Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil pelajar Pancasila secara konsepsi maupun kebijakan dalam perspektif Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di tiga sekolah menengah di Kota Bandung, yaitu SMAN 12, SMAN 23, dan SMAN 25. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan kebijakan profil pelajar Pancasila yang memiliki integritas dan moralitas tinggi, serta untuk meminimalisir praktik pendidikan yang berorientasi pada komersialisasi dan proseduralitas semata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Melalui metode ini, peneliti dapat memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang kasus yang diteliti berdasarkan pengalaman dan perspektif partisipan yang terlibat secara langsung dalam penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dengan partisipan yang dianggap sebagai pemeran utama dan memiliki pengalaman yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian ini.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan kebijakan penting dalam satuan pendidikan yang bersifat komprehensif. Meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pengembangan dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila dan perencanaan P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila), sekolah-sekolah yang menjadi lokasi penelitian telah berhasil menerjemahkan dan merealisasikan kebijakan tersebut.Seluruh subjek penelitian sepakat, bahwa profil pelajar Pancasila perlu diberlakukan dalam satuan pendidikan pada era ini. Namun, tetap mereka berharap, penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam satuan pendidikan tidak sebatas slogan saja, tetapi bisa terus dilaksanakan dan dapat bermanfaat positif terhadap pengembangan karakter, kompetensi, dan sikap warga negara muda. Meskipun belum mengejewantahkan sila Pancasila secara utuh, namun dimensi-dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila memodifikasi nilai Pancasila dan kompetensi abad 21. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya ancaman nyata juga dihadapi oleh dunia pendidikan dan generasi muda Indonesia, ancaman itu dapat berupa radikalisme, kekerasan, dan kriminalitas yang dapat membahayakan kutuhan negara. Tentunya dengan adanya ancaman tersebut diperlukan solusi untuk mencegahnya, salah satunya adalah dengan pembinaan kkesadaran bela negara yang dilakukan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi komparatif. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi dan komparasi dalam pembinaan kesadaran bela negara yang diterapkan pada ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dan Paskibra. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjungsiang, Kabupaten Subang dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 98 orang siswa anggota Pramuka dan Paskibra. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Implementasi pembinaan kesadaran bela negara melalui ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dan Paskibra di SMA negeri 1 Tanjungsiang sudah terimplementasi dengan baik; 2) Dengan hasil uji independent sample t-test taraf signifikansi p (Sig.(2-tailed)) memiliki nilai sebesar 0,18 yang artinya lebih besar dari 0,05. Hal itu berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam pembinaan kesadaran bela negara melalui ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dan Paskibra di SMA negeri 1 Tanjungsiang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran karakter religius pada siswa di SMPN 42 Padang, serta untuk mengetahui apa saja peranan guru PPKn dalam membina karakter religius siswa SMPN 42 Padang tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan teknik pemilihan purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 3 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik di SMPN 42 Padang yaitu guru PPKN di SMPN 42 Padang sudah membimbing peserta didiknya untuk menjalani kegiatan sehari-hari dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai keagamaan seperti berdoa sebelum dan sesudah belajar, membaca al-quran sebelum belajar, melaksanakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah, melaksanakan shalat sunat dhuha, mengadakan muhadharah setiap Hari Jumat, ikut merayakan hari besar keagamaan

Abstract

Conflicts between supporters, provocative actions that exacerbate differences, unsportsmanlike attitudes in accepting match results, excessive fanaticism, hate speech on social media, and intimidation leading to criminal acts are some of the serious problems that must be resolved immediately, especially in football sports in order to create legal certainty as a concrete solution in fostering football supporters. The purpose of this study is to strengthen the National Identity of Football Supporters through the Concept of Civic Disposition and Unity and Diversity so that conflicts between supporters can be resolved. The study was conducted on PSS Sleman and PSIM Yogyakarta Football supporters. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to answer the main questions regarding the development of civic disposition and strengthening National Identity among football supporters in Yogyakarta. The results of the study state the importance of combining preventive and educational approaches in dealing with supporter conflicts in Indonesia using the concepts of Civic Disposition and Unity and Diversity

Abstract

This article examines ecological citizenship, which refers to individual awareness and responsibility as part of the larger natural environment, and is becoming increasingly important in the context of global climate change and the current environmental crisis. Being environmentally conscious is important for young citizens because they will inherit this planet in the future. The method used in this research is qualitative research with library research. Data was collected from an analysis of relevant source books and journals and a document analysis of several articles related to this topic. Citizenship Education plays an essential role in shaping ecological citizenship. Citizenship education develops attitudes of care, civic responsibility, commitment, and engagement for young citizens to act positively to protect the environment. Further research needs to be conducted to explore the most effective learning strategies in instilling the values of ecological citizenship, both through conventional methods and digital technology-based approaches. Young people are expected to understand the concept of environmental citizenship and actively participate in concrete actions.

Abstract

The high prevalence of street performers and beggars in public spaces of Bandung City continues despite the enactment of Bandung City Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2019. Preventive to repressive measures have been taken, yet the outcomes remain suboptimal. This study aims to understand the responses of those affected by the policy by examining the level of legal awareness and compliance among street performers, beggars, and the general public; identifying factors contributing to low compliance; and formulating improvement strategies for regulation implementation. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, using interviews, observations, and documentation involving street performers, beggars, and the public in Bandung City. The findings reveal that legal awareness and compliance among both the perpetrators and the community are relatively low. Most informants cited poverty as the primary reason for engaging in street performing or begging, while the influence of a socially acculturated environment and the lack of economic alternatives within the policy also contribute to low compliance. From the community’s perspective, social compassion, passive attitudes, and a tendency to remain neutral without supporting law enforcement further drive the low level of legal awareness and compliance. This study recommends the provision of sustainable economic empowerment programs as alternative livelihoods for the affected individuals, enhanced legal education and outreach efforts, and a more human-centered approach to regulation implementation that emphasizes human empowerment to foster meaningful long-term change.

Abstract

This article examines how rival football supporter communities in Yogyakarta, namely Slemania (PSS Sleman) and Brajamusti/Mataram Independent (PSIM Yogyakarta), interact. The urgency of this research is that citizen diplomacy is a critical new approach to de-escalating conflict while strengthening social bonds among supporters. The study identifies three key strategies within citizen diplomacy practiced by supporters: cross-group dialogue forums, collaborative social actions (such as blood donations and disaster relief), and digital campaigns aimed at reframing rivalry into an inclusive narrative of solidarity. Drawing on qualitative data from interviews and participant observation, the article analyzes practical implementation challenges, including intergenerational divides and institutional fragility. The findings suggest that while these initiatives remain uneven in reach, they have contributed to a significant reduction in intergroup violence and fostered renewed engagement with national identity among participants. This research offers empirical evidence that citizen-led diplomacy within football culture can serve as a transformative mechanism for social cohesion and civic integration in divided communities.
