Abstract

Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) merupakan salah satu alat untuk memantau status gizi pada setuap individu. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kategori Indeks Massa Tubuh IMT) ibu rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga Dlinggo, Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 35 orang ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Dlinggo, Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan Teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan pada ibu rumag tangga. Analisis data menggunakan acuan klasifikasi dari WHO untuk mengukur kriteria Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT) yang dimiliki oleh ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Dlinggo, Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta secara keseluruhan menunjukan 14% berada pada kategori kurus, 29% berada pada kategori normal, 12% berada pada kategori kelebihan berat badan, 34% berada pada kategori obesitas, dan 11% berada pada kategori obesitas tipe II. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Indek Masa Tubuh (IMT) pada ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Dlinggo, Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki rata-rata IMT dengan kategori obesitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of Gyaku tsuki Punches in Karanganyar Regency Karate Dojo Youth Students in 2024. This research method is quantitative descriptive research with the characteristics of the absence of hypotheses and the data obtained will be presented. The method used is a survey, with a research instrument in the form of a skill test of the basic technique of gyaku tsuki punches performed 2x attacking which aims to determine the Analysis of Gyaku Tsuki Punches on Teenage Karate Dojo Students Karanganyar Regency Year 2023. The sample of this study were karate students with the age category 12-17 years totaling 20 people. Based on the results of data analysis, that those who have punch skills in the good category with a score of 12 - 16 are 4 students or 20% of the total sample, then those who have punch skills in the sufficient category with a score of 8 - 4 are 13 students or 65% of the total sample, and those who have punch skills in the deficient category with a score of 4 - 7 are 3 students or 15% of the total sample studied. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that: students who are classified as "good" are 4 students (20%), "enough" are 13 students (65%), and "less" are 3 students (15%). The results of the study concluded that the gyaku tsuki punch skills of adolescent karate dojo students in Karanganyar Regency in 2024 were in the sufficient category.

Abstract

Dengan permasalahan yang sudah tertera maka peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian Perbedaan Pengaruh Metode Latihan Resistance Band dan Karet Ban Terhadap Kecepatan Tendangan Sabit Pada Atlet Putra Tapak Suci SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Ngawi Tahun 2024. dengan demikian tujuan peniti adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan yang lebih baik antara metode latihan Resistance Band dan karet ban terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan sabit atlet putra tapak suci SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Ngawi Tahun 2024.Metode penelitian pada dasarnya merupakan cara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data dengan tujuan dan kegunaan tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, dasar penggunaan metode ini adalah kegiatan percobaan yang diawali dengan memberikan perlakuan kepada subjek yang diakhiri dengan suatu tes guna mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan yang diberikan hasil tes akhir yang diperoleh dari penelitian test kecepatan tendagan sabit Atlet Putra Tapak Suci SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Ngawi, maka peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam penyusunan skripsi ini. Dengan demikian hasil masing-masing kategori yaitu kategori sangat baik dengan presentase 5,952% berjumlah 15 atlet dan kategori baik dengan presentase 5,0146% berjumlah 15 atlet. Hal ini telah dilakukan dengan membandingkan tes akhir dan tes awal terhadap Thitung dalam taraf kepercayaan 0,05. Jika Thitung lebih besar dari Ttabel berarti adanya perubahan yang berarti dari sebaliknya jika Thitung lebih kecil dari Ttabel berarti tidak ada perubahan yang berarti. (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode Latihan Resistance band dan Karet ban terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit pada Atlet Putra Tapak Suci SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Ngawi Tahun 2024. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil penghitungan tes akhir masing-masing kelompok yaitu thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel 2,145 dengan taraf signifikasi 5%. (2) Latihan metode karet ban lebih baik pengaruhnya daripada metode resistance band terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit pada Atlet Putra Tapak Suci SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Ngawi Tahun 2024. Berdasarkan presentase peningkatan kemampuan kelincahan tendangan sabit dalam cabang olahraga pencak silat menunjukkan kelompok 1 (kelompok yang mendapatkan perlakuan metode Latihan karet ban) adalah 5,952% kelompok 2 (kelompok yang mendapatkan perlakuan metode resistance band) adalah 5,0146%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan tendangan dollyo chagi dengan metode latihan ban karet dan ankle weights terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi pada atlet junior Taekwondo Power Sport Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan ban karet dan ankle weights terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan Dollyo Chagi pada atlet junior Taekwondo Power Sport Surakarta dengan nilai Thitung = 2,522 > Ttabel = 2,262 dengan taraf 5%. 2) Latihan ankle weights lebih baik pengaruhnya dari pada latihan metode ban karet terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi. Berdasarkan presentase peningkatan kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi menunjukan bahwa metode latihan ankle weights adalah 6,40% > metode latihan ban karet adalah 5,01%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of active triangle passing and active rectangular passing training methods on the passing accuracy of men's futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta. The type of research used in this research is an experiment using the research design "The Two Group Pretest Post-test Design" namely an experimental research design carried out on two different groups who received different training or treatment. The research sample consisted of 30 people.The instrument that will be used is a soccer playing skills test. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test with the help of the SPSS 25 program, namely by comparing the mean between group 1 (pretest) and group 2 (post-test). Hypothesis test results for active triangle passing training methodshows a difference in mean value of 2.13 with a percentage of 31% and resultstestt, obtained t count > t table = 6.52 > 2.145. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test for the rectangular passing practice method showed a difference in mean value of 2.86 with a percentage increase of 41.26% and the resultst valuecount > t table = 9.28 > 2.145. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, which means that the triangle active passing training method and the rectangular active passing training method havesignificant influenceon increasing the passing accuracy of men's futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta

