Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar yang dilaksanakan di UPT SPF SD Inpres Bitoa, Kecamatan Manggala, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar sekaligus memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan soft skills mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam program tersebut. Soft skills  yang diteliti meliputi keterampilan komunikasi, kerjasama tim, kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, dan pemecahan masalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 20 mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam program ini selama satu semester. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam Program Kampus Mengajar di UPT SPF SD Inpres Bitoa memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan soft skills. Keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa meningkat melalui interaksi intensif dengan siswa dan guru. Kemampuan kerjasama tim dan kepemimpinan mereka terasah melalui kegiatan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang melibatkan kolaborasi dengan rekan sesama mahasiswa dan staf sekolah. Manajemen waktu dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah juga mengalami peningkatan sebagai respons terhadap tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses mengajar dan kegiatan sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Program Kampus Mengajar tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dasar di UPT SPF SD Inpres Bitoa, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam pengembangan soft skills mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar program ini terus dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan untuk memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi semua pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop themselves through activities and creativity outside the scope of lectures and to be in the field under various conditions of schools throughout Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are all students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Mariso 1. The object of the research is the implementation of the Campus Teaching Program at UPT SPF SD Inpres Mariso 1, Data collection was carried out using observation and documentation techniques. From the results of the observations, it can be concluded that the teaching and learning activities at the school are quite good. The use of technology is also running quite well, although its implementation is not as frequent as literacy and numeracy activities, which make students fond of reading. In character development activities, students no longer engage in bullying other students, and the Ramadan Fest activities made students more confident to perform in public and improved their abilities in religious fields. The results of extracurricular activities such as Flag Ceremony Training, Morning Exercise, Clean Saturday, Market Day, Traditional Games, and Arts and Culture Performances ran smoothly. After these activities, students became more disciplined, able to manage finances, and significantly increased their creativity. Following the implementation of these activities, we hope that students with abilities in related fields will continue to receive guidance and attention.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide opportunities to students, how they can work in the education sector how they become teachers of course this is also a means to develop themselves and activities and creativity in the wild university, other than that we also observe so that we know how the teaching and learning process, the condition of the teaching staff and the quantity of students and teachers themselves in addition to the method of observation we also conduct research methods at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 55 Makassar. 1) the object of research is the implementation of teaching campus Force 7 at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 55 Makassar. Data collection is done with observation techniques that can be concluded that the teaching and learning process that occurs in the school is going well where the use of technology in the application of the teaching and learning process is going well. As for their character development, if seen they are still lacking in implementing a characterization system where they still often fight teachers, do not want to be set, and speak loudly to teachers, then their characters to their friends, there is still often bullying, even to fights. As for the activities that we do outside the classroom, such as taking care of the green house, playing and interacting more with students, in addition we carry out a literacy and numeracy festival which contains various competitions, from rank 1 poetry, speech, guess the picture, and traditional competitions, these activities are carried out so that students are able to hone their soft skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this teaching campus initiation is to improve the reading and arithmetic skills of elementary school students. The pretest results show that the level of reading and arithmetic skills of children at SD Inpres Bangkala III, Manggala sub-district, is relatively low. The Teaching Campus Program Batch 7 was implemented as an effort to address this problem. Using qualitative methodology and a case study focus, the researcher provided comprehensive knowledge of the implementation of the program in the classroom. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SD Inpres Bangkala III, Manggala sub-district, Makassar City along with the teachers and principal. Information was collected through observation, interviews. Before and after the implementation of the program, the success of the data obtained was assessed using qualitative analysis. These results show that the learning methods that the teaching campus applied to students improved students' reading and comprehension skills. Students' average scores on post-test questions have increased, according to the numeracy evaluation data. This includes things like parental support, creative teaching strategies such as project-based learning and technology integration, and the active participation of principals and teachers. Improved secondary school education has been positively impacted by this initiative. The Campus Teaching Program Batch 7 at SD Inpres Bangkala III, Manggala sub-district has proven effective in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills. Parental support, creative teaching strategies and teacher engagement play a role in the success of this program. The development of learning strategies will benefit from the above results. The implementation of this program is a useful example of overcoming difficult barriers in education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1).Untuk mengetahui bagaimana para petani menggunakan dana KUR tersebut dalam kegiatan pertanian. 2).Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam tentang penggunaan dana KUR dalam bidang pertanian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, Data kualitatif merupakan data yang disajikan dalam bentuk verbal seperti lisan atau kata-kata bukan dalam bentuk angka sehingga tidak dapat dihitung secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan petani menggunakan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) untuk membiayai usaha tani, seperti membeli benih, pupuk, dan pestisida kemudian untuk membayar tenaga kerja. Kemudian dapat di simpulkan bahwasanya  dana KUR ini tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam karena mengandung bunga.  Dalam perspektif hukum islam, dana KUR harus disalurkan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah, dan pinjaman tersebut tidak boleh mengandung riba.

