Abstract

The aims of the research was to determine the effectiveness of game simulation used snakes and ladders media to fostering elementary students? interpersonal relationships. This was Guidance and Counseling Action Research with the subject of research were five students of fifth grade, who have difficulty for interlacing interpersonal relationships. Preliminary studies and collecting data use interviews and observation instruments. The study was conducted in three cycles of action. The data result of research were obtained from the observation during game activities happen use observation sheet and interview. Researchers gives a pretest and posttest using the observation sheet and students are given guidance group technique of game simulation media snakes and ladders. The validity of the data was gained through data, method and theory triangulation technic. The analysis of data use the percentage analysis and then committed clinical analysis. The results of research showed that group guidance group technique of game simulation media snakes and ladders is able to improve interpersonal relationships of fifth grade students in Elementary School. The statement is evidenced by an increase in the average yield percentage of students interpersonal relationships for each cycle , the first cycle is 32.3% , the second cycle is 45.55% and the third cycle is 86,17%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to produce career guidance modules and effective to enhance self concept and career decision of  Vocational Students. This research were research and development which produce career guidance module to enhance self concept and career decision of Vocational Students. In order to know the effectivity of modul using One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Based on the result of expert?s judgement, practitioners judgement and data analysis of research subject can be known that career guidance module is suitable and effective to enchance self concept and career decision. It was proved from the expert judgement and practitioners judgement evaluation toward module have average score 89, it means that module has very good criteria. In the effectiveness test, based on t-tes was known that p value 0,000. It means that the Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion from this research was the implementation of career guidance module is suitable and effective to enchance self concept and career decisions of vocational students.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan modul bimbingan karir yang layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan konsep diri dan keputusan karir siswa SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menghasilkan modul bimbingan karir untuk meningkatkan konsep diri dan keputusan karir siswa SMK. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui efektivitas modul bimbingan karir menggunakan teknik One Group Pretest ? Posttest Design. Berdasarkan hasil uji ahli, uji praktisi dan analisis data subjek penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa modul bimbingan karir untuk meningkatkan konsep diri dan keputusan karir siswa SMK dinyatakan layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan konsep diri dan keputusan karir siswa. Terbukti dari penilaian ahli dan praktisi terhadap modul memiliki nilai rata-rata 89, yang berarti modul memiliki kriteria sangat baik. Dalam uji efektivitas, berdasarkan uji t diketahui nilai signifikansi adalah 0,000 yang berarti bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi modul bimbingan karir layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan konsep diri dan keputusan karir siswa SMK.

Abstract

The aims of this research it to know the effectiveness of job information service through picture media to increase career knowledge on Elementary School students. This research was an experimental research that using Quasi Experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research use two groups, experiment group and control group. Both group given same pretest, treatment, posttest, so the result can be compared. The treatment is giving job information service through picture media. The treatment is given four times during the research. Based on group?s data analysis between experiment group and control group, job information service through picture media is effective to increase student?s career knowledge. It?s concluded from tcount 6,428 > ttable  2,086 with p value 0,000. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this research, job information service through picture media is effective to increase student?s career knowledge on the fourth grade students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of learning method by using mind map toward the increasing creativity Junior High School student. This research was an experimental design. The subject of the research were ten students who had the lower score in each class. And the analysis of data in this research is using the formula of t-test. Based on the result of testing the hypothesis, it is known that there is an increase before and after the treatment. Learning method using mind map, it is tcount= -1,947 compared with ttable= 2,023, then Ho is accepted. It means there is no difference in posttest scores in the control group and the experimental group. In the paired sample table, it is seen that the average score for the control group posttest is 65,28, meanwhile it is 69,95 for the experimental group. It means that, posttest score average of experimental group. It means that posttest score average of experimental group is higher than in the control group. In the next analysis, there is an increase of score average in subject skill of making mind map as 29,6 point or 73,086% that make an increase of creativity score (Creativity Quotient) subject as 23,2 point or around 49,62%. The conclusion of this research is that learning method using mind map is really effective to increase creativity.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan metode belajar menggunakan mind map terhadap peningkatan kreativitas pada peserta didik SMP. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik yang memiliki sepuluh skor terendah dari masing-masing kelas, keseluruhannya berjumlah 80 peserta didik yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, diketahui bahwa ada perbedaan antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok eksperimen, yaitu t hitung = -1,947 dibandingkan dengan t tabel = 2,023 atau ?t tabel ? t hitung ? t tabel (-2,023 ? -1,974 < 2,023) dengan signifikansi 0,05 maka Ho diterima, artinya tidak ada perbedaan skor posttest kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil analisis selanjutnya yaitu, terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata keterampilan subjek dalam membuat mind map sebesar 29,6 poin atau 73,086% membuat adanya peningkatan skor kreativitas (Creativity Quotient) subjek yaitu sebesar 23,2 poin atau sekitar 49,62%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah metode belajar menggunakan mind map efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pada peserta didik SMP.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine effectiveness of group discussions about careers to improve the independence of students? career decision making. Participants of this research were 40 students who comprised 20 students in the experimental group and 20 students in the control group. Hypothesis testing posttest scores between the experimental group and the control group p-value (2-tailed) of 0,000<0,05, then Ho is rejected. These computating result tell us that there is a significant difference between the posttest scores career decision-making self-reliance in the experimental group treated with a control group who did not receive treatment. Could be conclude that this experimental research is a group discussions about career effectively to increase the independence of career decision making of participant. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji efektivitas diskusi kelompok tentang karier untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pengambilan keputusan karier peserta didik kelas XI Akuntansi SMK. Subjek dari penelitian ini berjumlah 40 peserta didik yang terdiri 20 peserta didik pada kelompok eksperimen dan 20 peserta didik pada kelompok kontrol. Uji hipotesis skor posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol diketahui bahwa nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05, maka Ho ditolak.  Hasil perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor posttest kemandirian pengambilan keputusan karier pada kelompok eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberi perlakuan. Simpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil penelitian eksperimen ini yaitu diskusi kelompok tentang karier efektif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pengambilan keputusan karier subjek penelitian.
