Abstract

The objective of this research to measure empirically the effect of service quality which consists of seven dimensions including physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability, competence, confidence, recovery of complaints and external empathy to the satisfaction and loyalty of user of industrial area. The results of this research are expected to contribute in enriching the repertoire of knowledge in the field of marketing, especially the theory of marketing services business, especially in the industrial area, which is expected to provide benefits to academics and practitioners.This research using industrial area throughout the region that extends around the right side of the road toll Jakarta-Cikampek, as the object of researchis the company's industrial estate users. The selection was randomly sampled using a systematic sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire filled out by the company's leaders industrial users, which is related to the level of director or manager. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling techniques. The results of this study found that: The quality of service on the company's industrial estate consisting of seven dimensions: physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability, competence, confidence and attention out to the strengthening of user satisfaction and loyalty of the industrial estate. Means the quality of service which consists of seven dimensions: physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability, competence, confidence, recovery of complaints, and external empathy can be carried out well and can improve user satisfaction and loyalty in the industrial estate. Quality of service on the company improve the industrial estate of satisfaction, but not to the industrial estate user loyalty. Conclusions are contained mean that although the quality of service is done well and able to improve satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase loyalty of user of industrial estate.

Abstract

Laporan ini membahas implementasi website company profile dan media belajara pada SD Cahaya Pelita, lembaga pendidikan yang berfokus pada penyelenggaraan layanan pendidikan dasar yang berkualitas, dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang holistik dan berorientasi pada pengembangan karakter serta akademik siswa. Fokus pada laporan ini adalah pengembangan platform digital untuk SD Cahaya Pelita. Laporan ini merinci proses pemilihan konten, desain visual, dan navigasi. Tujuan utama dari website ini adalah memberikan kemudahan akses informasi bagi pemangku kepentingan, termasuk siswa, orang tua, dan tenaga pendidik. Lokasi SD Cahaya pelita, Jl. Babakan Ciparay No.251/ 194, Sukahaji, Kec. Babakan Ciparay, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40221. Agar menjadi dasar dalam menciptakan representasi online yang informatif dan menarik bagi SD Cahaya Pelita. Pengembangan website ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman modern dan desain responsif untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Implementasi ini diharapkan dapat memperluas jangkauan informasi, meningkatkan citra sekolah, dan memberikan pengalaman online yang positif. Secara keseluruhan, langkah ini mendukung pertumbuhan dan reputasi SD Cahaya Pelita di era digital, menciptakan landasan yang kuat untuk komunikasi efektif dan interaksi dengan siswa, orang tua, serta tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

Urban congestion and traffic inefficiencies pose significant challenges for developing cities such as Jakarta. Conventional traffic management systems often lack responsiveness and integration, leading to time delays, fuel wastage, and safety hazards. This study proposes the architecture of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) based on sensor monitoring as a solution to improve vehicle flow, surveillance, and timeliness within urban transportation networks. The objective is to develop a sensor-based ITS framework capable of real-time monitoring and decision-making through the integration of motion, ultrasonic, PIR (Passive Infrared), and speed sensors. The proposed system was simulated in the Jakarta metropolitan context, focusing on its feasibility and performance under dense traffic scenarios. The results demonstrate that the incorporation of four monitoring technologies—RFID, embedded sensors, IP address tracking, and QR barcode scanning—can significantly enhance the efficiency of traffic control. The framework enables vehicle surveillance, automated violation ticketing, and optimized travel time estimation. It also proposes a comprehensive four-layer surveillance system encompassing traffic, vehicle, passenger, and driver monitoring. This study contributes to the development of smart city infrastructure by offering a scalable ITS model that minimizes congestion, supports automated law enforcement, and enhances public transportation accessibility through digital integration. The findings serve as a baseline for future implementation and technological expansion of ITS in other congested urban regions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the use of digital technology in marketing strategies to increase sales. The use of digital technology has become a primary strategy in marketing activities in today's digital era, especially for businesses seeking to increase sales. The purpose of this study was to support the marketing strategy of shop X by utilizing social media and the GoFood app to reach more consumers and increase sales. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The results indicate that shop X has utilized social media in its sales activities, and its strategy has been able to increase sales. Various promotions have yielded numerous benefits. The study shows that the use of digital technology can increase the effectiveness of promotional activities at an affordable cost and in a short time, facilitating communication with customers, thus increasing sales. The research concludes that one marketing strategy to increase sales is utilizing digital technology, as keeping up with technological developments is crucial for businesses to survive and thrive in the digital economy.