Abstract

Keuangan syariah telah memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada sistem keuangan global, dengan negara-negara GCC berada di garis depan perkembangannya. Artikel ini membahas mekanisme, tantangan, dan strategi yang digunakan di negara-negara GCC serta mengeksplorasi relevansi dan adaptabilitasnya dalam konteks ekonomi Indonesia. Artikel ini menyoroti elemen struktural, kerangka regulasi, dan instrumen keuangan yang mendorong keberhasilan keuangan syariah di GCC. Artikel ini juga mengusulkan inisiatif strategis untuk Indonesia, dengan menekankan pada pendidikan, penyempurnaan kebijakan, dan instrumen inovatif, untuk memperkuat posisinya di pasar keuangan syariah global.Kata Kunci: Keuangan Syariah, keuangan global, instrumen keuangan

Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan inisiatif strategis dari Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa sekolah dasar. Namun, artikel ini secara khusus berfokus pada implementasi program dalam upaya peningkatan literasi siswa di SD Inpres Parangbanoa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program literasi melibatkan berbagai kegiatan, seperti kelas bimbingan membaca, pengelolaan taman baca, pembuatan pojok baca, mading, dan juga pohon literasi serta penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis web untuk meningkatkan minat baca kemampuan memahami teks, serta adaptasi teknologi. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya dan fasilitas literasi, namun upaya kolaboratif antara mahasiswa pengajar dan pihak sekolah mampu mengatasi sebagian besar tantangan tersebut.Walaupun program ini mencakup aspek numerasi, artikel ini menekankan pada capaian di bidang literasi yang terbukti berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca dan memahami teks. Kesimpulannya, Program Kampus Mengajar memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap penguatan budaya literasi di SD Inpres Parangbanoa. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk penguatan dukungan infrastruktur dan pengembangan program literasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Program kampus Mengajar Angkatan 8 di UPT SD Negeri 4 Sompu bertujuan untuk menciptakan generasi cerdas dalam bidang numerasi melalui pembelajaran yang interaktif dan efektif. Fokus utama program ini adalah penguatan literasi dan numerasi dengan menerapkan metode problem- based learning, yang mendorong siswa untuk berfikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah secara mandiri. Selain itu, mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam program ini berperan penting dalam membantu siswa beradaptasi dengan teknologi, termasuk penggunan perangkat keras computer dan aplikasi digital seperti Google Meet, Zoom, dan Microsoft Word, Met biggo,Quizzei guna mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Program ini juga memberikan dukungn dalam manajemen administarsi sekolah, termasuk optimasi ruang perpustakaan dan pengenalan media pembelajaran digital, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas Pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan yang komprehensif ini, diharapkan program ini dapat memberikan dmpakpositif bagi siswa dan sekolah, sert menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Sharia-based Fintech Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending in promoting economic justice in Indonesia. Using a normative juridical method and Amartya Sen’s theory of economic justice as a theoretical framework, the study explores literature, legal regulations, and current fintech practices. The findings show that while Sharia P2P Lending holds strong potential to expand financial access and empower MSMEs, significant challenges remain regarding sharia compliance, consumer protection, and regulatory clarity. The integration of Amartya Sen’s capability approach with Islamic economic principles highlights the importance of equitable access to finance in realizing just and inclusive economic development. The research emphasizes the need for comprehensive regulation, public financial literacy, and technological innovation aligned with Islamic legal values. It concludes that Sharia P2P Lending can become a strategic instrument to strengthen welfare and reduce inequality, provided it adheres to fair, transparent, and sharia-compliant financial practices.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by many countries. A country that has a high number of poor people, will always face various cases as a result of poverty, namely low education, high unemployment, health problems, criminal cases and prone to security problems. That is because the poor people not only lack money, but also do not have access to health services, food and education, so they are vulnerable to illness, malnutrition, and unable to get a good education. Considering its impact on people's lives, it is deemed necessary to take actions that can reduce poverty. Governments in many countries and international institutions have also sought to help the poor throughout the world, through microfinance programs. This effort has succeeded in reducing poverty at the global level. On the other hand, poverty is still quite high. The dependence of the poor on poverty alleviation programs from the government often leads to community dependence on the government. They are just waiting for help to stay alive, so they cannot get out of the cycle of poverty. Therefore, in efforts to alleviate poverty, the important thing to do by the government and institutions involved in poverty reduction is to encourage the independence of the poor so that they can get out of the poverty circle by their own efforts. One effort to encourage the independence of the poor is to provide capital so that they can build their own business activities. In some circumstances, microfinance can be a strategy to provide a way out for the poor to escape poverty. This study aims to identify the potential contribution of Islamic microfinance to reduce poverty in slums in Makassar. The method used in this study is qualitative, in which data are collected through in-depth interviews with slum communities who have not been touched by access to financial institutions. Other interviews were conducted with the management of Islamic microfinance institutions. Interviews found that urban communities living in slums wanted to access financial institutions, but did not have the opportunity. While from the LKMS, it was stated that there are many financing programs provided for the poor. This shows that the opportunity to reduce poverty is very good with the large potential contribution of LKMS in encouraging the independence of the poor through business activities.Keywords: Sharia Microfinance Institutions, Poverty, Slum Communities
