Abstract

A film review is a subjective opinion of someone who has different feelings about each film. As a result, film enthusiasts will struggle to assess whether the film meets their requirements. Based on these issues, sentiment analysis is the best way to fix them. Sentiment analysis, also known as opinion mining, is the study of assigning views or emotional labels to texts in order to determine if the text contains positive or negative thoughts. The Nave Bayes method was chosen because it can classify data based on the computation of each class's probability against objects in a given data sample. The best model was created utilizing data without lemmatization, 500 vector sizes, and Nave Bayes classification, with an accuracy of 78.96 percent and a f1-score of 78.81 percent. Changes in vector size affect the system's capacity to foresee positive and negative sentiments. The difference in accuracy and recall values shows that when vector size 300 is utilized, the precision and recall outcomes are lower than when vector size 500 is used.

Abstract

The head of the study program is a figure who plays an important role in the progress of each study program at a university. The head of the study program has a role in the decision-making process and in carrying out managerial policies. In addition, the head of the study program is also a person who is able to ensure the creation of a conducive atmosphere in the service process to students and also the scope of work in the study program. Therefore, awarding the head of the study program based on the performance shown is a form of appreciation for the performance given by the head of the study program. The process of evaluating the performance of the head of the study program is not only an assessment of the academic field but also an assessment of the managerial. In the process of evaluating the performance of the head of the study program, a computerized tool is needed or commonly called a Decision Support System. The decision support system also has several settlement methods that are used as a reference, one of the methods that can be used is the WASPAS method. In addition to the methods used to support decisions, there are also methods that can be used for weighting each assessment criteria such as the ROC method. In this research, we will use the ROC weighting method on the assessment criteria and the process of evaluating the performance of the head of the study program using the WASPAS method. The results achieved in the research are to obtain an objective and accountable process of evaluating the performance of the study program leader. In the research that has been carried out, it is found that the Head of the Study Program who gets the reward is the Head of the Study Program with alternative A2 and the preferred value is 0.958

Abstract

In selecting credit recipients, it is necessary to have a recipient selection system that can overcome the problem of bad credit that often occurs (loans that are not repaid by the debtor). Based on this problem, a decision support system is needed that helps identify the wrong recipient. The method used in this study is the Moora method and the Moosra method, namely the method for determining priorities. A decision support system is a computer-based system consisting of interacting components: a language system component, a knowledge system component, and a problem-handling system component, and uses data and decision-making models to create semi-structured problems. Abstract

Autoimmune diseases are caused by the failure of the immune system to attack the body itself. According to data from the US Department of Health and Human Services, more than 23.5 million Americans have an autoimmune disease, which is difficult to diagnose because of the variety of symptoms it presents. Therefore, the development of mechanisms to identify autoimmune disorders is essential. One of the developing technologies in this field is the use of expert systems in diagnosing diseases. An expert system is a system developed by experts using science-based technology. In order to use it effectively, proper methods are needed, such as the Bayes Theorem approach, described by Thomas Bayes, a priest. The Bayes Theorem approach explains the relationship between the probability of event A and event B based on available information. This study attempts to facilitate the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases by using an expert system and Bayes' Theorem technique. With a confidence level of 0.57 or 57%, the examination results show that the patient suffers from an autoimmune disease of the type Hemolytic Anemia (HA) based on the patient's input

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, advertising, and product quality on purchasing decisions of Honda Vario brand automatic motorcycles. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several classical assumption tests and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is obtained that the brand image variable (X1) partially influences the purchase decision variable (Y) with a t-count value of 11,662 greater than the t-value of 1,658 and a significant value of 0.000. The advertising variable (X2) partially influences the purchase decision variable (Y) with a t-test value of 3,881, greater than the t-table value of 1,658 and a significant value of 0,000. The product quality variable (X3) partially also influences the purchasing decision variable (Y) with a t-test value of 9,732, greater than the t-table value of 1,658 and a significant value of 0,000. Simultaneously brand image variables (X1), advertisements (X2) and product quality (X3) influence the purchase decision variable (Y) with an F-calculated value of 332,812 greater than the F value of table 3,08 and a significant value of 0,000. variable brand image (X1), advertising (X2) and product quality (X3) have a contribution in influencing the purchase decision variable (Y) of 90,0%. While the remaining 10,0% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. From the conclusions above, suggestions can be given to companies that companies need to maintain and improve product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions on Rocket Chicken Karangjati, 2). To determine the effect of location on cunsumer purchasing decisions on Rocket Karangjati. The population in this study was 96 respondents. The research was conducted by sampling with probability sampling technique. Obtained a sample of 96 data. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of the study can be concluded that: 1). Price has a positive and significant effect on cunsumer purchasaing decisions, 2). Location has a positive and significant effect on cunsumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

