Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan Usahatani Kelapa Sawit di Desa Puudongi Kecamatan Polinggona Kabupaten Kolaka (2) Untuk menganalisis Kelayakan Usahatani Kelapa Sawit Di Desa Puudongi Kecamatan Polinggona Kabupaten Kolaka.(3) Untuk Menganalisis jumlah dan harga produksi pada titik impas pada Usahatni Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya Desa Puudongi Kecamatan Polinggona Kabupaten Kolaka Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Desa Puudongi Kecamatan Polinggona Kabupaten Kolaka. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Desa Puudongi Kecamatan Polinggona merupakan salah satu sentra produksi kelapa sawit di Kabupaten Kolaka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Analisis Data Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum usahatani kelapa sawit dan menjelaskan mengenai pendapatan usahatani kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Usahatani Kelapa Sawit di Desa Puudongi Kecamatan Polinggona sudah sesuai dengan standar karena dari segi penggunaan input khususnya pupuk telah sesuai dengan anjuran yang dilakukan, dan dari segi produksi sudah cukup. Besarnya pendapatan yang diterima petani kelapa sawit di daerah penelitian rata-rata adalah adalah Rp. 3.062.952 /petani/satukali panen. Dengan total biaya produksi rata-rata Rp 5.053.043 /Petani/satukali panen dan total peneriman rata-rata Rp 7,695,100 /petani/satukali panen. Dari Analisis kelayakan usahatani kelapa sawit menunjukkan bahwa nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 1,66. Sedangkan nilai titik impas (BEP) pada usahatani kelapa Sawit di Desa Puudongi Kecamatan Polinggona Kabupaten Kolaka adalah rata-rata BEP produksi sebesar 2.600 buah kelapa Sawit ( lebih rendah dari jumlah produksi 4,333 buah kelapa), dan BEP harga sebesar Rp. 1.069, (lebih rendah dari harga kelapa sebesar Rp 1,782)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar produktivitas kakao dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kakao di Kecamatan Pakue Tengah Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak bulan November tahun 2023 sampai bulan Januari tahun 2024 di Kecamatan Pakue Tengah Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode Slovin. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear beganda. Dari hasil penelitian nilai produktivitas kakao di Kecamatan Pakue Tengah Kabupaten Kolaka Utara sebesar 628,03 Kg/ha pertahunnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,711, hal ini diartikan bahwa pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 71,1% yang diteliti oleh peneliti, sedangkan sisanya 28,9% dipengaruh oleh variabel lain diluar parameter penelitian. Hasil uji-F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama jumlah pohon berproduksi (X1), pupuk (X2), pestisida (X3) dan tenaga kerja (X4) berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap produktivitas kakao. Hasil uji-T menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial variabel independen (jumlah pohon berproduksi, pupuk, pestisida dan tenaga kerja) berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap variabel dependen (produktivitas).

Abstract

Developing a person's character and entrepreneurship is very important, because interest always stimulates concentration of thought, creates joy in entrepreneurship and increases a person's entrepreneurial abilities. The aim of this activity is to promote entrepreneurial characteristics and culture and improve the skills of Bajo youth in the exploitation of the natural resources of their environment to turn them into goods with high use value and greater economic value. . This activity was carried out using the method of direct presentation of the material and continued with direct discussion and practice of making the products. The result of this activity is that the youth of the Bajo tribe already have an entrepreneurial spirit and are capable of exploiting the natural resources of their environment, as evidenced by their ability to produce processed fish food products. The objective of this activity was achieved, namely the formation of qualities and entrepreneurship among Bajo youth, as well as the skills of Bajo youth to use the resources of their environment in high value goods. use and higher economic value.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kolaka memiliki jumlah nelayan sebanyak 3566 jiwa dengan rincian sebanyak 643 orang untuk 224 kepala keluarga yang berasal dari suku bajo yang bekerja sebagai nelayan penuh waktu di Kecamatan Tanggetada. Kelurahan Anaiwoi terletak di pusat pemerintahan ibu kota kecamatan Tanggetada. Setiap kali musim hujan tiba dengan intensitas tinggi maka akan terjadi fenomena naiknya muka air laut yang menyebabkan aktivitas sehari hari warga tergangu termasuk aktivitas melaut. Masyarakat suku bajo Kelurahan Anaiwoi menjadikan laut sebagai sumber mata pencaharian utama sehingga perubahan iklim akan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Permasalahan lain yang ada pada masyarakat suku bajo adalah kesadaran akan kelestarian dan keberlanjutan lingkungan yang masih sangat rendah. Laut masih merupakan tempat pembuangan sampah/limbah rumah tangga bagi sebagian besar masyarakat pesisir.

