Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of electronic word of mouth and destination image on satisfaction through the visiting decision to the visitors of Banjarejo Tourism Village. The population in this study were all visitors of the Banjarejo Tourism Village. The total of samples was 120 respondents with incidental sampling techniques through a Likert scale questionnaire. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used classical assumption test and hypothesis test (t-test and path analysis) with SPSS 25 statistical version. The results showed that electronic word of mouth had a positive influence and significant on visitor satisfaction, destination image had a positive influence and significant on visitor satisfaction, visiting decision had a positive influence and significant on visitor satisfaction, and the visiting decision mediated the influence of electronic word of mouth and destination image on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Small and Medium Industries have become the largest industry in Indonesia that has an important role in the Indonesian economy due to its ability to encourage economic growth and create new sources of entrepreneurship. Small and Medium Industries are expected to be more creative and prepared in marketing strategies to deal with an increasingly complex business environment. This study aims to examine the effect of marketing knowledge competence and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance through marketing capabilities. The population in this study was the Small and Medium Industries of Tofu in Magelang City. The number of samples used was 94 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data were analyzed using the method of descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that marketing knowledge competency and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Marketing capability could mediate the influence of marketing knowledge competencies and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. The advice given is that the Small and Medium Industries of Tofu practitioners should innovate more in tofu products, conduct promotions, provide the best service to customers, and be able to maintain the quality of tofu. The next researcher is expected to add references related to marketing knowledge competence and expand the scope of the object.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of product knowledge, brand image, brand love, and word of mouth as intervening variables on purchase decisions. The population in this study were all JimsHoney bag consumers in Semarang. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling technique, the number of samples was 116 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and documentation. Methods of data analysis using classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing with the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge and brand love have a positive effect on purchase decisions. The brand image does not effect on purchase decisions. As well as product knowledge, brand image, and brand love have a positive effect on purchase decisions through word of mouth. Word of mouth has an important role in influencing purchase decisions. Therefore, companies must be able to create and maintain good word of mouth among consumers to attract attention and win consumers' hearts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the direct and indirect effects of sales promotions, store environment, and positive emotions as an intervening variable on impulsive buying decisions. Businessman needs to plan a promotion strategy and arrange the store to be more interesting so that the consumers are interested in doing an impulsive buying. The population in this study is all consumers in Clothing Stores Meilleur Ami Semarang that do the impulsive buying. The sampling in this study uses incidental sampling technique with total of 100 respondents. The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire method. The method of analysis in this study uses path analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.The results of this study show that the sales promotion variable affects the positive emotions of 0,242, the sales promotion affects on impulsive buying amounted to 0.399, store environment affects the positive emotions of 0.374, a store environment affects on impulsive buying amounted to 0.286, the influence of promotion on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotion at 0.491, and the influence of store environment on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotions at 0.428. Therefore, it can be concluded from this study that the sales promotion, store environment, and positive emotions as an intervening variable affect directly and indirectly on impulsive buying. Furthermore, the suggestion for the company is that they should maximize the lighting in the room which is not getting light enough.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of positive pricing, advertising, and consumer dissatisfaction against brand switching of courirer services company partially or simultaneously.The research sample was determined using iterations formula method with a total of 118 respondents using Purposive Sampling.Methods of data collection using questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. The analyze percentage is using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.The conclusions is the higher of price offered, the more likely consumers switch brands to PT JNE, increasingly active ads, the more likely consumers switch brands to PT JNE, and the higher level of consumers dissatisfaction, the more likely consumers switch to PT JNE.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan brand love terhadap purchase decision dan menguji secara empiris apakah word of mouth memediasi hubungan brand image terhadap purchase decision dan brand love terhadap purchase decision. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna kamera digital Canon di Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik incidental sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 100. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan path analysis dengan program IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu brand image, brand love, word of mouth dan purchase decision. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan brand image, brand love dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision dengan nilai sig hitung kurang dari sig alpha. Serta pengaruh tidak langsung, brand image berpengaruh terhadap purchase decision melalui word of mouth dan brand love berpengaruh terhadap purchase decision melalui word of mouth.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas layanan, citra merek dan inovasi layanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Rumah Sakit Keluarga Sehat Pati. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Rumah Sakit Keluarga Sehat Pati. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik insidental sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 120 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS, dimana variabel yang digunakan meliputi kualitas layanan, citra merek, inovasi layanan dan kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kualitas layanan, citra merek dan inovasi layanan pada kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan uji t kualitas layanan 0.000 < 0.05 H1 diterima, citra merek 0.000 < 0.05 H2 diterima, inovasi layanan 0.000 < 0.05 H3 diterima. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 41.100 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Simpulan dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa kualitas layanan, citra merek dan inovasi layanan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kualitas layanan, promosi dan citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung melalui keputusan pengunjung. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pengunjung Taman Reptil Sanggaluri Park. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Incidental sampling berjumlah 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis path (Jalur) melalui alat analisis yaitu IBM SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, promosi dan citra destinasi pengaruh secara langsung adalah diterima dimana nilai signifikannya <0,50 sedangkan untuk pengujian intervening diperoleh nilai total pengaruh tidak langsung > pengaruh langsung, yaitu kualitas layanan sebesar 0,328> 0,206, promosi sebesar 0,281> 0,217, dan citra destinasi sebesar 0,476> 0,401. Simpulan penelitian membuktian bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas ,layanan, promosi, dan citra destiansi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Keputusan pengunjung mampu memediasi kualitas layanan, promosi, dan citra destiansi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, semakin tinggi tingkat kualitas layanan, promosi, dan citra destinasi maka dapat mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung yang akan berdampak pada kepuasan pengunjung. Saran pada penelitian ini seperti memberikan sarana penyediaan keluhan dan saran, membuat iklan yang lebih kreatif, menambah wahana yang tidak monoton.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kemitraan dan orientasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja pemasaran secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM kerajinan ban bekas di Tegal, yang berjumlah 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling, diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 93 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi dan analisis jalur (path analysis) melalui alat analisis SPSS Statistik 22. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kemitraan, orientasi pelanggan, dan keunggulan bersaing memiliki nilai signifikan, kemudian untuk pengaruh mediasi dihasilkan bahwa pengaruh langsung kemitraan dan orientasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja pemasaran lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Simpulan dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kemitraan, orientasi pelanggan, dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pemasaran, sedangkan keunggulan bersaing dapat memediasi pengaruh kemitraan dan orientasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, persepsi kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui loyalitas merek pada Riez Palace Hotel yang telah menekankan citra merek dengan menerapkan sistem hotel bernuansa syariah serta persepsi kualitas layanan yang terbaik, dengan harapan Riez Palace Hotel mendapatkan citra yang positif untuk pengunjung maupun calon pengunjung baru dimana citra tersebut tidak ditemui di hotel konvensional pada umumnya serta membentuk persepsi kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik dibandingkan dengan hotel-hotel pesaing yang ada di sekitarnya untuk mendapatkan keunggulan bersaing yang maksimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Riez Palace Hotel. Jumlah sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden dengan teknik incidental sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi dan analisis jalur. Analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 21. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu terjadi hubungan antara citra merek, dan persepsi kulaitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel intervening yaitu loyalitas merek.
