Abstract

Product photos are indispensable for the world of marketing both online and offline. Therefore, it is important for entrepreneurs to be able to make attractive product photos so that potential consumers can be interested in exploring further or knowing more about the products being marketed and until a transaction occurs. To be able to make attractive product photos, it is necessary to provide knowledge and skills to prospective entrepreneurs in making product photos. S_M_K Ibu Kartini is a vocational high school that educates aspiring young entrepreneurs. Therefore the Informatics Management PkM Team collaborated with the school to carry out training on making these product photos. The result to be achieved is that prospective entrepreneurs are able to make attractive product photos using a smartphone. In the implementation of the training, which is still in a state of the Covid pandemic, the PkM team adapts to the Covid-19 process. In the training, after being given knowledge about interesting product photos, it was continued with the practice of shooting culinary products with smartphones. After completing the training, SMK I. Kartini asked for the willingness of the Informatics Management PkM Team so that in the next period there would be more training.

Abstract

Peluang bisnis desain adalah salah satu peluang usaha yang banyak dijumpai, di lingkungan rumah ataupun kantor. Bisnis sablon kaos merupakan usaha yang paling menarik untuk saat ini, mengingat kaos akan selalu dicari dan dibeli oleh masyarakat. Pemberdayaan remaja yang tergabung Taman Pintar “Tunas Bangsa” di RW 1 kelurahan Manyaran Kecamatan Semarang dilakukan dengan membekali remaja dengan ketrampilan di bidang desain sablon digital. Jenis pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan desain menggunakan komputer. Pelatihan dengan metode ceramah/persentasi, metode praktik langsung, metode tanya jawab dan simulasi. Metode praktik langsung ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan untuk belajar langsung mengenai langkah dasar dalam pembuatan desain sablon. Desain sablon diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar, menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatnya kesadaran remaja untuk mengembangkan Taman Pintar.

Abstract

Sensor is equipment needed to support the application of digital technology in various fields. The characteristics of a sensor that only produces analog quantities are a challenge itself in implementing digital technology using sensors. The combination of sensors and Arduino microcontrollers can be used to control various equipment systems. One of the applications of temperature sensors and Arduino microcontrollers is to control the flow of heat in a clothes dryer. The hot air generated by the equipment will burn the air in a tube. The resulting heat is flowed into the clothes dryer using a fan. To make the temperature in the clothes drying chamber stay at a certain point, a device is needed to regulate the flow of heat exhaled from the heating chamber. The regulation of the temperature is performed by adjusting the on and off buttons of two fans that blow hot air into the clothes drying chamber. By adjusting these two devices using a temperature sensor and Arduino microcontroller, the temperature in heating chamber can be maintained in a certain temperature point. The test results show that all the equipment used in the experiment work well.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the control system technology from an analog control system to a digital control system. Microcontroller that is often used today is Arduino. With the capabilities that exist in arduino, can be applied to measuring the wavelength of sound. Equipment that is often used in basic physics practicum on sound waves is a resonance tube. The purpose of the resonance tube experiment is to find a condition in which a resonance event occurs which is indicated by an interference event between the sound waves originating from the sound source at the end of the tube and the sound waves reflected by the surface of the water in the tube. By using arduino all these equipment can be replaced. Sound sources can be generated from Arduino whose frequency can be adjusted by using the point of occurrence of the resonance event to be replaced by a sound sensor, for the water level when resonance occurs, a proximity sensor is used whose results are displayed on the LCD screen, while to detect the water level, two light sensors are used. placed at the bottom of the tube and the top of the tube. To adjust the water level in the tube is done by increasing and decreasing the volume of water in the tube.The measurement results using this metode have a higher level of accuracy then manual measurements. Abstract

Kemajuan perangkat lunak saat ini memungkinkan dunia dalam genggaman, banyak aplikasi yang berbasi mobile phone. Orang-orang dapat saling berkomunikasi darimana saja untuk menyelesaikan masalah, merencanakan kegiatan atau strategi dalam mencapai kegiatan. Dalam perencaan strategi banyak orang menggunakan metode rapat untuk dapat sqaling berkomunikasi. Saat ini rapat-rapat masih menggunakan teknologi semi manual, dan masih berbasis Microsoft Office dan kertas untuk menyampaikan misalnya undangan, hasil rapat yang berupa berita acara kepada peserta rapat tersebut. Sistem tersebut masing menyimpan banyak kendala antara lain duplikasi pekerjaan, kehilangan data maupun banyaknya kertas yang bertumpuk-tumpuk. Memang diakui teknologi ini familier dengan banyak orang tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan Sistem penggunaanya. Aplikasi e-not ini dimaksudkan untuk meminimalisi permasalah yang muncul dengan sistem lama yang di harapkan kendala tumpang tindih penjadwalan, kehilangan notulen kemudahan dalam mencari berkas dapat diminimalisi dan monitor kegiatan dapat dilakukan siapa saja yang mengaksesnya sehingga pelaksanaanya dapat dikontrol. Aplikasi berbasis web mobile dimasudkan untuk kemudahan dalam akses tidak harus dengan menggunakan laptop, tetapi cukup dengan mobile phone, maupun tablet sangat dimungkinkan. Pengembangan Sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Metode ini dipandang cukup sistematis, berurutan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil Sistem ini adalah keteraturan penjadwalan rapat, agenda kegiatan dapat dilihat di web secara real time. Sedangkan output hasil berupa berita acara dapat diakses dengan mudah bagi pihak yang diberikan kewenanngan untuk melihat. Sedangkan kelanjutan dari notulen tersebut output lain dapat dilihat missal Surat Tugas, Surat Edaran, Surat Keputusan, Surat Pemberitahuan dapat di lihat pula pada tampilan monitor ageda rapat. Abstract