Abstract

Proliferasi perjudian online telah menimbulkan kekhawatiran kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan, yang mengharuskan kampanye anti-perjudian yang efektif. Guna mendapatkan variable penelitian tentang efektifitas kampaye anti perjuadian online, penulis menggunakan pendekatan bibliometric. Sumber referensi diambil dari karya ilmiah terindeks scopus dari 2005 sampai dengan 2024. Analisa metadata menggunakan aplikasi vos Viewer dan biblioshiny. Penulis memanfaatkan analisa co-occurance, thematic map dan three-field plot. Relevansi pesan dan pilihan saluran komunikasi sangat penting untuk memastikan jangkauan dan keterlibatan yang lebih luas. Peraturan pemerintah memainkan peran penting dalam mengendalikan penyebaran perjudian online dengan menegakkan pedoman periklanan yang ketat dan mempromosikan perilaku perjudian yang bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

In the era of continuously developing digital technology, the dynamics of Islamic broadcasting communication are experiencing a significant transformation. This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by Islamic broadcast communications in the midst of the digital revolution. The research results show that rapid changes in information technology and digital media have an impact on the way Islamic messages are spread and received by society. Apart from that, these changes also have an impact on Islamic broadcasting methods related to the effectiveness of messages in reaching an increasingly digitally connected audience. There are a number of key challenges involving the expansion of social media, the rapid dissemination of information and the diversity of digital platforms.

Abstract

Radikalisme telah menjalar ke berbagai tatanan sosial dalam berbangsa dan bernegara sampai ke Kecamatan Gantar Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akar persoalan ideologi radikal dan prospek deradikalisasi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : Pertama, faktor pendorong ideologi radikal yaitu adanya perbedaan cara dan tingkat pemahaman yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing pemeluk agama. Kedua, strategi deradikalisasi yang digunakan yaitu memberikan wawasan dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan radikalisme.

Abstract

The crime of fraud is increasingly developing following the development of the times and technological advances. The legal regulations made to anticipate crimes in this case do not reduce the crime. One of them is the crime of e-commerce fraud which is growing rapidly in society. This can be proven by the West Sumatra Regional Police, with 130 reports received in terms of online-based fraud. The formulation of the problem is 1. How is the role of the West Sumatra Regional Police in enforcing the law on alleged e-commerce crimes? 2. How is the law enforcement against fraud with an e-commerce system in the West Sumatra Regional Police? 3. What are the obstacles and efforts faced by the West Sumatra Regional Police in enforcing the law on e-commerce crimes? In this writing, the author uses an empirical legal method. The research uses an empirical legal research method. From the results of the study, the role of the West Sumatra Regional Police in the criminalization of alleged e-commerce fraud is realized by receiving reports and complaints from the public, conducting investigations and investigations to provide legal protection for victims of alleged e-commerce fraud. This is realized through repressive and preventive actions. Law enforcement against alleged e-commerce fraud in the West Sumatra Regional Police based on the results of the study, out of 130 cases received, only 3 cases were able to be revealed that reached the prosecution stage, which was carried out by the West Sumatra Regional Police. The other 127 cases were stopped at the investigation stage due to constraints on evidence. Factors that influence law enforcement faced by the West Sumatra Police such as facilities and infrastructure, technology, banking secrets in this case become problems in revealing cases of e-commerce fraud. Abstract

Strategi pemasaran guna meningkatkan pendapatan melalui media sosial di perlukan adanya komunikasi yang berjalan dengan baik karena komunikasi merupakan kegiatan yang penting dimana akan ada pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang akan muncul yang perlu di tanggapi dengan baik agar orang tertarik. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan yaitu dengan mengirimkan foto dan video lebih cepat dan juga sebaliknya di instagram kita dapat melihat foto atau video yang dikirimkan oleh orang lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  deskriptif  kualitatif pada akun @.abdisehat cibinong penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa ucapan atau tulisan. Penelitian ini tentang bagaimana pemanfaatan instragam dalam kegiatan usaha dan maksimalkah promosi atau pemasaran yang di lakukan melalui media sosial instagram. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yaitu data yang di dapat dari  observasi pada instagran di akun @abdisehat cibinong serta data – data yang di dapatkan juga berasal dari dokumentasi gambar dan dari media social lainya seperti whatsapp yang dimiliki oleh pemilik usaha ini. akun @.abdisehat cibinong dapat di gunakan untuk meningkatkan promosi dan komunikasi pemasaran.

Abstract

The main purpose of writing is to collect problem formulas from statistical products. Financial Element Factor Analysis Ratios of Net Earnings Per Share of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk 2000-2022. The research method exploits quantity case studies with descriptive creations, purposive sampling exploits secondary information on financial reports for 23 years listed on the IDX and exploits IBM SPSS with Analyze Compare Means One Sample T Test and Linear Regression. Scientific findings, especially from testing segmental assumptions that have been carried out by the beta ROE indicator, amplifying coefficients, show that the most impact is 1.180 with a positive value relevant to the level of Strongest correlation. This summary proves that together the entity independent factor of 0.793 has a relevant positive value.
