Abstract

Abstract-Engagement between the company and employees must be built to create the impulse for employees to work more optimally. Employee engagement can make more profit because the employees are not only thinking of themselves, but also they are trying to improve and develop where he works. Nowadays, OJK employees are in transition period or can be called also as temporary employees. The uncertainty of the employee as a permanent employee can be something risky for OJK. Therefore, OJK should attract the temporary employees that are in the transition period be more engage to company. This study aims for measure and determine the level of employee engagement in OJK using Aon Hewitt’s model. The sample used in this study is simple random sampling with the required total respondents amounted to 92 people. Distribution of the questionnaire addressed in accordance with the scope which is to the OJK employees from BI. To see the relationship of independent variables on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression method is used. The results of this research is the formed of new factor consist of six variables equal to the number of previous factors. These six factors have a very strong  relationship with the level of employee engagement. Abstract

This study examines the level of students' knowledge before and after the implementation of a counseling program on Tajhiz Mayit. The research, conducted on January 08, 2025, aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the counseling on Tajhiz Mayit in improving students' knowledge at SMPN 1 Indrapuri, Aceh Besar. The method used is a pretest-posttest design, measuring participants' knowledge before and after the counseling. Prior to the counseling, the pretest results showed that 2 participants (10%) had good knowledge, 11 participants (55%) had sufficient knowledge, and 7 participants (35%) had poor knowledge. After the counseling, all participants (100%) demonstrated an improvement in knowledge to the good category, with no participants remaining in the sufficient or poor categories. These results indicate that the counseling on Tajhiz Mayit was highly effective in enhancing participants' knowledge. The dramatic change in knowledge distribution from pretest to posttest shows that the intervention successfully improved participants' understanding comprehensively. This study highlights the importance of counseling as an effective method for enhancing students' knowledge and understanding of important topics, specifically Tajhiz Mayit.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan penyakit yang mempengaruhi kognisi, emosi dan kontrol terhadap perilaku. Prevalensi gangguan mental emosional di Indonesia yang berusia ≥15 tahun sebanyak 9,8%. Perilaku merokok menjadi salah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku merokok dengan tingkat kesehatan mental emosional pada siswa di Kota Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa laki-laki berusia 15-18 tahun yang berada di wilayah Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 531 siswa. Data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifkan antara perilaku merokok setiap hari dengan kesehatan mental emosinal siswa di Banda Aceh (p-value=0,000). Faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kesehatan mental emosional yaitu merokok setiap hari (OR=3,69; 95% CI: 2,14 – 6,39; p-value=0,000). Faktor lain yang juga berhubungan dengan kesehatan mental emosional yaitu umur dan kelas. Perlu adanya kebijakan untuk larangan merokok dan penyuluhan terkait bahaya merokok bagi kesehatan mental emosional.

Abstract

Ketepatan waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis merupakan salah satu peningkatan kedisiplinan petugas dalam pengembalian berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025. Di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 bahwa pengembalian berkas memiliki waktu 3x24 jam setelah pasien dinyatakan pulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa ketepatan waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif kualitatif, dengan jumlah populasi penelitian ini 24 orang petugas rekam medis dan 3 orang petugas rekam medis sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 dapat di simpulkan bahwa Ketidaklengkapan berkas rekam medis di ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 “Tidak Lengkap” Alur pengembalian dokumen berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 “Sesuai” Ketidakjelasan penulisan dokter pada berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2025 “Jelas”. Saran dari peneliti kepada pihak Rumah Sakit adalah perlunya peningkatan kedisiplinan petugas dalam pengembalian berkas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit.AbstractThe timeliness of returning medical record files is one of the improvements in the discipline of officers in returning medical record files at the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) in 2025. At the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) in 2025, the file return period is 3x24 hours after the patient is declared home. This study aims to analyze the timeliness of returning medical record files in the inpatient room. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with a population of 24 medical record officers and 3 medical record officers as samples. The results of the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) study in 2025 can be concluded that the incompleteness of medical record files in the inpatient room at the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital in 2025 "Incomplete" The flow of returning medical record file documents at the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital in 2025 "Appropriate" The unclear writing of the doctor on the medical record file at the Aceh Government Mother and Child Hospital in 2025 "Clear". The researcher's suggestion to the Hospital is the need to improve the discipline of officers in returning medical record files at the Hospital.
