Mathematics is a compulsory field of study that is learned from elementary school, junior high school, high school, and college. A very important lesson, can help every citizen in transactions in selling an item, because it can calculate the amount of income and expenses in a business and various other examples related to mathematics lessons. In learning mathematics, students experience problems in understanding mathematical material. The problem faced by students is the lack of understanding of students in learning mathematics because students are used to finding answers on the internet. In overcoming the problems experienced by students, teachers try to improve understanding of mathematics learning by teaching slowly so that students can understand mathematics learning. When the teacher finished explaining, some students did not understand and asked the teacher to explain again from the beginning. This learning game was made to increase the interest in learning for vocational school children not to be bored in learning mathematics, because most students are not interested in learning mathematics because the material is difficult to reach and makes it easier for teachers to repeat the material presented by the teacher. In this mathematics application, a multimedia-based mobile application will be created. This math application supports multimedia video, sound, image, text and also text. This study aims to make the application of the Finite State Machine Method in Mathematics Learning Games for Elementary School Children. Methods of collecting data by browsing the internet, studying books, journals. FSM as AI (Artificial Intelligence). With this game, it is hoped that it can increase knowledge and facilitate the process of learning Mathematics.The result of this application can run well in accordance with blackbox testing and the application of the fiite state machine method can also be applied in this application according to the finite state machine method testing.

The low accessibility of handling and services for persons with disabilities in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, will certainly be an obstacle to the fulfillment and protection of rights for persons with disabilities. These barriers will have an impact on the development and rights of life for these marginalized people. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an assessment to map the general situation and optimize the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities. In this case, the researcher appointed Pekanbaru City as the focus of research. The stages of the research method are literature study, interviews, field observations, focus group discussions and data analysis. The results of this study will be used as a basis for developing policies that are inclusive of persons with disabilities so that they have equal opportunities before the State to enjoy social, economic, political, civil and cultural rights. The purpose of the study was to analyze the perception of the disabled community towards disability policies and facilities in the city of Pekanbaru and to analyze the preferences of the disabled community towards policies and facilities. The results show that the highest need for Infrastructure is 93%. In the Health sector, Hospital Needs with a percentage of 95.4%, Business Capital Requirements really help the economy of families with disabilities, namely the largest response of 94.70%, the Education Sector for special knowledge needs for disabilities the largest 84.3%, and the religious field needs lecturers and preachers disability-friendly 78.9%.

Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Al-Mubarok is an Islamic Education Institution located on Jl. Sri Palas, Rumbai Hill, Kec. Rumbai, Pekanbaru City, Riau. The Islamic boarding school has been running for about 3 years and there are more than 100 students participating in the activities of this Islamic boarding school. This Islamic boarding school is not only engaged in education, but also in agriculture, animal husbandry and the economy. The website is a digital page that can be used to share information, documents, and various other things through the internet. The partner problem at the Ibnu Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School is that there is no website that can be used as a medium for delivering information and promotions. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and assist the web profile of the Ibnu Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School. The methods for implementing this service are preparation and planning, field surveys and interviews, data collection, website design and development, implementation of mentoring and website handover, evaluation and final reporting. The results of the service activities are in the form of a web profile of the Ibnu Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School that can be accessed online.

The most common factor contributing to visual abnormalities that result in blindness is known as diabetic retinopathy (DR). Retinal fundus scanning, a non-invasive method that is integral to the picture pre-processing phase, can be used to identify and monitor DR. Low intensity, irregular lighting, and inhomogeneous color are some of the main issues with DR fundus photographs. Analysis of aberrant characteristics on retinal fundus images to identify diabetic retinopathy is one of the key responsibilities of image enhancement. However, a variety of approaches have been created and it is unknown whether one is best suited for use with images of the retinal fundus. This study investigated various image enhancement methods in order to see aberrant abnormalities on retinal fundus pictures more clearly. The contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE) method, the gray-level slicing method, the median filtering method, and the low light method are image improvement methods used to enhance images of the retinal fundus. The parameters Natural Image Quality Evaluator (NIQE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), and entropy will be used to assess each image enhancement technique's performance. An ophthalmologist from Sains University Hospital (HUSM) provided the image data. The findings indicate that while each technique has its own benefits, the CLAHE technique, with a standard deviation MSE of 0.0004, is the best.

Pulau Birandang merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Kampa, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau, Indonesia. Untuk mempromosikan potensi dari desa tersebut, desa ini masih mengandalkan media sosial seperti facebook. Oleh karena itu perlunya pengembangan website desa agar potensi dari desa tersebut dapat diketahui oleh masyarakat luas. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah belum adanya website desa. Website desa ini menjadi media informasi bagai warga atau masyarakat secara umumnya. Adapun metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu Persiapan dan Perencanaan, survei lapangan dan wawancara, pengumpulan data, perancangan dan pengembangan website, pelaksanaan pendampingan dan serah terima website, Evaluasi dan pelaporan akhir. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, pengabdian ini menghasilkan website desa Pulau Birandang. Adapun kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan peserta memahami cara menggunakan website tersebut.

