Abstract

This research aimed to find out the validity and effectiveness of pleace o’clock media as the developed products and to find out students’ achievement test. The development procedures used Borg and Gall model which had been modified into 8 stages. The subjects of this study were 23 of fifth grade (V) students of SDN 4 Jenggik. Data collection techniques used in this study were validation sheets, achievement test, and students’ response questionnaire. The results from expert validators, or from media experts obtained 55 scores, then the average scores were 4.23 which were indicated as "excellent". Meanwhile, material experts obtained 37 scores, then the  average scores were 3.36 and indicated as "sufficient". The results of students’ response questionnaire obtained 268 scores or reached 89.76%. Hence,  based on the conversion table, the score was indicated as "good" category. Meanwhile, the learning achievement test with the total number  of 23 students,  where 21 students had completed, with the percentage of completeness was 91, 30%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the o’clock pleace media on fractions was effective in the learning process in fifth (V) grade students of SDN 4 Jenggik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi 8 metode kepramukaan sebagai penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Selong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang sebagai data primer, terdiri dari 3 orang kepala sekolah, 6 orang pembina putra dan putri, 45 orang siswa atau anggota pramuka penggalang SD. Data diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menerapkan teknik analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Kebenaran dan keabsahan data ditetapkan melalui teknik triangulasi sumber, metode, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa implementasi delapan metode kepramukaan terdiri dari: mengamalkan kode kehormatan pramuka, memberikan bimbingan dan motivasi dari pembina, menyelenggarakan kegiatan secara berkelompok, menyelenggarakan kegiatan yang menarik dan menantang, melakukan aktifitas sambil belajar, menyelenggarakan kegiatan di alam terbuka, menerapkan sistem satuan terpisah, dan memberikan penghargaan tanda kecakapan. Pelaksanaan metode kepramukaan berpotensi sebagai sarana untuk menguatkan karakter siswa sekolah dasar.THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EIGHT SCOUTING METHODS IN REINFORCING ELEMENTARY STUDENTS’ CHARACTERThis study was aimed at describing the implementation of 8 scouting methods as strengthening character education for elementary school students in Selong. This research was a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects were 54 people as primary data, consisting of 3 school principals, 6 male and female coaches, 45 students or members of elementary school scouts. The data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then they were analyzed by applying the interactive analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The correctness and validity of the data were determined through the triangulation technique of sources, methods, and time. The results show that the implementation of the eight scouting methods consists of: practicing the scouting honor code, providing guidance and motivation from the coach, organizing activities in groups, organizing interesting and challenging activities, carrying out activities while learning, holding activities in the open, implementing a separate unit system. , and giving awards a mark of proficiency. The implementation of the scouting method has the potential as a means of strengthening the character of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the role of parents and teachers in developing children's character; (2) factors that influence children's character development; (3) the impact of the role of parents and teachers on the development of the character of children in SD Muhammadiyah Sapen. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. Data sources were obtained from the principal, class teacher, religious education teacher, committee chairman, and parents. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data was then analyzed by interactive models that followed the format of Miles & Huberman, including: data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the role of parents and teachers as role models for children in attitude and personality, such as honesty, tolerance, discipline, responsibility, religion, and caring for others and the environment. Supporting factors are curriculum content standards, principal leadership, school community commitment, and involve the role of parents in school programs. While the inhibiting factor is the apathy of some parents and teachers, and the lack of parental knowledge about character education. The impact of the role of parents and teachers is: (1) Character values affect children's learning achievement, (2) The occurrence of behavioral changes that occur in children.

Abstract

Sasak people’s life is strongly embedded by the philosophical values in each tradition that can lead them to have better perspectives. This study aimed to describe the values of character education in the local wisdom of the Sasak tribe, and the process of instilling character education values in the Sasak family. An ethnographic qualitative approach was used to obtain the information based on the research objectives. The data were collected through observations, interviews, documentations, and FGD techniques.The data were obtained from the families, traditional leaders, and communities. The results of the study revealed that the character values as the identity of the Sasak people were found in four principles, namely: wirame principle, wirage principle, wirase principle, and wibusane principle. The process of transmitting character values to children was done by giving knowledge, doing habituation, and imitation of the parents’ good habits and behaviors. The value of local wisdom in the traditions could be used as an insight for parents and society as educational references to build children’s characters

