Abstract

Heavy equipment mobilization is an activity to bring project equipment to the project location based on the specified specifications. The choice of heavy equipment is something important and must be considered so that its use is efficient and effective because it will affect the productivity of the machine. In this Talaga RSUD construction project, there are several jobs that use heavy equipment such as piling work with drop hammers, excavating poor with excavators and casting with concrete pump trucks and cranes.

Abstract

Implementation of bore pile foundation on the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang road Preservation Project is one of the work items for handling landslides which aims to strengthen the retaining wall structure from the load it will carry so that there is no shifting and settlement, the retaining wall structure was built due to the previous existing conditions has experienced a collapse so that a new retaining wall is planned. The foundation used in the construction of retaining walls, namely the bore pile foundation, is a type of deep foundation whose installation is carried out by first drilling the soil with a certain diameter using heavy equipment, bore pile machine until it reaches a predetermined depth, then the assembled steel frame is inserted. drill hole and the next step is casting. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process and method of implementing bore pile foundations in the avalanche handling work of the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang Road Preservation Project. In the method of carrying out bore pile foundations for avalanche handling work on the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang road preservation project, there are several stages of work including preparation, ironing, drilling, casting, and Test Pile.

Abstract

The implementation of a building construction project consists of several stages of work that must be passed. Implementation of structural work requires methods that can be carried out effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the method of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor plates in the Majalengka Creative Center Building project. The results of the study are that the implementation method carried out on column, beam and floor plate work on the Majalengka Creative Center building project is in accordance with the planning and refers to the RKS (Work Plan and Requirements) for structural work. The process of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor slabs briefly includes preparatory work, formwork work, ironing work, casting, and curing of concrete structures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the aggregate properties for concrete mixtures on the compressive strength of concrete and compare the aggregate material between quarry Ex. Cikeruh (which is used in the project), quarry Ex. Cideres, and quarry Ex. Cilutung. Tests carried out in accordance with SNI and Bina Marga specifications. The results of testing in the laboratory were obtained. From the three quarry, all of them were suitable for use as mixed concrete materials because they met the specifications required by SNI and Bina Marga. Judging from the results of the concrete compressive strength test, the quality plan fc'20 28 days old, Mixed Quarry Ex. Cideres has a higher compressive strength value so it gets a quality yield of 24.34 MPa while Quarry Ex. Cikeruh obtained 22.08 Mpa, and Quarry Ex. Cilutung gets 20.38 Mpa.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi yang sangat berperan penting dalam mengalihkan arus lalu lintas. Saat ada ruas jalan yang terhadi kerusakan, maka akan berdampak cukup besar pada arus lalu lintas. Kerusakan jalan dapat dianalisis untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya dan altenatif penyelesaiannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kerusakan jalan dan nilai kondisi jalan sehingga dapat menentukan cara perbaikannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam meneliti ini adalah metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Berdasarkan nilai prioritas Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga dan Manual Pemeliharaan Rutin Jalan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengamatan kondisi ruas jalan dengan mengukur luasan masing-masing kerusakan dengan menggunakan mistar. Data sekunder dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penatan Ruang Dan Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Majalengka Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kondisi perkerasan jalan perempatan Desa tarikolot sampai jalan Bunderan Baribis Majalengka (Sta 3+000 samapai dengan Sta 6+000), untuk sampel/segmen 5 Sta 5+000 – 5+500 nilai Pavement Condition Index sebesar 27 dan ratting dalam kondisi poor (jelek) dan nilai yang ditentukan menurut bina marga sebesar 8 maka dilakukan pemeliharaan rutin, sedangkan untuk Nilai keseluruhan rata-rata pavement condition index maka diperoleh nilai 44,17 dan ratting dalam kondisi fair (sedang), dan nilai yang diteentukan menurut bina marga sebesar 9 maka dilakukan pemeliharaan rutin. Abstract

The GGM Building is a circular sports building, has 2 floors with circular columns. Columns are the most important structural part for a building to stand. In accordance with SK SNI T-15-1991-03 what is meant is a building structural component column whose main task is to support axial, compressive and vertical loads. In this report study, the method used for the main column reinforcement work is Free Standing which can be interpreted as a structure that is strong and stands upright. The GGM Building is a high-rise building which of course has a structure that can stand perfectly upright at any height. The type of connection used in column cuttings is a contact lap splice which is a passing connection between two reinforcing bars that touch each other and are tied with concrete wire. SAP2000 software is used to analyze the values ​​of the forces acting on the main structural columns. Based on the results of analysis of the main structural columns using SAP 2000, the load distribution value was obtained, namely 22.81 KN/m with an axial force value of -229.220 KN for column type K1-1. 27.14 KN/m with an axial force value of -272.97 KN for column K1-2 and 31.86 KN/m with an axial force value of -320,150 KN for column K2. Then with manual calculations related to the self-load value of the main structural columns, namely 1,189.56 KN in column K1-1, 1,614.14 KN in column K1-2 and 1,981.11 KN in column K2. Abstract

Beams and Floor Plates are a very important construction structure in a building. In carrying out work on floor slabs and beams, a method is needed to complete the work in the field. Especially when facing obstacles caused by field conditions that do not match previous expectations. For this reason, applying construction implementation methods that are appropriate to field conditions will be very helpful in the process of completing construction projects. Research on the construction method for the beam and floor slab construction was carried out at the Majalengka Young Generation Center construction. The casting method for the beams and floor slabs is conventional using ready mix concrete with a slump test value of 12 ± 2. From the results of the research on the construction implementation method for the Majalengka Young Generation Arena, it was found that: beam and floor plate work includes, preparatory work includes measuring work, scaffolding installation and formwork installation, then there is reinforcement/reinforcing work, namely steel fabrication in the project area, then there is work Casting the beams and floor plates using a tower crane. Next, maintenance work is carried out on the concrete mixture during the drying process, namely by watering according to regulations.