The study aimed to determine whether the usage of YouTube can influence non-English students' self–confidence in speaking English. Besides, it increased non-English students' speaking quality when uploaded to YouTube. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data is taken using the test. The data in the form of numbers are described in a complete and detailed explanation and description. The result of this research found three categories of non–English speaking students. They are very good, good, and not good category. The range of very good categories between 76% - 100% was found in 12 students who achieved this score. The content of the good category between 56% - 75% was found in 16 students who achieved this score. The range of the not-good category was between 40% and 55%, with only two students in this category. Using YouTube can improve non-English students' speaking skills and increase their self-confidence to be brave when speaking on social media.

ABSTRACTPineapple is one of the leading export commodities in Indonesia and grown in North Sumatra, South Sumatra, Riau, Bangka, Lampung, West Java and East Java. The main constraint of the cultivation of pineapple is wilt disease caused by plant parasitic nematodes. Research during the years 2008 has been done to study contribution of Pratylenchus brachyurus infection on wilting symptoms induction of pineapple on the pineapple plantation in the Village Bunihayu, Jalancagak district, Subang. The result showed Pratylenchus brachyurus dan P. coffeae (lesion nematode) were the dominant nematodes observed on the location which the community prevalence reached 82.50% and 17.50%. Mapping relationships of nematode populations at various levels of plant growth found that the two nematodes were contributing to the incidence and severity levels of wilt disease, especially in the generative phase of pineapple in the field. The Study on Contribution of Temperature and Solar Radiation Intensity to Frogeye Disease Development on Tobacco. Tobacco is an important plant in Indonesia, due to its contribution to Indonesian economic and employment opportunity. One of the limiting factors in tobacco production is frogeye leaf spot, a fungal disease caused by Cercospora nicotianae Ell. et Ev. Epidemic of this disease was supposed to have a close relationship with weather aspects, such as wind velocity, temperature, solar radiation intensity and relative humidity.. The experiment carried out at Mycology Laboratory, Study Program of Plant Pest and Disease, Faculty of Agriculture, UGM and two tobacco plantations in Jember a nd Klaten to study contribution of temperature and solar radiation intensity to frogeye disease development on tobacco. The results showed that frogeye disease development was support by weather elements. i.e. temperature, but solar radiation intensity is not important factor to disease development. Abstrak- Internet pada era sekarang ini adalah salah satu kebutuhan manusia, karena itu dibutuhkan bandwidth yang besar supaya bisa download atau upload dengan cepat, tapi karena keterbatasan bandwidth yang ada, maka perlu Manajemen bandwidth dengan metode Hierarchical Token Bucket(HTB), metode ini banyak digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada koneksi Internet, memaksimalkan penggunaan bandwidth sehingga semua user dapat menggunakan bandwidth secara adil dan semua user mendapatkan kenyamanan dan kepuasan ketika browsing, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hierarchical Token Bucket(HTB) yaitu salah satu metode yang dirancang untuk bisa melakukan manajemen bandwidth dengan baik, dimana algoritma ini menerapkan disiplin antrian yang mempunyai kelebihan dalam pembatasan trafik pada tiap level maupun klasifikasi, sehingga bandwidth yang tidak dipakai oleh level yang tinggi dapat digunakan atau dibagi oleh level yang lebih rendah Kata Kunci: Bandwidth,Manajemen Bandwidth,HTB Abstract -Internet in this era is one of human needs, because it takes a large bandwid thin order to download or upload quickly,but due to the limited bandwidth available, the necessary management bandwidth by using Hierarchical Token Bucket(HTB), this method is widely used for solve the problems on Internet connections, maximizing the use of bandwidth so that all users can use the bandwidth fairly and users get the comfort and satisfaction when browsing, this researchusing Hierarchical Token Bucket(HTB) is one method that is designed to be able to perform bandwidth management,where the algorithm queuing discipline which have advantage sin traffic restriction soneach level and classification, so that the bandwidth is not used by a high level can be used or share by a low level Keywords: Bandwidth, Bandwidth Management, HTB

Abstrak- Perancangan aplikasi sistem informasi geografis untuk pemetaan dan pencarian Kandang Peternakan Di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman berbasis android bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi lokasi Kandang Peternakan kepada masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman maupun masyarakat luar Kabupaten Padang Pariaman tersebut, serta memberikan informasi-informasi mengenai detail Kandang Peternakan. Sehingga diharapkan dapat di akses kapanpun dan dimana pun.Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis android ini dibuat menggunakan MapInfo Professional 9.0 sebagai dasar pembuatan peta aplikasi, Eclipse sebagai dasar Aplikasi di android , dan Giscloud sebagai server penyimpanan peta secara online.Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi Kandang Peternakan Di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman yang disajikan dalam bentuk sebuah aplikasi peta Dan Informasi tentang Kandang Peternakan. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan secara online maupun offline.
