Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide knowledge to teachers and prospective teachers about preparing simple applications for assessing the learning process; provide guidance to teachers and prospective teachers regarding the preparation of simple applications in assessing the learning process; create a temporary special forum or forum for preparing simple applications for assessing the learning process; and provide motivation to teachers and prospective teachers regarding the preparation of simple applications in assessing the learning process. Participants in Community Service are teachers from partner schools or schools assisted by the East OKU Muhammadiyah Association, prospective teachers, and other participants from outside partner schools with a total of 115 participants. Activities were carried out using a workshop format via the zoom meeting application. The activity ran smoothly and the participants seemed enthusiastic about taking part in the workshop activities.

Abstract

The main purpose of writing is to collect problem formulas from statistical products. Financial Element Factor Analysis Ratios of Net Earnings Per Share of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk 2000-2022. The research method exploits quantity case studies with descriptive creations, purposive sampling exploits secondary information on financial reports for 23 years listed on the IDX and exploits IBM SPSS with Analyze Compare Means One Sample T Test and Linear Regression. Scientific findings, especially from testing segmental assumptions that have been carried out by the beta ROE indicator, amplifying coefficients, show that the most impact is 1.180 with a positive value relevant to the level of Strongest correlation. This summary proves that together the entity independent factor of 0.793 has a relevant positive value.

Abstract

Pendidikan matematika di Indonesia perlu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai untuk mencapai tujuan nasional, namun pemahaman guru masih terbatas. Program PkM ini melatih guru Kombel Matematika SMA Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dalam menyusun modul ajar berorientasi nilai dan menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai dalam pembelajaran matematika. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan secara sistematis melalui berbagai tahapan, diantaranya 1) analisis kebutuhan, 2) persiapan, 3) sosialisasi, 4) pelatihan dan penerapan teknologi, 4) pendampingan, 5) evaluasi, 6) tindak lanjut. Peserta kegiatan PkM ini adalah guru kombel matematika SMA kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Berdasarkan hasil analisis angket dan dokumen modul ajara berbasis nilai yang telah disusun oleh mitra, pelatihan yang telah diberikan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru Kombel Matematika SMA Kabupaten OKI dalam menerapkan nilai (value) dan menyusun modul ajar berorientasi nilai. Selain itu, guru mampu menggunakan wizer.me untuk pembelajaran interaktif. Program ini telah memberikan dampak positif dalam memperkaya pengetahuan dan memperkuat keterampilan dalam menyusun modul ajar berorientasi nilai.

Abstract

Although family businesses play a big part in Indonesia's economy, many of them do not continue into the next generation. Family businesses have several challenges, namely the lack of awareness regarding the importance of sustainability, the existence of myths related to differences in the successor generation also determines the sustainability of the business so that the existence of succession is a phenomenon of changing generations where the sustainability of the family business will be left to the sustainability of the company that guarantees it. This study examines the effect of succession planning on family business sustainability, with a focus on MSMEs in the Banyumas and Tegal regions. Quantitative methods were used to analyze data obtained through questionnaires from business owners. The simple regression results show, with an independent variable contribution of 86.9% to explain family business sustainability. This means that succession planning significantly improves the sustainability of businesses the variability of sustainability can be explained by 86.9% by succession planning. This study emphasizes the importance of education and training for the next generation as well as transparency in communication between owners and successors. The findings are expected to be a reference in passing on the family business with careful planning to ensure business sustainability. Suggestions for future research include expanding the scope of the business and using more varied research methods.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the statistical results of the effect of CAR, FDR, NPF Net, ROA on ROE at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk in 1999-2020. This study utilizes a descriptive method with a quantitative case study pattern design where the partial hypothesis test results that have been carried out by Analyzing Linear Regression model Coefficients of ROA Standardized Coefficients Beta component show the most influence of 0,831 able to explain 83,1% of the level of powerful relationship between the dependent variables and the remaining 16,9% is influenced by other variables, TCount 9,473 > TTable 2,07387 there is a significant effect of the value of 0,000 < 0,050 the hypothesis is accepted normally distributed residuals on ROE. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing that have been carried out based on the Analyzing Linear Regression Model Summary table show that together the independent variable components of 0,946 are able to explain 94,6% of the very strong relationship between the dependent variable and the remaining 5,4% is influenced by other variables, FCount 36,291 > FTable 2,96 there is a significant effect of the value of 0,000 < 0,050 the hypothesis is accepted that the residual is normally distributed on ROE.

