Abstract

The rapid development of technology today affects children's education process, including the way material is delivered in teaching and learning activities. Early childhood, especially those aged 3-7 years, are more likely to be interested in creative learning methods. The learning-by-play approach makes the learning process fun for children, which significantly supports the mental development and potential of children. This research aims to develop an educational game for the introduction of alphabet letters as a learning media that can help increase children's interest and interest in learning increase children's enthusiasm for learning and familiarize them with the letters of the alphabet. The research method uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, which is a method using the stages of concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and distribution. The development of this educational game is designed with HTML5-based Construct2. The final result of this research is an educational game for introducing alphabet letters as a learning medium to make it easier for children to learn to recognize the letters of the alphabet because it not only presents entertainment but also acts as a learning medium.

Abstract

The increasing development of information technology causes technology to play an important role in the progress of a company's business processes. This development also has an impact on salon business people. Salon is a place for hair and skin care to beautify your appearance. Meanwhile, currently many salons still use manual methods, namely queuing according to arrival when they want to be served, resulting in queues building up and data management also relying on the notebook method. Therefore, salons need a good booking system to improve customer service. The methodology used to build this system is the Waterfall model with stages of systems engineering, analysis, design, implementation and testing. The Web-Based Salon Services E-Booking Information System uses the PHP, XAMPP and MySQL programming languages as the DBMS to run the database. The Web-Based Salon E-booking Information System uses a database with 7 tables, namely admin, user, user role, category, service, booking, complaint. Based on testing and observations on the Web-based Salon E-booking Information System that has been created, it is concluded that the web-based salon E-booking information system is in accordance with what has been determined, namely in accordance with user needs. Meanwhile, the recommendation for a web-based e-booking information system for salon services is that this system can add a login feature for customers if the salon already has many customers and add a data back-up feature to avoid data loss if damage occurs to the storage system.

Abstract

In today's competitive business environment, an effective and efficient sales process can increase revenue and customer satisfaction. This study presents a web-based SiJua engineering designed to assist sales management. SiJua was developed to simplify the sales process, expand sales areas and promotions. The web-based SiJua on BjStuff is equipped with a Home Menu, Shop Menu, About Us Menu, Contact Us Menu, Order Tracking Menu, Wishlist Menu, User Dashboard Menu and Shopping Cart Menu to support sales operational functions, real-time reporting, simplify sales workflows, reduce manual errors, and provide the tools needed by the sales team to make data-driven decisions. The web-based architecture ensures accessibility from any location, allowing sales staff to manage prospects, track orders, and complete transactions. In making SiJua, the Waterfall Methodology was used with the stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The test results stated that the pages implemented from previously created designs can be run well through the menus on SiJua.

Abstract

In the development of information technology which is an important means for everyone, information is one of the important parts for companies in the business field. Every business needs accurate data information so that the decision-making prosess for the company is not wrong and does not harm the company. The accuracy of a data makes it a competitive advantage for companies. For example, data warehouse technology can help companies in dealing with problems. Because companies must have a large amount of data. So, making the company confused. The existence of a data warehouse makes the company an accurate means of decision- making. The purpose of this study is to show how data warehouses work that have potential for companies. So, companies get more structured information. Not only data warehouse, this study also uses the Kimball nine-step method to collect data related to the design made by the author regarding the stock of goods. As a result of this study, the company can analyze each item using a data warehouse system and also use the Kimball nine-step method in order to make the arrangement of a series of types of goods structured and make good decisions about the stock of goods

Abstract

This paper delves into sentiment analysis of online religious content utilizing the Naive Bayes algorithm to decipher the array of sentiments present in religious discussions. By tailoring this algorithm to the complexities of religious language, the study reveals hidden sentiments, offering valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and communities. The findings demonstrate that the sentiment analysis model performs robustly, with a precision of 84.78%, a recall of 82.98%, and a balanced F1 Score of 83.87%, indicating high accuracy in sentiment identification and effectiveness in capturing a significant portion of actual sentiments. The overall accuracy of the model stands at 75.10%, affirming its successful adaptation to the intricacies of religious discourse. These results not only deepen our understanding of sentiment analysis in the realm of faith and spirituality but also have practical implications for enhancing interfaith dialogue, fostering mutual understanding, and guiding decision-making in religious and social organizations. This research makes a significant contribution to the growing field of sentiment analysis, providing a methodological framework for exploring the nuanced sentiment landscape within the domain of faith and spirituality.