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of students' reading ability; described the implementation of the basic literacy strengthening program in schools; and described the reflection on basic literacy strengthening programs. This study used descriptive qualitative research, with a target school of 30 SD and MI in East Lombok, and involves supervisors, principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used reading competency assessment, interviews, observation, FGD, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model, including data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study found that: 1) student literacy at the proficient level was 338, 200 proficient abilities, 217 basic abilities, and 2.067 special interventions; 2) program implementation is divided into the stages of preparation and capacity building, collaboration, and active participation; 3) the results of program reflection show that there are 21 schools with an optimal score, 7 schools with a targeted score, and 2 schools with a score just starting. The reflection process is very important to review the achievements made by the school and the things that need to be improved from various aspects.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of traditional dengklek games in improving the gross motor skills of autistic children at an early age. Autism is a child who experiences obstacles in social interaction. Basically, the disorder that autistic children have is very complex, thus it is very necessary to use a game that can attract children's interest but has various complex benefits for autistic children, such as denglek games. This type of research uses qualitative research, the subject of this research is autistic students at an early age. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and direct documentation with informants in the field to obtain the required data. Data analysis in this study uses data, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that traditional dengkelek games have a positive impact on improving gross motor skills of autistic children, through traditional dengkek games children are able to improve gross motor aspects such as throwing, jumping, walking, and picking up. Keywords:  Dengklek Games, Gross Motoric, and Autism.    Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi permainan tradisional dengklek dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak autis pada usia dini. Autis adalah anak yang mengalami hambatan dalam intraksi social. Pada dasarnya gangguan yang anak autis sangatlah kompleks, dengan demikian sangat perlunya mengggunakan suatu permainan yang dapat menarik minat anak namun memiliki berbagai manfaaat yang kompleks untuk anak autis seperti halnya permainan dengklek. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa autis pada usia dini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi secara langsung dengan informan di lanpangan untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menujukkan bahwa permainan tradisional dengkelek memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motoric kasar anak autis, melalui permainan tradisional dengkek anak mampu memingkatkan aspek motoric kasar seperti melempar, melompat, berjalan, dan mengambil. Kata kunci: Dengklek Games, Gross Motor, and Autism.

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi memberikan dampak kurang baik terhadap kehidupan keluarga suku Sasak, karena terjadi maraknya eksploitasi anak dan minimnya perhatian orangtua terhadap pendidikan anak, terutama pada aspek pengasuhan orangtua dalam lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem sosial dan pengasuhan anak pada keluarga suku Sasak dalam perspektif kebudayaan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi untuk memperoleh informasi tujuan penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat, dan anggota keluarga. Analisis data menggunakan analisis domain, taksonomik, komponen, dan tema budaya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa keluarga suku Sasak menggunakan sistem patrilineal, namun pelaksanaan peran dan fungsi keluarga lebih didominasi oleh peran seorang ibu. Pengasuhan anak diaplikasikan mulai dari bedede sebagai cara untuk mencurahkan perhatian, kasih sayang, dan cinta orangtua kepada anak. Bedêngah sebagai tindakan melepaskan anak untuk belajar dari segala sesuatu. Kemudian memautang dilaksanakan sebagai upaya orangtua mengajarkan dan mengenalkan anak lingkungan dan peran sosialnya.

Abstract

Psychological well-being adalah indikator penting dalam menilai tingkat kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan individu secara menyeluruh. Remaja sering mengalami tantangan emosional yang signifikan karena perkembangan fisik, sosial, dan kognitif mereka yang cepat. Manajemen emosi adalah keterampilan yang penting untuk mengelola stres dan mempromosikan kesehatan mental. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini ialah ingin mengetahui peningkatan psychological well being melalui manajemen emosi pada remaja. Kegiatan ini melibatkan beberapa siswa MTs Rabithatul Ulum. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental dengan metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, tugas kelompok dan presentasi dan tidak lupa dilakukan pre-test dan post-test guna melihat dampak pelatihan yang diberikan. Pelatihan ini mencakup tentang pemahaman siswa terkait emosi, masa pubertas remaja, manajemen emosi serta kaitannya dengan peningkatan psychological well-being. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan psychological well-being pada remaja pada sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan dengan perbandingan nilai rerata pretest siswa sebesar 39,60 dan pada posttest sebesar 42,33 dengan taraf signifikasi < o,o5. Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan psychological well-being pada peserta sebelum dan setelah diberikan pelatihan manajemen emosi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan preventif dalam meningkatkan psychological well-being remaja melalui pengembangan keterampilan manajemen emosi yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran paradigma pedagogi reflektif terhadap sikap disiplin siswa kelas III SDN 1 Korleko. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen desain penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan jenis one group pre-test dan post-test design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SDN 1 Korleko tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling sebanyak 40 orang. Metode menggunakan instrumen angket berskala interval, yang telah diujicobakan dengan hasil uji coba instrumen angket telah valid dan reliable. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel yaitu (6.457 > 1.687), dengan kata lain hipotesis Ho ditolak dan H1 tabel diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam model pembelajaran paradigma pedagogi reflektif terhadap sikap disiplin siswa kelas III SDN 1 Korleko. Model ini dapat mengungkap makna yang sebenarnya dari materi yang telah dipelajari, sehingga membentuk pribadi siswa yang utuh melalui tahapan konteks, pengalaman, refleksi, aksi, dan evaluasi.