Abstract

Rentang Dam is currently implementing a project, namely the Rentang Irrigation ModernizationProject (RIMP), which aims to restore irrigation functions, stabilize soil conditions, and alsooptimize water distribution. One of the projects that is being implemented as an effort to stabilize thecondition of the land is the installation of SSP Reuse piling. In the erection of SSP Reuse, the heavyequipment used was a vibro hammer excavator. From the erection of the SSP Reuse erection usinga vibro hammer excavator, its productivity can be seen. In this study, we review the productivity ofa vibro hammer excavator tool for erecting SSP Reuse on the right side of the CP. 168 – CP. 170110 meters long. The erection of the SSP Reuse is a follow-up effort to ensure that landslides do notoccur and access to residents' houses is wide. The productivity of the vibro hammer excavator forerecting SSP Reuse with a working day of 30 days per 8 hours, the average point obtained per dayis 9.17 sticks. Meanwhile, for the cycle time on day 1 at 13 SSP Reuse points with dimensions of 8 x0.4 m with vibration via a vibro hammer, the total cycle time was 200.71 minutes and the averagecycle was 15.44 minutes. Finally, the average cycle time of the vibro hammer piling tool taken during30 days of work had a cycle time of 11.33 minutes per rod.

Abstract

Jembatan cikeruh menjadi salah satu dari 37 proyek pengganti dan/atau Duplikasi Jembatan CH (Callender Halmiton) yang termasuk di wilayah jabar II, dengan Panjang Bentang Jembatan 81 Meter Menggunakan 2 span, 60 meter untuk Steel Box Girder (SBG) dengan banyak 3 line SBG dari Abutment 2 ke Pier 1, dan 20 meter untuk Steel I Girder dengan banyak 8 line dari Pier 1 ke Abutment 1. Dengan proyek Jembatan CH kali ini yang mana akan menggunakan Jembatan Eksisting dengan Steel Box Girder, dimana Box girder memiliki ketahanan terhadap korosi yang lebih baik dikarenakan sebagian besar permukaan baja tidak terpapar efek langsung dari lingkungan, Box girder juga memiliki bentuk estetika yang lebih baik. Adapun pemasangan Steel Box Girder (SBG) pada jembatan cikeruh ini menggunakan metode erection girder dengan metode Erection Tandem Crane. Dimana proses metode ini menggunakan Crane MC 350 dan Crane CC 250. dengan Proses mobilisasi SBG dengan panjang 60 meter dengan bobot 1 line SBG 102 Tons, Moilisasi menggunakan 1 set Multi Axel ( 1 Prime Over + 2 Trun Table) Dapat di simpulkan Pekerjaan erection berlangsung dua hari pada tanggal 07-08 Agustus 2023, dengan system buka tutup jalan, dimulai pada jam 22.00 sampai dengan jam 03.00 WIB. Penambahan jalan alternative pada saat penutupan agar lebih diperhatikan kembali jika terdapat masyarakat yang memiliki keperluan urgent seperti menuju rumah sakit, sehingga masyarakat tidak menungu lebih lama saat proses penutupan. serta pihak K3 lebih melakukan koordinasi dan edukasi pada warga sekitar terkait pelaksanaan erection secara instensif, untuk Mengantisipasi agar tidak ada lagi kerumunan warga pada area lifting.

Abstract

The tribune is a part of a sports building or stadium intended for spectators to watch matches or sporting events. The tribune usually consists of rows of chairs or benches arranged in tiers or terraces, providing a good view of the field or arena where sports activities take place. Research on the tribune structure work methods and calculations using Sap2000 was carried out on the Majalengka Young Generation Center (GGM) construction project. . The method used in this tribune structure work is cast in situ/conventional with ready mix concrete and FC quality 30 MPa. The results of the research on the method of carrying out work on the grandstand structure showed that work was done on beams & plates, then work on steps/traps. Implementation of work on beams & plates includes preparatory work which includes measurements and shop drawings, installation of scaffolding, installation of formwork, installation of reinforcement, casting assisted by buckets and tower cranes, maintenance. Then, the implementation of the steps/trap work includes measuring and marking, installing optrade, installing antrade formwork, installing reinforcement, casting antrade, finishing, installing precast traps, installing chairs. The calculations carried out are useful for knowing the forces acting on the structure of the spectator stands and to determine the safety of the structure of the stands. The author conducted research in terms of seating comfort for the audience and resulted in a lack of distance between chairs so that the legs did not only have little space or could be said to be narrow and less comfortable.
