Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the question and answermethod and how it affects student achievement in the fourth grade Akidah Akhlaq subjects atMI Muhammadiyah 06 Brondong Lamongan. This research uses descriptive quantitativeresearch. The subjects in this study were 50 students. By using the instrument in the researchis a questionnaire, observation and documentation.The results showed that the value of the coefficient of r arithmetic on r table with the numberof N = 50 for a significant level of 0.279 or 5%, then r count = 9.440 > r table = 0.279 andfor a significant level of 0.361 or 1% then r count = 9.440 > r table = 0.361 thus r count isgreater than r table. Then it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain: (1) the struggle for gender equality of female characters in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girl, and (2) educational values in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girl.This type of research is qualitative research. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative descriptive method is a research procedure that produces description data in the form of words. The research data is a novel by Kretek Girl by Ratih Kumala.This study uses a feminism approach to describe the profile of female characters, the struggle for gender equality, and the sociological approach of literature to find out about the social conditions of the community in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girl. The data collection technique used in this study was to read the entire contents of the novel and document analysis.The results of this study are as follows: (1) The struggle for gender equality of female leaders in Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Gadis is against forms of gender injustice in the form of (a) stereotypes, (b) marginalization of women, (c) subordination of work, and (d) internal violence household. (2) Ratih Kumala's novel Kretek Girls educational values include: (a) the value of religious education that emphasizes between humans and God, (b) the value of social education refers to the relationship of individuals to other individuals in a society (c) the value of education morals that relate to the good or bad of human behavior, and (d) the value of cultural / customary education that is related to tradition, people's habits.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Knowing the application of the Recitation method to SKI subjects (2) Knowing the effect of the Recital method on student learning outcomes in SKI class VIII subjects at MTs. Muhammadiyah 8 Sidokelar.The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out by the saturated sampling method. So that the sample used in this study was class VIII students at MTs. Muhammadiyah 8 Sidokelar, totaling 17 students. While the data analysis techniques used are using parametric tests: (1) Validity Test, (2) Reliability Test, (3) Normality Test, (4) Homogeneity, (5) Product Moment Correlation Test, (6) and Significance Test (test t)The results of the research that the author did using the product moment formula obtained by the rxy result, the correlation coefficient number with rtable results df = n-2 (17-2) = 15 at a significant level of 5% of 0.514, it turns out that the correlation coefficient number or rcount (0.789 ) and is greater than the rtable value (0.789 > 0.514), meaning that the variable (X) has an effect on the variable (Y). Furthermore, the results of t-count show that the value of tcount > ttable (4.97 > 2.132), which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. In conclusion, the Recitation method has an influence on student learning outcomes in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) class VIII at MTs .Muhammadiyah 8 Sidokelar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine multidisciplinary Islamic education in thedialecta of the concept of religion and culture-based education from the first side, theimportance of multidisciplinary learning in the context of Islamic education and thesecond, through this approach can help students understand religion and cultureholistically. The research method used in this research is a type of qualitative researchusing a library research approach. The results of the research are that multidisciplinaryIslamic Education learning is an approach that combines several disciplines in onescientific family to study the problems that exist in Islamic education. The purpose ofthis multidisciplinary approach is to add studies so that what is studied is more accurateby using various points of view. The relationship between religion and culture is verystrong. A teacher must emphasize that culture has an important role in human life andexplain which cultures are good and which are bad that must be adopted in the processof learning Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using puzzle media on increasing students' interest in learning Arabic at MIN 2 Purwakarta. Because this research was motivated by a lack of interest in learning Arabic and because the media and methods used were less attractive to children, the process of learning Arabic was less effective. Next, the media used is puzzle media. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method, a pre-experimental research design with a one group pretest-posttest design type. In this study the population was all students at MIN 2 Purwakarta, and the sample taken consisted of 9 students. Thus, it can be seen from the research results that students are effective, namely by using puzzle media in increasing students' interest in learning Arabic at MIN 2 Purwakarta.

Abstract

This research is based on the obligation of Muslims to instill and teach Islamic religious education from an early age, but on the other hand, the situation of students who often feel bored and difficult to understand the material learned, especially in early childhood whose characteristics are still unstable and seem to be more engrossed in their own world and many teachers who still apply monotonous learning and less varied and boring learning. The Fun Learning method is one of the best alternative methods used in learning, especially in early childhood. The purpose of this researcher is to determine the effectiveness of the Fun learning method on Islamic Religious Education learning in early childhood with the type of qualitative research, data obtained by collection techniques through observation and interviews. The sample in this study is 20 students. The findings of this study show that the fun learning method for learning Islamic religious education in early childhood runs effectively. This can be seen from the process of learning management by teachers is carried out well, teachers master the material well because they can convey the material in a language that is easy for children to understand, The media used can support learning, the fun learning method used can make learning fun and learning takes place communicatively