Abstract

Assessment of Bank Soundness Level and Changes in Share Price of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk. A bank soundness assessment that stakeholders must know is critical, maximizing the intermediary institution's function to provide a paradigm in making investment decisions. In 2011, bank health was assessed using the RGEC component. The research years ranged from 2011 to 2019 through the public offering of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk. shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Researchers used a descriptive method with a quantitative case study design. This component is interesting for research to determine the effect of assessing RGEC component bank's soundness level on changes in stock prices scientifically. This indicator affects the independent variable Risk Profile, GCG, Earnings, Capital and has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable on changes in share prices at PT BRI Agnoniaga Tbk. in 2011-2019.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the factors influencing the efficacy of anti-online gambling campaigns, employing a survey of 255 respondents. Using structural equation modeling, we examined the relationships between message relevance, communication channels, government regulations, public awareness, and the decrease in online gambling application users. Findings indicate that message relevance directly impacts both public awareness and a reduction in application usage. Notably, communication channels and government regulations affect application usage exclusively through their influence on public awareness, which fully mediates these relationships. Public awareness also partially mediates the impact of message relevance on application usage. These results highlight the critical role of relevant messaging in directly altering user behavior. Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of strategically utilizing communication channels and government regulations to enhance public awareness, which serves as a crucial intermediary for reducing online gambling application usage. This research offers robust managerial implications for designing effective anti-online gambling campaigns, emphasizing tailored messaging and strategic public awareness initiatives.

Abstract

The research with the intention of knowing how the payroll system and internal control in the West Java branch restaurant, the procedures in this restaurant already have a very good system starting from supporting data and evidence of existing transactions and documents owned are very complementary to activities in the payroll system. The analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis, namely by analyzing according to the existing data then being able to describe and compare data from the company so that it can be supporting data for research. Researchers also conducted interviews, observations and to complete the data, a literature study was carried out in accordance with the research. The results of the study are that in this company the data is very supportive in the accounting information system starting from records then supporting data so that the payroll system runs smoothly and the effectiveness of internal control in this internal control system has also run effectively, each employee works well and honestly, this internal control system is also carried out directly by the head office so that when there are problems or obstacles that occur, they can be resolved immediately because with internal control running well, the company is in good.

Abstract

One of the mathematical values is the value of rationalism. This study aims to describe the value of rationalism of junior high school students using digital media worksheets in the context of agrotourism on the surface area of cylinders with research subjects of 3 grade IX students. Data collection was carried out using tests and interviews. The results of this study are that learning using digital technology-based learning media worksheets with geometry content in the context of agrotourism can bring up the value of rationalism. Students can bring up indicators of representing real objects into mathematical objects and writing information that is in accordance with the elements of the cylinder, investigating the appropriate nets in the problem object and writing down the reasons for each step of the solution. The most frequent indicators are representing real objects into mathematical objects, writing down the reasons for each step of the solution and making conclusions. The dominant difficulty is that students make mistakes in drawing conclusions due to errors in investigation activities and understanding mathematical concepts regarding the surface area of spatial shapes.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of satisfaction and service the industrial estates to the loyalty of the user of industrial estates. The methods using Structural Equation Model (SEM). Primary data obtained directly from the respondents by filling the questionnaire, the method of filling the questionnaire conducted by direct interview with the respondents. Primary data contains the company's perception the users of industrial estatesto various services provided by the company's industrial estates. Research findings indicate the Government is very concerned about growth and development of industrial estates throughout the country. These interests can be viewed directly or indirectly. Direct interest shown in State revenue, more and more industrial estates grow and develop, then the more taxes to be gained. While the indirect presence of an industrial estates can open wide enough jobs for all the people and driven economic growth more broadly. Based on the findings of which have been disclosed previously, user loyalty of industrial estates is not only determined by the quality of services provided by the company but also the industrial estates influenced by external factors, including government support. Therefore, the government is expected to provide support for the growth and development of industrial estates through the issuance of legal rules which protect the entrepreneurs and companies in a fair and transparent.