HR management is recognized as a global issue and an integral part of competitiveness in the arena of globalization. The organizational structure is the placement of tasks from the very top to the placement of very basic tasks. Assessing the quality of employee performance is one of the work evaluation sessions that can provide the best for industry and citizens. In position placement, if someone does not suit the position they have, it will cause problems such as the company's operational processes not running well. Performance appraisal of employees aims to see the performance results that have been carried out or given by employees when occupying a position. Problems related to performance appraisal are important problems that must be resolved immediately. Data mining is a data processing process in the past, where data in data mining is a collection of data that has been collected over a certain period of time. Information data mining is a series of processes for exploring added value in the form of data produced by extracting and identifying patterns in an information base. Clustering is a part of data mining that aims to group based on the formation of new clusters. The K-Medoids algorithm is a partitional clustering procedure that minimizes the distance between labeled points. The K-Medoids algorithm is a classic Clustering partition technique that groups data sets of ni objects into k groups known a priori. From the results of research conducted using the K-Medoids method, 3 clusters were obtained. Where in cluster 1 there are 4 employees, in cluster 2 there are 3 employees and in cluster 3 there are 3 employees.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini: 1). Untuk mengetahui apakah produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 2). Untuk mengetahui apakah harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 3). Untuk mengetahui apakah tempat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 4). Untuk mengetahui apakah promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang yang pernah dan sedang, melakukan pembelian suatu produk barang maupun jasa perawatan berjumlah 12.428 pada tahun 2020. Penelitian dilakukan secara nonprobability sampling, dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1). Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 2). Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 3). Tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang. 4). Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen PT Ella Organic Skin Care Cabang Semarang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perda No 5 Tahun 2003 menegaskan bahasa ibu masyarakat jawa barat terdiri dari Sunda, Cirebon dan melayu-betawi. Praktik kebijakan ini di jalankan melalui muatan lokal mata pelajaran bahasa daerah yang diatur dalam dinas pendidikan kabupaten/kota. Bahasa Cirebon menjadi salah satu dari mulok yang wajib diajarkan di wilayah penutur bahasa Cirebon. Adapun dalam praktiknya bahasa Sunda masih ditemukan diajarkan di sekolah-sekolah yang masyarakat sekitarnya tidak berbicara bahasa sunda termasuk di kabupaten Cirebon. Hal ini tentunya menjadi masalah khusunya bagi para siswa yang sejak kecil berbahasa Cirebon. Hasil penelitian menemukan penyelenggaraan pendidikan bahasa daerah  sudah sesuai dengan payung hukum yang dibuat namun dalam praktiknya mengalami berbagai macam kendala. Dampaknya penyelenggaraan kebijakan di tiap sekolah tidak saling bersinergi dan berintegrasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adalah anggaran, kurikulum, dan SDM tiap satuan pendidikan yang berbeda-beda. Implikasinya siswa yang mempelajari bahasa Sunda mengalami kesulitan dengan tingkat dan derajat masing-masing. Kata kunci: Kabupaten Cirebon, Bahasa daerah, kebijakan pendidikan   ABSTRACT Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2003 confirms that the mother tongue of the people of West Java consists of Sunda, Cirebon and Malay-Betawi. The practice of this policy is carried out through the local content of regional language subjects regulated in the district/city education office. Cirebon language is one of the mulok that must be taught in Cirebon language-speaking areas. In practice, Sundanese is still found being taught in schools where the surrounding community does not speak Sundanese, including in Cirebon district. This is certainly a problem, especially for students who have spoken Cirebon since childhood. The results of the study found that the implementation of regional language education was in accordance with the legal umbrella made but in practice encountered various kinds of obstacles. The impact is that the implementation of policies in each school does not synergize and integrate with each other. The influencing factors are the different budgets, curriculum, and human resources of each educational unit. The implication is that students who study Sundanese have difficulty with their respective levels and degrees. Keywords: Cirebon Regency, regional language, education policy