Abstract

The Toengge Sejahtera Processing and Marketing Fisheries Group (Poklahsar) is a productive economic fisheries group engaged in the production/processing of dried fish to improve the welfare and development of group members' resources. The Toengge Sejahtera group members are mothers who process and partially market anchovy products. The methods used in the production process are still traditional. However, in carrying out their business activities, partners are constrained in developing their products. Some of the priority issues of partners include 3 areas, namely the production field, the business management field, and the marketing field. The solution to this priority problem is product diversification which can improve the quality and quantity of partner business products so that it has an impact on sales interest. PKM aims to help partners develop their products through the diversification of processed anchovy products. The methods used in this activity are FGD, socialization, training, and evaluation of activities. The results of Community Service activities are an increase in partner skills and knowledge in hygienic anchovy production, processing anchovies into anchovy sauce, packaging anchovy-based fishery products by standards and increasing digital marketing.

Abstract

Food gardening is an alternative to meet the food and nutritional needs of the family. Empowerment the community in the nickel mining area of Pesouha Village, Kolaka Regency is carried out using the DFT hydroponic system with the aim of ensuring adequate family food through PKK groups in degraded environments. Community empowerment is carried out in 4 stages, namely (1) socialization stage (2) training stage (3) product packaging stage and (4) monitoring and evaluation stage. The results obtained from this community empowerment activity are that the PKK group partners of Pesouha Village have understood, have the ability and infrastructure for hydroponic planting in their yards

Abstract

This research aims to determine the income of independent oil palm farmers in Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency and to determine the influence of independent oil palm prices and production on farmers' income in Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using secondary data and primary data. The results of the research show that the average income from oil palm farming in the research area with an average selling price of 1,935 kg with an average production of 60,711.92 kg/year, with total revenues of IDR 117,363,038.50/year with total cost of IDR 19,473,892.66/year. Farmer's income is IDR. 97,894,145.80/year. The price of palm oil has a significant effect on the income of independent oil palm farmers because the significance value is smaller than the confidence level (95%) namely (0.000 < 0.05), likewise production has a significant effect on the income of independent oil palm farmers because the significance value is smaller than The confidence level (95%) is (0.000 < 0.05), in Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency

Abstract

One of the largest cocoa producing areas in Southeast Sulawesi is Kolaka Regency, which makes cocoa one of the leading commodities cultivated by farmers. Problems with the cocoa commodity in Kolaka Regency include plant productivity which is still low which results in the selling value of cocoa decreasing. Farmers' income in farming is closely related to welfare. Apart from the farming system, marketing is also an important thing that needs to be considered in increasing farmers' income. The urgency of this research can be used as a consideration for the government in making policies related to the development of the cocoa commodity in Kolaka Regency so that it can develop the agricultural sector, especially improving the welfare of cocoa farmers. This research is a form of effort to strengthen sustainable agriculture in Kolaka Regency. The research method used was a survey method of drawing farmers as samples which was carried out proportionally by random sampling of nine respondents and there were two cocoa trader respondents. The analysis in this research includes farmer share analysis, marketing channel analysis, sales margin analysis of product forms. The results of the research show that there are three channels for marketing cocoa plants in Kolaka Regency, namely the first channel from farmers then to local traders then to companies, the second channel from farmers then to local traders, to foreign traders and then sold to companies, while the second channel is from the third marketing is from farmers directly selling to companies. With the results of farmer share in the three marketing channels in Kolaka Regency, it is already efficient. And channel III is the most efficient marketing channel because there is no long marketing channel chain.

Abstract

Patchouli is one of the primary essential oil-producing plants in Indonesia. The oil produced by the patchouli plant is called patchouli oil (patchouli oil), which is used as a raw material in perfume, cosmetics and other industries. In Indonesia, there are several patchouli oil production centres. One is in Polinggona District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. To start farming activity, some factors influence farmers in making the farmer's decision to carry out patchouli farming. Decision-making is a process of selecting the best alternative from various alternatives systematically to be followed up as a way to solve problems that occur. This research aims to determine what factors influence farmers' decisions to carry out value farming in Polinggona District, Kolaka Regency. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with the help of multiple linear regression data analysis tools. The research sample was determined using the Slovin method. The results of this research state that the land area variable has the most significant influence on farmers' decisions in patchouli farming because it has a calculated t value that is greater than the education variable and the income variable.

Abstract

An important characteristic that influences consumers in choosing sauces is texture. Therefore, fermented cassava flour adds to the chili sauce formula. The selection based on the viscosity of cassava flour increased during the fermentation process. Cassava is also a popular local food-producing starch, easily available at low prices. The study intended to describe chili sauce's physical and chemical properties and obtain the best formula for chili sauce. The experiment turned into a completely randomized design with three replications. The first stage carried out the characterization of fermented cassava flour. In the second stage, chili sauce was formulated, with the factor being the addition of fermented cassava flour concentration (0, 1, 2, 3, and 4%). The chili sauce produced is then characterized by its physical and chemical qualities. The results confirmed that the greatest chili sauce was acquired by adding fermented cassava flour by 4%. The sauce produced a water content of 76,77%, ash of 5,07%, the crude fiber of 0,48%, pH value of 4,59%, total dissolved solids of 21,20 Brix, and brightness value (L*) 33,30, 28,47 redness value (a+), 27,97 yellowish value (b+) and 19,233 cP viscosity. Fermented cassava flour is considerably potential to be used for thickener in chili sauce formulas. This study actualizes diversification of chili and cassava processed-product.