Abstract

A mascot is a character or symbol used to represent a brand, product or company. Mascots aim to create a strong, easily recognizable identity and give a positive impression. The definition of a mascot is very important in relation to the branding carried out by the company. In this article the author wants to design a work about mascot design based on the background of one of the studios in the Semarang city area, namely Viula Studio. VIULA STUDIO wants to strengthen its identity by showing its identity using its own logo and also wants to have its own mascot.

Abstract

This research develops an Automatic Question Answering System based on sentence relevance ranking using BERT model and SQuAD dataset. Performance evaluation is done with F1 Score and Exact Match to assess the accuracy and precision of the answers. This research includes four main approaches: question understanding and keyword identification, sentence relevance ranking using techniques such as cosine similarity or TF-IDF score, use of BERT model to enrich text representation and understand the context in depth, and performance evaluation with F1 Score and Exact Match. The results show F1 Score value of 0.6 and Exact Match value of 0.5. The research objective is to develop a system that excels in answering questions with more accurate and contextualised sentence relevance. The main contribution of this research is the advancement in natural language processing (NLP) by integrating the BERT model, SQuAD dataset, and performance evaluation using rigorous metrics. The system is expected to improve users' access to information with more precise and contextualised answers.

Abstract

Parkir kendaraan merupakan masalah yang semakin rumit seiring dengan perkembangan jumlah dan jenis  kendaraan bermotor serta terbatasnya lahan parkir. Salah satu alternatif dalam menyelesaikan masakah parkir kendaraan berukuran besar adalah menerapkan teknonologi sistem kendali menggunakan arduino. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang sangat pesat mengubah teknologi sistem kendali dari sistem kendali analog menjadi sistem kendali digital. Dengan berubahnya sistem analog menjadi sistem kendali digital maka jenis perangkat yang digunakan juga berubah. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan penerapan arduino untuk sistem kendali sensor ultrasonik yang digunakan untuk membantu pengemudi kendaraan berukuran dalam memarkir kendaraannya. Langkah awal adalah merancang perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Pada langkah ini ditentukan jenis sensor yang digunakan, tata letak sensor dan perangkat pendukung lainnya, dan algorithma serta program yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan sensor. Pengujian sensor dilakukan dengan cara memberikan halangan atau benda sebagai alat uji di depan sensor. Hasil pembacaan jarak sensor dengan penghalang akan ditampilkan di serial monitor secara real time. Dengan mengubah jarak penghalang dengan sensor secara acak diperoleh hasil pembacaan sensor dan respon sensor terhadap perubahan jarak telah berfungsi dengan baik. DFPlayer adalah sebuah alat yang berfungsi mengeluarkan suara sebagai tanda peringatan sesuai jarak yang dibaca oleh sensor.

Abstract

The Pandemic period had an impact on the meeting system at dr. Kariadi Hospital where internal meetings which are usually held face-to-face are now required through virtual media. To overcome the excessive use of the internet, a local meeting server was created using the Linux Debian Buster Operating System and the OpenMeetings Application System. This study aims to find local meeting server resources that suit the needs to be comfortable to use by users. To achieve the  convenience  and  its application  in  using  the  meeting  server  application  required  resources.  Multiple Linear Regression predicts the amount of bandwidth by using computer resource usage data on the number of application users. By creating a local meeting server and calculating server resources, it helps to expedite and make it easier to carry out meetings that must be held in different places.
