career Development has a positive effect and significant to employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results obtained t count of 2.355 and a significant value of 0.024 <0.05, (4) Training and Career Development on employee performance employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results obtained f count of 439.010 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0,05.

Abstract

. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of planning on increasing profitability at UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research object is UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency, which is a company engaged in the economic empowerment of rural communities. The effect of this cash planning precisely is to set achievement targets. The realization of the cash flow budget is a way of how this planning can be achieved. The results showed that the UPK DAPM Mutiara Abadi, Boyolali Regency, in planning and realizing cash flows was relatively appropriate in its implementation so that all the targeted profit plans were achieved. This is evidenced by the achievements in 2018 – 2022, all profit targets always experience a plus deviation.

Abstract

The research entitled "Quality of Service, Product Quality and Price Influence on Customer Satisfaction at Oxyco Café Solobaru" aims to find out how customer satisfaction is influenced by the quality of service, product quality, and price. The quantitative and associative methods used in this study are double linear regression. The study of the relationship between two or more variables is considered an association. Because the population of the study is unknown, sampling was conducted using a non-opportunity method. Heir et al. method for measuring samples Research results show that customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by the quality of service, product quality, and price. In addition, service quality variables, product quality, and price are also significantly influenced by dependent variables.