Abstract

The modern tennis games is characterized by an emphasis on quickness and strength. Rapid and multidirectional changes in the ball's speed necessitate a high level of agility. This study aimed to determine the impact of hexagon drill training on the agility of male junior tennis players. This research is a quantitative type with experimental methods. The research design uses a one group pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study were junior male tennis players in Jawa Tengah with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The characteristics of the sample determined by the researcher were male, athletes under 18 years of age, and practicing in the Jawa Tengah area. The number of samples used in the study was 40 people. Data analysis used the t-test by first carrying out the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the data normality test in this study were 0.06 > 0.05 (0.06 greater than 0.05), which means that the data is normally distributed in the population frequency. The results of the homogeneity test in this study were 0.15 > 0.05 (0.15 greater than 0.05), which means the data is homogeneous. After the data is normally distributed and homogeneous, the researcher continues data processing, namely the t-test. The results of the t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 so it was less than 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 so there was a significant effect. The conclusion is that the hexagon drill exercise has an effect on increasing agility in junior men's tennis players in Central Java. Suggestions from researchers are that coaches can apply hexagon drill exercises to train junior tennis players under the age of 18 years.

Abstract

Physical education learning for students with disabilities must be packaged as well as possible and as interesting as possible. Fostering motivation for students with disabilities in learning physical education is not easy. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of motivation to learn physical education for mildly disabled students. In this study using quantitative survey method. While the research population was as many as three special school and the research sample was 5th grade students as many as 27 students intelectual disabilities consisting of three spesial school, and this research design used cross sectional. The instrument used a questionnaire of motivation for learning special PE for children with disabilities, where the filling of the motivation questionnaire was carried out by the teacher who taught physical education in the three spesial scholls. While data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study are in the excellent classification with an average value of 11% as many as 3 students, the good classification gets an average value of 13% as many as 4 students, the moderate classification gets an average value of 41% as many as 11 students, the classification is less getting an average value of 20% as many as 5 students and the classification is very poor getting an average value of 15% as many as 4 students. From these results, it can be concluded that the level of motivation to learn physical education for students with disabilities is included in the moderate classification.

Abstract

The participation in lifelong sports often encounters obstacles such as lack of individual motivation, inadequate knowledge and skills, as well as unsupportive environment. This article aims to address these issues by discussing the concept of physical literacy as a tool to promote participation in lifelong sports. library research method was used to understand the definition and importance of physical literacy, motor skills development, and the influence of self-confidence, motivation, and competence on participation in physical activities. The results of the library research show that physical literacy is an essential element that encourages individuals to participate in lifelong sports. This includes the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to lead an active lifestyle. Understanding the long-term health benefits of physical activity can also be a strong driver for individuals to lead an active lifestyle. The conclusion is that effective educational strategies or interventions need to be developed and implemented to promote physical literacy and lifelong sports participation. Collaboration with the government and other health organizations is crucial to create an environment that supports everyone to participate in physical activities.