Purpose: Most universities prioritize online payment administration because_of_advances_in_information_and communicatio_ technologies, especially for online­_banking transactions. Benefits from online banking services such as  transactions via Internet banking are very convenient compared to traditional payment methods.  On other side is traditional payment methods transactions must queue and come directly to the bank. This study was done to find out what factors in Semarang City affected the adoption of university E-PS as online banking.Methods: 123 students have participated in this research. Six charactersitics were considered in a new study model that examinated how students’ intention to use E-PS was affected: convinience, perceived usefullness, risks, perceived trust and reputation. To validate the reearch model, the structural equation model approach using PLS-SEM was apllied.Result: The empirical result showed that perceived convinience, perceived usefullness and trust had e significan positive relationship with students’ intention to use the University’s E-PS.  The empirical results showed that perceived convenience, perceived usefullness, and trust had a significant_positivee_relationshipp_withhstudents’ intentions_to_use the E-PS university. Perceived convinience was also found to have a positive and significan effect on the perceived usefullness of students using E-PS. However, the perceived risks showed a non-significan negative relationship with tudents’ intentions to use E-PS.Novelty: While previous studies have explored the intentions to se E=PS. This research contributes the literature by invetigating the specific factors that influence the adoption of E-PS in the context of tertiary institutions. Additionally, this research provides empirical evidence on the relationhip between perceived convinience and perceived convience and perceived usefullness of using E-PS in univerities. Overall, this research offers a new perspective on the adoption of E-PS in tertiary institutions and contributes to the development of strategies to improve the adoption and use E-PS in universities.

It is time for hotels to use advances in computer technology, both software and hardware, in an effort to handle management, which was previously done manually. One of them is the assessment of the quality of services at hotels because later the ratings from visitors can become a reference for improving the quality ofservices at hotels. This study aims to create an application program for assessing the quality of hotel services, with anapplication program for assessing the quality of hotel services, it will help hotel management in improving hotel services to the fullest. In this service quality assessment application program, theAanalytical Hierarchy Process method is used to determine the valueofthe weightof the criteria. The endresultofthis research is a service quality assessment application program where the result of the program is a recapitulation of hote lservice quality assessment

Abstract

PT UPAP is a company engaged in printing services, more precisely screen printing or screen printing, printing services are often needed by textile garment. Until now, PT UPAP has had approximately 70 garments spread across the provinces of Central Java, West Java, Jabodetabek and DIY. The existing system at PT UPAP is still done manually, starting from customer data collection, production, approval, product quality control, production stock data collection, recap data collection of production quality control reports , production stock reports to storage of other data, so that it is possible that during the process there are errors in recording the inaccurate reports made and delay in searching for the necessary data. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, in order to achieve an effective and efficient activity in supporting activities in this company.

Abstract

The proses of searching for a residence has only observed the residence that will be chosen and does not have specific criteria in determining its choice, such as the distance from the residenceto work, shopping, city center, university, airport, price, free from flooding and the location of the residence. The search for a residential house needs several considerations that must be understood,such as consideration of price, land area, building area, mileage, and facilities in the residential house. This is one of the things that causes various problems faced in finding a house. The decision support system (DSS) for finding a residential house using the SMART method uses search criteria based on price, land area, building area, distance, and facilities. The results of the decision support system recommendations for finding a house using the SMARTs method will be sorted based on the largest SMARTs value to the smallest SMART value. This decision-making model using the SMARTs method can be further developed for more complex problems with a much larger number of criteria and alternatives.

Abstract

The National Search and Rescue Agency, known as BASARNAS, in carrying out its main tasks and functions in the field of search and rescue (SAR) requires information media with a wide reach so that more people or the public will feel the impact and benefits. This research focuses more on the implementation of easier and more attractive information designs for the public that can be accessed through Instagram social media. The information design presented visually using the MDLC method developed by Luther Sutopo is expected to be able to answer the challenges faced by BASARNAS Semarang in terms of disseminating information related to tasks, activities and events to the wider community. In this research activity, testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents to explore responses to the information design that had been uploaded to Instagram. The results reveal that the overall visual design of the information presented is attractive and easy to understand. The colors used are contrasting, and the BASARNAS Logo is easy to find in the design.