Abstract

The aim of this research is : to determine the implementation of teaching and learning activities using the Feedback (Reciprocity) method and also to find out whether there is an influence of the Feedback (Reciprocity) method on learning outcomes in class III Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 5 Banyutengah Panceng Gresik. The feedback methos in student learning outcomes because educators will provide responses to student that can motovate them, give them reinforcement that will make them more confident, make them braver to say what they think, and creating a learning environment that encourages students to participate in discussions. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the Feedback (reciprocity) method in improving student learning outcomes in class III fiqh subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 5 Banyutengah Panceng Gresik as proven by anlysis of pre-test and post-test data using the product moment correlation test with levels significance 0.05 or 5% rcount 0.685 with rtable value 0.4044. Thus, rcount is greater than rtable (0.685 is between 0.60 – 0.799) so it is included in the strong category. Thus, it can be confirmed that learning using the Feedback (Reciprocity) method can improve the quality of student learning outcomes in class III Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Banyutengah Panceng Gresik.

Abstract

Tulisan ini dibuat untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan dalam islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber-sumber tulisan dan referensi lainnya untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan secara khusus. Kepemimpinan adalah cara untuk memimpin sebuah kelompok. Kepemimpinan islam adalah kepemimpinan yang dilandasi oleh al-Quran dan asSunnah. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan islam memiliki tugas dan kewajiban bagi pemimpin Islam yang perlu diperhatikan, dijelaskan juga bagaimana ciri-ciri pemimpin islami, serta apa saja prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan islam. Kepemimpinan islam memliki peranan penting untuk mengetahui aspekaspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pemimpin terutama bagi pemimpin islam serta memimpin sesuai dengan apa yang Allah SWT dan Rasulullah SAW perintahkan, karena apa yang dilihat oleh para manusia khususnya umat islam mempengaruhi kesesuaian atas apa yang dipimpin oleh seorang pemimpin. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat terbentuk pemimpin yang tidak hanya memiliki keunggulan dalam kepemimpinan praktis, tetapi juga mampu menciptakan harmoni dan keadilan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu unsur strategi untuk memajukan dan mensejahterakan bangsa. Pendidikan selalu berkenaan dengan upaya pembinaan manusia, maka keberhasilan pendidikan sangat bergantung pada sumber daya manusia,diantaranya adalah pendidik dan tenanga pendidik. Pendidik dan tenaga pendidik memegang peranan strategis, terutama pendidikan dalam membentuk watak bangsa melalui pengembangan kepribadian dan nilai-nilai yang diinginkan. Begitupun dengan tenaga kependidikan mereka bertugas melaksanakan administrasi, pengelolaan, pengembangan, pengawasan dan pelayanan teknis untuk menunjang proses pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan. Dalam perkembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia di Lembaga Pendidikan, guru adalah salah satu sumber daya manusia utama yang mampu dan sangat berpotensi untuk mewujudkan mutu Pendidikan. Permasalahannya adalah saat ini memang jarang sekali guru dipersiapkan dan dikelola dengan baik oleh pihak lembaga dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk menjadi guru yang handal dan kompeten. Indikator dan standar mutu pendidikan dikelola secara keseluruhan mulai dari input, proses, dan output, sehingga mutu lembaga pendidikan adalah kualitas dari beberapa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh lembaga pendidikan kepada pelanggan lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dalam arti peneliti melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah yaitu, berdasarkan uraian diatas tentang manajemen SDM di Lembaga pendidikan. maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa. Manajemen SDM untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan harus menerapkan beberapa tahap dan mengevaluasi setiap sistemnya, tahap-tahapnya yaitu, (a) Perencaan SDM (b) Seleksi(c) Pelatihan dan pengembangan (d) Evaluasi/penilaian kinerja (e) Kompensasi (f) Pemutusan hubungan kerja.

Abstract

Kegiatan masyarakat yang awalnya bertatap muka kini bergeser ke serba online atau daring, tak terkecuali dunia pendidikan. Pembelajaran tahfidz atau menghafal al-Qur’an juga demikian, hal yang umumnya  secara langsung dari murid kepada gurunya kini harus dilakukan secara daring, yang mana tidak lazim dilakukan mengingat kegiatan tersebut membutuhkan bimbingan langsung secara tatap muka dari guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi proses pelaksanaan hafalan al-Qur’an secara daring, termasuk di dalamnya proses pelaksanaan dan hambatan yang ditemui. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sebagai sebuah strategi dalam mempertahankan target hafalan mahasiswi IIQ Jakarta, tahfizh online memiliki kekurangan, yaitu instruktur kurang puas atau kurang merasa nyaman menyimak hafalan secara daring, susah mengetahui apakah ada yang curang dalam menyetorkan hafalan, kendala sinyal dan kuota internet, dan dikhawatirkannya kualitas bacaan yang kurang pas karena pada saat menyetorkan hafalan secara daring pelafalan menjadi tidak jelas karena terkendala sinyal, dan sebagainya. Sisi positif tahfizh online yaitu fleksibel dan bisa dilakukan kapan pun tanpa harus khawatir terbentur jadwal, bisa mendekatkan jarak sehingga tidak menghalangi proses menyetorkan hafalan, dll.
